Joe and Jon, Nice job on the site! Much friendlier than before. Can't wait for the new release next Tuesday...I'll be camping out on my supplier's doorstep for the opening bell! Joe, you've opened a whole new world for me and my friends. I have an idea for your next CD title: "Heaven's Sounds" 'cause when I listen to your music...well, you can figure it out...Karmatic Heaven! Keep up the good work! FingerFire

I must say Joe i have been listening to some of your demos you have here of your new album. This is not a good way to treat your fans! You can't tease your fans like this by having songs here before the cd is released it just sends us mental caus we hear the songs and know that to get more we have to anxiously wait till its released. Although the wait is long it is extremely worthwile! Your new songs sound unlike anything you have done before which is something that never ceases to ammaze me! I can't wait till the cd is out here is Australia and i know that i will be listening to it non stop! Congratulations on the new album! It is nothing short of a masterpiece!

Well it's cool that we are finally going to get some Joe Mail. We haven't had Joe Mail in a long time. Hopefully it will be loaded.

WEBMASTER : I noticed that we haven't had a Satch question and answer segment for a long time, now I know that he answers sometimes in the T2J section, which is really gracious of him. But I think it would be cool to have another Q & A session since it has been so long. If you could set up a time for a half hour and do a live thing where we would know the time to be at the site and whoever gets in would get to ask the questions, than post it on the site...... Again I know this is asking alot, and I know you and Joe are very busy people since the tour and new album is here, but I thought it would be cool, since it's been so long since we have had a Q & A. Thanks Jon and Joe

4 more days til Music Bliss.............. Joe Rules!!!

I was looking through the cover of Steve Vai's 7th song, where he has written stories about the tracks. Ánd when I come to think of it, I would really enjoy to hear the stories behind the SBM songs. Of course they certainly of a very personal character, and perhaps Joe wants to keep the songs like that, but still... What do you think?

Ya Yo sounds like some unhappy mixture of Steve Vai and Yngwie Malmsteen, lousy reviewers...

Hi Joe,

Wil there be additional European dates? I saw that there is only one show scheduled for France and I think all of your (numerous) fans here would like to see you a little more...

I just read On TicketMaster that the presale for DT and Joe for the Venue I am hitting will be on Monday, what I'm wondering though is how do you know where to go to get the presale code. It doesn't say on the TM page...it leaves you hanging? What good is a presale without a code. I know that the codes are usually easy....something like DT or THEATER, but if you don't figure it out and guess for a half and hour, you lose your chances at the Primo seats... So if anybody has the Cleveland Info, please give me a hollar..... Thanks

Clarky - Sounds cool. My exams have finished now, so I can come up again whenever, if that's okay. I bought a Morley Bad Horsie today. It's wicked; you said "A wah-wah is an extremely expressive tool." Too true, and it makes it much easier if the thing just turns on the minute you step on it! Stay tuned for some new tunes on my IUMA, one of which incorporates the Mixolydian b6 scale - very cool.

ANYONE WANT TO BUY A WAH-WAH PEDAL?

Hi,

now after few hours listening to the new album, here's my verdict! It's Modern Satch, no not like the last album, it's Modern Rock. still the melodic satriani sound can be heard on each song. few songs stands out, "Oriental Melody","Chords of Life" & "Starry Night", basically the first 5, "Mind storm" is very cool riff, but some wacky stuff near the 3rd phase. the last song "You Saved My Life" is a beauty, very special, I'd say most fans will be trying to lean how to play it. one song (title I forgot) sounds as if it was a classic 50's song, but instrumental. well, in total a great album, but Crystal Planet still No.1 for me. webmaster....... I read on the dream theater site that there is only one new date left to be confirmed for the U.S., and the date will be either 9/4 or 9/5, they are not sure yet. My question isn't what day.... It is, if it is going to be an Ohio date? Not that I still won't go to the Cleveland show, but that would be cool if it's in Columbus, or Cincy ........... Thanks......................Joe Rules

GUITARDED BOY: I BOUGHT TICKETS ON PRESALE FOR HOUSTON TUESDAY. YOU HAVE TO BE MEMBER OF ALLACCESS.CC TO DO THE PRESALE. WHEN YOU ARE ON TICKETMASTER, AND YOU WAIT TILL WHATEVER THE TIME IS, ALL THAT WILL POP IS THAT YOU HAVE TO BE A ALLACCESS MEMBER, AND IT GIVES YOU A LINK TO SIGN UP. IT COSTS 60 A YEAR TO SIGN UP. I DID IT CAUSE I GO TO QUITE A FEW CONCERTS. I BOUGHT 5 TICKETS, AND THEY WERE ROW L ON THE FLOOR, WHICH IS PRETTY DAMN CLOSE. TICKETS FOR THE HOUSTON SHOW ARE GOING FAST MAN, I WAS SHOCKED. I WENT TO G3 LAST YEAR, AND I GOT LIKE ROW G I THINK. JUST WANTED TO LET YOU, AND ALL OTHER SATCH FANS KNOW.
