Joe, I just want to say that you rate higher than I do when it comes to my son! He is serving in the Army and has been in for 2 years now. He is a hugh fans of yours, and also plays the guitar. After serving a year in Korea, he got to come home for Christmas last year. He was scheduled to put in for his leave in July, and would probably be home now, BUT, when he found out that you were coming to Albuquerque in August, he changed his leave! Now I have to wait another month to see my son, but I am happy that I was able to get tickets to your show at the Journal Pavilion on the 14th.
We have been fans of your music for many years now, and appreciate all that you contribute. Thank you for doing so much, and for doing it with style. You're awesome!

Took me a New Millenium to reach page 109...this will probably be my last post here, until this gets a bit easier to read.
Anyway, just wanted to say that XM kicks ass. Literally, you hear Joe as much as you would hear Creed/Britney Spears/other pop stuff on normal radio. So if you dig good music, get it.
I heard Joe played "Midnight" and "Headless Horsemen" the other day in Europe, during the intermission. Also did a lot of jamming. This tour should be sweet.
See you September 12th in Boston Joe!!

Another day, another big show. Happy belated 4th of July to everyone, and I hope you all celebrated America's 226th birthday in grand style. Just looking at the road section - can you imagine playing these three dates right in a row? Athens, Greece...amazingly beautiful, historic city, with just a few fans, apparently (sarcasm...sounds like a lot). Rome, Italy...the same story, pretty much. Renaissance architecture, ancient Roman history everywhere...and don't forget Italian food...mmmm. And now, Sunday, Joe plays the world-famous Montreux Jazz Festival. Hopefully Joe and the guys don't have an SRV experience there! (in case you weren't aware, SRV and Double Trouble's big break was a show at Montreux...they were promptly booed by the crowd upon completion of each song....however, after breaking worldwide, they came back several years later and rocked the crowd!)
Any info on whether or not Ibanez will be selling a 7-string JS?

webmaster / Joe / everyone - Does anyone know how well SBM did in its first week of release? Did it chart on Billboard by any chance? Does anyone have access to soundscan numbers?

Evbro:...A couple of days before I moved south,I had all you can eat for $9.95(that's cheap). It was the last time I would have Md. Crabs for a long time. The bummer was that I cut a huge slice out of my thumb by a shell eating one of those suckers. I could only eat 3. I usually eat about 2 dozen.I was P!$$T..lol..Needless to say...Be careful eating them:) Time for a Satch-Attack with a little Dream Theater on the top....jblaze

PSUKCAT13: That happens to me too when I listen to Joe in the car I like end up going faster then I should be.....lol
On other news. I just back from a vacation in TN and I went to this little music shop and the guy told me the best thing to invest in is guitars. He told me that rare Gibsons is where
the money is (which I new already) and that Ibanez guitars loose there value. Does anyone know if there is truth to that? I purchased and Ibanez RG7621, very awesome guitar I highly recommend it, and got it for like half of what it originally sold for. I bought it like a year after it came out. They had stopped producing it when I got it as well.

JS Clone 1: Actually the human range of hearing is 20hz to 20khz. :) Although after we reach like over 50 we will only be able to hear like up to 7khz due to natural hearing loss.

gruskada - Yeah, I checked Billboard too...but as you said they only have the top 100 listed. I'm sure Joe cracked the top 200...I know the album was leaked early so some people might not buy it, but when you look at the big picture I think Satch fans buy more CDs instead of downloading as opposed to the average music fan... I don't know if what I just said makes any sense, but yeah...LOL.
