I wonder if the song "Starry Night" and the famous Van Gogh painting have something in common... http://www.vangoghgallery.com/painting/f_0612.jpg

Of course apart from the fact that both are works of genius.

well...here we are on a new tour! congrats joe on one of if not the best albums ever. cant wait to see you in grand prarie tx 8/16/02. i saw you last year at bass hall. i met you and you signed my "surfing " cd cover. it was awesome. the only bad thing is that i didnt get a pic w/ you. my freind messed up the camera and so i got a nice pic of his finger. so i hope to get that elusive pic w/ you this time. good luck tonight at your first show. please take care on the road. and ill see ya in texas! paul c

JBLAZE, a Snickers...I guess I'm not going anywhere. lol! Although I'd rather have a Snickers Blizzard from DQ :)

My favorite song (at the moment) from EOC is Attack. It kicks my butt every time!

MIGUEL, yes, my favorite is the drums although I don't play them. I do have a lovely pair of Vic Firth(American Classic 5A for the guy who was asking) sticks from Mr Campitelli, and a store bought pair of Neil Peart Millennium II pro-mark sticks, but no drums.

Happy "start of the tour" Joe!!!

I cant really see anyone talking to Joe..this is supposed to be where you ask Joe stuff but we tend to talk to each other..but since Joe is now on tour duties he cant really be on here..but before he went on tour duties and after finishing the album...there was still an apparent lack of "talking to Joe"..but...as i said..he's on a tour now...so..well...yes..bye

JOE IS THE KING OF ALL GUITAR MUSIC... BAR NONE!!! This album rocks ALL the way through.. even Sleep Walk is really cool in a bluesy/jazzy way... listening to New Last Jam as of this moment... Man the intro of that reminds me of Rage Against the Machine, in it's flangery aceness... Joe I'll be seeing you with my Girlfirend Marie this year at the Manchester Apollo... so lets hope u have a good one... btw.. I'll be the one screaming at the top of my lungs "WHERE THE HELL's MY CHROME BOY???" hehehe.. lol

Speaking of ordering SBM... I just ordered it.

For those of you Canadians who must order now, if you order from www.amazon.ca, it will end up costing $36.XX. Ships in 4-6 weeks and takes a few days to ship.

Joe, I was wondering why you guys rarely perform in Portland, OR or Seattle? Do your Pacific NW fans have to go to California to see you live? It's made me think twice about living here in Portland, actually.

Hey Gang! I'd like to get some feedback on two new tracks I posted to my IUMA site. One is a cover of "Raspberry Jam" I recorded about 10 months ago and just now got it put up. It was a one take attempt at recording it, so there are some pretty funny mistakes in it that will make you laugh. The other is an ACID backing track called "Sounds Like Boston". Drop in and let me know what you think. JOE: Break a leg on tour man!! See you in Grand Prairie, TX on the 16th of August! **Peace** KenC.

I just listened to the Japanese release of SBM! Eight Steps was very cool, though I must say i would have preferred Slick as the bonus track. SBM is a fantastic album, and with Slick on it, it could have been Joe's best ever, but as it stands, I'd have to place it in second place after The Extremist.

Hi Joe!

I'm a hughed fan of you, and I have been seeing you 3 times in Copenhagen, and have all your cd's and well, I'm crying, really! I got into your new cool site, and what do I read!

That you are not planing to come to Scandinavia at all?!?! I can't believe that you totally forgot us! I mean, there alot of fans up here, buying your stuff, supporting you and your beautiful music! You have to change that tour plan, and come play for your fans, like you have done alot of other times!

I hope you read this, or someone dealing with the tour does, cuz this can't be true! Somebody must have typed wrong somewhere! I HOPE!!!

Anyways, you are the coolest giutarplayer in the world, and I admire your skills, your beautiful playing! ROCK ON!
