GUITAR ART....I read somewhere that Joe uses a Boss Super Chorus. PSUKCAT....I use a Boss DD-5 Delay to get my "hokey" digital sound. Actually, if its set right, it sounds pretty damn good. If you're a poor boy like me, that is as good as it gets, I dont have two or three grand to drop on an expensive rackmount unit. I know Joe mentioned once that he used a Boss DD-2, which is cool because he still uses individual pedals instead of giant towering rack units.

PhryDom: I knew you are a wizard with pc, but can you do heart-mending with your pc? Gimme that software, I need it! Ask your teacher if he/she teach you what means "Ho avuto gli incubi"! Bad night!

Sharon: where are you? Did you read my advice about faster downloading?

JOE: Hope you'll have a pleasant tour across Europe. Please, make a video for all whom won't see yor gigs! Take care! Baci!

Joe....I just love your music! What goes on in that head of yours that makes you create such beautiful masterpieces? The more I listen to SBM....the more I love it. It's crazy.....how your music clicks with me.

I have recently (past 2 weeks) been very closely listening to Joe's music more than ever.

I picked up on 2 small yet effective things... well 2 that I remember from that time:

#1 Lords of Karma. Listen to the hi-hat carefully.

#2 Tears in the Rain. A very subtle effect on the guitar. Once you hear it, it's quite eerie.

Too busy to check up on your fans. I see how it is. Flavor Crystal 7 is the second best song on the album. Mind storm is the second best song on this album. BELLY DANCER, BELLY DANCER, BELLY DANCER. 2008 posts and only a couple weeks. that's amazin'. Your fingers have got to cramp up on the seven string solo. so fast for so long. that's all for now. lata.

drafter37- i agree. bowling, tennis and baseball. congrats on #2000. man i need a life.

Hi there. I'm just wondering if you'll be coming to perform in Vancouver, British Columbia? I've been wanting to come to one of your concerts but you seem to be just beyond my reach.

Thanks

alien32 / PSUKAT13 - Those are cool nickname ideas, but they're all too long...hehe. Oh well.

drafter37 - I'm not a huge soccer fan, but I think the World Cup is a lot of fun to watch. It's much better than MLS.

Discostew - Cool nickname. :-)

It's quiet here tonight. Here's the next part of my SBM review...

Chords Of Life - I think this is my favorite song on the album. It's great to hear some acoustic stuff from Joe. I'd love to eventually hear a whole acoustic album, but this is cool for now. I like how it builds up and then slows back down througout. Light and shade, in a sense...kinda like the whole Led Zeppelin thing. My favorite part is, of course, the entire solo from 1:17-2:05. ;-) I know this will be the one spot on the CD that will ALWAYS get turned up louder.

Does anyone else have comments about this song?

Austin Ya...When that solo kicks in and my strereos cranked, You cant help but just grin, that song is remarkable, I love all the different elements, Those accustic bar chords, and that harp is cool too, its kind of like a reverse song, starts out fast and slows down..kind of like Attack from E.O.C., a really fast song with a slow solo in the middle... ...Only joe.............

Joe. Oh man oh man you've outdone yourself once again. I'm just so blown away by your new album i received yesterday that my feet won't touch the ground for weeks and weeks. Jesus christ, what can't you do with that guitar?? In "Belly Dancer" you break the speed limit, in "The Seventh String" you break tons of bricks with that overheavy sound and in "The Chords of Life" you just simply break my heart. Absolutely amazing. The music of gods everywhere on every plane of reality. Your sound has so much soul that i'm convinced that Chrome Boy & co. must have lungs. They breathe out the notes that touch my heart. And i'm not kidding. Not one bit. Sincerily yours, Jacob D.
