I have a question for Joe. I'm wondering why his solos are always the same -- they are great -- precise -- accurate -- but always the same. -- note for note to the original that you hear on the CD. I've only heard a few variations .. .like in concert he goes off on the end of Flying in a Blue Dream and Circles often gets a unique different feel when it gets played. Also, is it true that Flying, Time, and several others...the dreamy sweet ones...have similar chord progressions? Like you could create a bridge and have Flying in a Blue Dream turn into Time! The album that breaks this is the Joe Satriani self-titled album, which seems to be, for the most part..freeform. Joe I've loved your music and have put probably too much time into chord analysis.. I saw you once after a concert in Milwaukee and I Think I scared you with my intensity, but hey, I get that a lot. If you want to check out my tunes they are at mp3.com/cjf -- pinao stuff.

We just love Satch. We were wondering when he will be touring AUSTRALIA. Or if he will be ,I realy hope so because it would be greatto see him live, my hubby has seen Satch but I myself am yet to experice Joe Satriani The Ledgend of Guitar. jblaze: I heard that "House Full of Bullets" remake on SportsCenter, and also heard "Love Thing" being played on CBS during the college football season when they were doing some short piece on one of the players. It was funny 'cause my sister was channel surfing, and I heard just about a second and a half of Joe's wah and I said, "TURN THAT BACK."

Soon...everyone will know.

I purchased the new cd today, just have to say what a masterpiece, I put it on in the car to listen to on my way home, and was so moved by what i heard forgot to take my exit off the motorway. ORGASMIC or what!!!! pure brilliance.

Chords of Life is an awesome song, that first solo is so awesome. I think that is one of my favorite songs ever. Mindstorm is great, Starry Night is awesome. I love Seven String. You never cease to amaze me.

Hi Joe! I am a swiss guitarist in a musicschool in Lausanne and I make a diploma on you for January 2003. So I will go to Montreux Jazz the 7th of July and although I'm conscious you are very busy it would be great to meet you at this moment.
