MASTER YODA - TVRs are pretty f-ing sweet. Not too popular here in the states unfortunately though.

Nice poster of Joe in the new (?, the yellow one) issue of Guitar magazine...

Will the album be a worldwide release, or do we wait until after Joe has toured the UK to purchase it. thanks

Mr Nick That is correct, and the point was made again by another t2j member :-P There are multiple names forr many scales and I know the two 11/2 step jumps was known as the 'double-harmonic' - I don't even think I meant to throw minor in there. Technically speaking, you need to have a perfect 5th on there as well to definitly call something of the quality major or minor. You can't give quality to a distance of only two intervals other than the distance of the notes themselves such as 'minor third' or 'major second'. As Master Yoda just said the hindu scale you can call that many different things! It's the 5th mode off of melodic minor, mixolydian b6...so many different ways to put it. Hehe all in all, if you know it by yourself, for what you want to know it for, I don't think it matters really what you call it! As long as you know it's schematics! If it works for you, that's all that should really matter. We have a lot of theory guru's on here, most of which like to lay their knowledge out on a silver platter. I've learned to know that there is always someone with more knowledge - so why not take advantage of it and learn from eachother? There is always a race to correct on here, and I probably sound like a whining little bitch haha but it's just what I see!! No offense to anyone...sorry if there is! Flame me if you will!! Later...

death cube k: Yeah that's what I did the first time when someone on the old message board posted about there being a burnt blue JS guitar. At least Ibanez put that neat looking graphic of how the toggle switch work on the US site now....lol I guess it will all come with time. Hmm...that would be nice if Ibanez made a 7-string JS. I have the edge trem on my guitar, but I haven't had all the strings break like that. That just plain sucks though.

JS Clone 1: I'm not as big of a fan of whammy bars as I used to be. Cool sound, but too much of a pain to set up.....lol Have you checked out the Parker guitars? You can lock the trem and make it a fixed bridge with a push of a button and you can even adjust the springs with a knob on the guitar.

WebmasterGood job on the site looks good...........It is however hard to keep up to date with the new board. Is there a way to keep up with the new messages only? When I mark save as last message & switch Ip's it loses any reference to last saved. Joe.....A song suggestion for the tour Killer Bee Bop......

Vetteguy43Freedbirds kicks ass. I miss them damn big burritos. Nobody knows how to make them in Portland. Long live the Super Monster.

Guitar Dudes I have never had trouble with any of my edge floating trems (both original and lo pro). And I abuse them on a regular basis. I think it's of most importance to have them set up properly and to stretch the heck out of the strings before you lock everything down. I'm pretty sure we'll see a 7 string JS in the near future. I think I'll be saving up for that one.

Joe: I am very interested in your seven string guitar(s) . Is there a new signature model of yours ? I like your new ideas very much (better then on EOC) and I can not wait to see you in Poland in July.

Hi Joe......I was extremely upset to see your concert dates posted for this year......the beginning of January I had emailed to see if you were going to be in concert around June 2002..the response was you were working on your cd and probably end of 2002......when I saw dates posted and called about tickets there were no front row seats left.....we have seen you the last 4 years here in Phoenix and really wanted to get great tickets for your next show.....this is always a family affair....we all love you....but my son does not want to go because of the seating left.....I wish there was a way to let the people that are part of your fan club know about the concerts.....then we can grab those great tickets.....we will shoot for next year>>>>hope you enjoy your tour....by the way we love it when you play the "Celebrity Theatre" From disappointed fans this year !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, no one else has said it, so I will. Joe, I think your new stuff plain sucks, and frankly, I'm really upset about it. I have been a loyal fan ever since hearing Surfing With The Alien about 13 years ago. Then Summer Song eventually came out and it was amazing. The you put out your self titled album, and, well, it sucked bad. But then you eventually came back with Crystal Planet and it rocked. Then that stupid borg shit came out.... And now this. You have put out another easy listening album. What the hell happend to 'rock' joe??? Christ, you even had a survey on your site for what seemed like forever, asking your fans to vote on what they wanted the next album to be, and they overwhelmingly voted 'ROCK'. Sorry, but in my mind you failed big time, the new music is simply boring. And it will show in sales, so you don't need to take my word for it. Again, I was a loyal fan, own all your cd's, seen you live 4 times, but now I am plain disappointed.
