JBlaze...you need your ear douched! LOL!! That should clear it right up. I don't know if ear candling would be safe for that, but it sure would pull the gunk out. Candling might be better as a preventative method AFTER you see a dr. Candling is this candle type thing you put in your ear and light the end of it. Somehow, the heat forms a vacuum and draws out the wax with no pain at all. Make sure somebody who KNOWS what their doing does it for you. My sister is a massage therapist, and she was taught how to do it. They sell ear candles at some natural stores. Good luck!
Stu, I knew they played it, but I didn't know a recording existed. Where can I find it? I love DT!

The Sheperd's gig was worth the drive to London and the painful feet from the 6 hours we stood both in the que and during the show - I had a spot right in front of you and was totally blown away by your accuracy and soul touching solo's...incredible to be so fast and yet have the ability to move the spirit with your sincere musicality.
Thanks fora memorable evening and everything of the best for the future.
cheers
Mike

MMMindSSStorm - you dont know a thing about anything....my guitar teacher can transcribe anything (like most other guitar teachers)..i like to see you do any better in transcribing the beginning of mountain song..i did a bad version of it...the harmoniser thing....you still dont know anything do you?.....double and triple stops wouldn't be enough..
i wanted to hear slick cos it hasn't been released - thats the whole point...

Michelle,Austin,Shell,Justjoan.....thanks for your input and encouragement, it really helps a lot. Its been 3 days since my last "cig", doesnt seem like much but it is for me. The guys at work have noticed how irritable I have become...lol. I'm suffering from dizzyness, sweating, I'm high as a kite all the time...your body really gives you a good buzz when you deprive it of nicotine. It's definately tolerable and I'm on my way back to good health. I have to say that the best incentive I've had to quit has been my 5 year old daughter who had told me numerous times that she does not want me to die....Its wonderful to know that she loves and cares for me so much :) Thanks again...........Dave

Mr Nick- in the studio, Joe Satriani would have recorded several guitar tracks individually to get the thick rich sound in Mind Storm. Live, Satriani simply wouldn't play around with a harmoniser, and didn't. He therefore had to play a chordy based version of the song with Galen helping it was almost as rich as the real thing. Not quite the same though.
Your guitar teacher is right, Satch could use a harmoniser for it. But Satch wouldn't. Talking of Hendrix "and he didn't try to recreate the album sound which was a whole different art world for him" said Satch and he applies the same to his music.
Galen Hensen - if you're there - fabulous job doing rhythm on Mountain Song live- didn't look easy but you played it superbly.

Mr. Nick, MMMindSSStorn, The Local Person I dont know if it can help but I've got Mind Storm recorded from the Athens gig. Low quality but maybe it can help.
In any case, it's not so important that you should argue about it.

I forgot to say this.
I dont know why Joe wouldnt use the harmonizer but in fact he didnt. He just played a double string version of it.

evansdad - If you list yourself as attending your show on the road page, you might win backstage passes.
