Hiya Joe, I agree with the others that have posted.... "Slick" and "The Eight Steps" are really good! It's a shame that they won't be included on the U.S. release. I'd love to hear "Slick" in Phoenix! It's difficult trying to predict which songs will be winners with "John Q. Public", okay, it's impossible. Seriously though, they're great! -later...

Hey Joe! Take a look at my setlist! Let me know what you think. I think adding some of the older tunes this time out would be GREAT! "Memories", "Bells of Lal Part2", and "Crushing Day" are a must! **Peace** KenC. http://kencampbell.iuma.com

Have any of the guitarists in here tried writing with, freestyling with or just generally messing with the Hungarian minor scale????? Just curious 'cos I've experimenting with it recently and had some interesting results.....

YAYO, I have the same problem. I used to scan, now my eyeballs get locked in each box unable to smoothly run down the page. It's like some sort of twisted speed bumps for the eyes! Another thing...is there like 500 new members this week? Were all you ppl. lurking in the shadows of the old T2J page?

PhryDom: how could you think I’m a man? Have you ever read my posts? Oh yeah…..it’s just because YOU are a man and don’t take care of what women say! ;-D Naty is for Natalina. I’m 34, and you? (no hidden purposes, I swear!). I don’t like football too, but I like to watch a little bit every four years. I’ll go for England tomorrow, will you go for Italy next tuesday? I think I have a funny question: if you see a man like Joe as he looks like in the photos without his guitar, what do you think he is? (Please, forgive my bad english)… I’d think a shop boy… (no offence meant, Joe, it’s only for yapping…) YOU ALL are invited to answer

CIAO!

Hi joe ! Firstly, I want to thank you for being what you are. Do you realise that your music has the power to make people have a direct link with what they are deep inside ? The Earth needs humans like you : humans that give to others an access to their divine part. Thank you again for making things go to the right direction. I also have a special request. I explane : I'll be just in front of you the 8th of July at The Olympia, with someone I've met a few weeks ago. This person is actually prisonner of her own emotions, and you know how important it is for a human being to let sadness get out of himself, so as to get over. So, if it's possible, I'd like you to play "Down, down, down" on that night. I really think this song, by making her cry, would help me to take her to the Healing Way. One more time, thank you and keep on making us dream. See you on the 8th of July !

The new site looks amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There aren't any good enough words in the English dictiionary which can describe it. Hordes of Locusts for the tour!!!!!! Another 34 days until Shepherds Bush. I also went to see Vai play in the Astoria on December 6th last year. This is going to be my third Satch experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! MINDSTORM!!!! Just listening to Megadeth right now. Get "Rude Awakening", Megadeth's last ever album. Really pissed that they split up. Bought "Rude Awakening the day I found out that they had split up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

michelle, some of us are finding a bit more spare time as of late, so we post..... I've been checking the site for years... didn't post 'cause I never took the time and I never had anything to say....worth reading anyhow, probably still don't. I think everyone is a bit more comfy now also. We can't be all that bad, we all love great "real" music, right? Naty, I think alot of us look kinda' geeky, when were not in our "element". ...see ya's

Hi everyone! A few days I went searching for songs of Joe's new album and what do I find?! The complete album of Joe's upcoming album 'Strange Beautiful Music'. The site Http://Mp3Speed.Nu seemed to have uploaded it since April this year: the schedule for world release is the 25th of June? Somehow the studio album has leaked to third parties... By the way I'll buy the new album at the music store and see Joe Satriani live at the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam this July...for the third time in a new line up. Can't wait to see Matt Bissonnette playing on the bass.

By the way: this site rocks! Not only are the navigational tools better, it looks smoother and it seems a 'lighter' site then the previous one. Well done Jon! You have done a great job!
