:) /Leiny

Hey There. I'm not the biggest fan in the world, BUT I do enjoy listening to Joe's music. It would be great to see Joe do a few shows down here in Australia. Please excuse my ingnorance if you have played shows down here before, I don't know if you have or not. It's great to here really good instrumental guitar music, there's not much in Australia. As far as rock guitar is concerned I mean. Keep up the good work. CHEERS.

Got the CD on the 21st of June from CDNOW - don't know why, but it made my weekend. After listening to the samples on the site, I was not sure what to expect with the new album. When listening to the album, the samples do not offer a true peek into the songs. Some of the songs have many changes within them and are not reflected by the samples -JUST GET THE ALBUM AND HEAR FOR YOURSELF... sounds like ESPN and the like will have nice background music for their clips.

ETHN - THAT WOULD BE NEARLY CORRECT FOR THE SWEEP PICKING IN MINDSTORM BUT HE USES A MAJ AND MIN SCALE IN THE SWEEP PICKING BUT HE GOES - A -16 , D - 18 , G - 18 , B - 17 - E - 16h21p16 , THEN BACK DOWN - THE MAJ SWEEP IS G - 19 , B - 19 - E - 17h22p17 , THEN BACK DOWN , THEN HE GOES INTO SOME A PENTATONIC MAJ7 STUFF.....

Today, I will go to a locl HMV and make sure the album isn't here. I will order it tonight. .... T2J MUST UNDERSTAND MY PAIN. Not a single thing have I heard from SBM. I am starting.....to.... go..... (no, not even a demo track off the site or leaked album)

panjoel The JS was designed with that body (R540). Joe himself picked it. The look just won't change. If you're talking about color, check out the graphic JS guitars such as Donnie, Rainforest, Electric Rainbow, The Snake etc... If you're tlaking about the JS1000, I love the BP (Black Pearl). Absolutely beautiful paintjob. IF you want to change the color ot your JS, go to www.jemsite.com. Find out how to contact a guy named Herc Fede. He does custom graphics for guitars including a glow in the dark Donnie Hunt copy paintjob. It's absolutely amazing.

http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview.html?KEY=EICP-107

There's the Jap copy. $20.00 USD

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000068R15/qid=1025100837/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_1/104-5882653-7435956

There's the U.S. copy. $13.99 USD

So basically The Eight Steps is on the Jap copy and Slick is no where. Well then.

I'm ordering from the US right after I double check HMV.

Does anyone know when the Japanese import version of "Strange Beautiful Music" be available for purchase? I really want the bonus track. That's the only thing that held me back from buying the album when it was released yesterday.

STU NOT BOO - I understand that, but in order to click the "n posts total" link, you have to find a post by them in the first place. Like say if I am looking for a post by you, but your last post is buried somewhere in page 6 and there are 12 pages, it's gonna be a pain in my ass to try to find it. Or if you wanted to know if I responded to your post, but you don't check this page for a few days - wouldn't it be nice if there were a place where you could type in "evbro" and automatically get all my posts instead of randomly cruising around until you stumble upon one? That's my idea.
