Clarky: Glad to hear David let you off the leash!! Keep us posted on the progress as I'd like to check out the finished product!!....BTW, lol on "preventing me from charging off into the land of shred"....Rock full blast :-)
JS Clone1: I was talking about "Young Guitar" (Japanese mag. w/dvd) and the DVD w/ Paul Gilbert....It show's a short excerpt of each of the 100 guitars (incl. 13 Acoustic, 12 Bass and 75 guitar's) he played for the song "I like Rock".... #73 was the one where he was fooling around and played the "Star Spangled Banner"!! Very KUUL!!!!
WELCOME navlag :-)
Gruskada: Great story there about your GParent's!! lol, I had a similar situation with my Mom-In-Law in the car....I was listening to Gilbert's "Alligator Farm" on the way over to her house and she got in when "Whole Lotta Sonata" (high-
piercing Classical piece) came on, and she said.."Mike..What IS THAT" and started laughing!!!!!! :-#
Peace all, /\/\ike

Dear Peter,
Thank you for your email.
I have contacted Sony who has advised that there is nothing in the system to
advise of the release of 'Strange Beautiful Music' in Australia in the near
future.

Everybody please go to Major Tom's dumbass web-site and vote for Joe so that he can get page-hits and make money from advertisers. If Joe is number 1 on this Dutch poll, then Joe will attain the coveted "number-one guitarist on Major Tom's lame web-site" prize. Freak.
Ease off.

Speaking of Paul Gilbert, check this out...

I have posted this before but it's good enough to post again. I strongly recommend Fly me to the Moon and Wonderful Finale.

Ah... can't wait till tomorrow. Goin' gear shoppin' & tryin' some cool guitars (JS1000/2000) at the guitar shop!!
Joe once said that he likes to 'start off' on a white JS1000 after playing/ recording on Chromeboy & co. It makes him feel like he's starting on a new clean sheet. I think white guitars are really classy & sweet.
Joe... if you don't feel like posting... maybe a tour to Hong Kong would make up for it! Ha!

Hello everybody. It is an absolute beautiful morning here in LA with crystal sunshine and cool temps...... just perfect for riding my horse! Hey Joe, did Eric tell you that he has been riding horses and doing well? He loves a bruised fanny! needless to say, he has been looking at more comfortable saddles on line and reading horseback riding books so that we can continue on with trail riding in the mountains. The French cowboy is cute!! I have a few pictures of his new endeavor but yet to have a silly cross eyed picture of him on the horse. Im sure I will have one soon enough. Hope yall have a great day today. Give someone you love a hug and a smile to make their day great too.
