Hi Joe
I just wanted to send you an e-mail to personally thank you for your music that I have enjoyed over the last 14 years. Different songs evoke different emotions for me that each song has its place in relation to my life.
I'm glad you are enjoying your vacation in Reno, (You cant stop yourself from jammin') I know its a great place with friendly people as i visited there when I came to the Bay Area 8 years ago. Your tour was amazing and the rest off the lads in the band were obvious enjoying themselves. And the selection of guitar was great to see (especially the double neck Ibanez you used on New Last Jam)
I know you get requests to visit many places in the world. I jusy want to say thanks for coming to Manchester on a regular basis. Did you get chance to see the city? It was a great gig on the 20th July. I was right at the front enjoying your music especially during surfin with the alien were you acknowledge the crowd. i was going mad at the front and you pointed to a few of us at the front. It was Brilliant.
Anyway Joe, thanks so much, I am really enjoying SBM at the moment. Hope you have a great tour in the states.
Thanks
Chris Testa-O'Neill

Hey Joe I just wanted to say i really appreciate all the hard work you have put in over the years . As a total lamen the only albums i didnt really get hooked on were your self titled one and the engines of creation cd
. They were still great albums but nothing in comparison to Strange Beautiful music, crystal planet , extremist , surfing and not of this earth.
You're the main influence for my decision to take up guitar.......its a shame i still suck, but i love it anyway .
Keep up the great work we appreciate it.

Hi everybody!
I just wanted to say 'hello'. Actually I've been listening to Joe's music for about seven years now, but never thought about looking for a JS-homepage ...well, until yesterday.
I'm still kicking myself for missing Joe's show in Hamburg, Germany.
I think I'll take this opportunity to tell Joe how much I enjoy his music. So: "Joe, I really enjoy your music." ;)
Thx,
CriX

Hi Joe!
Your last album is really incredible. I listened your music first time 10 years ago. I knew that time, you are great guitarman and composer. I got a little question: the bonus track "Slick" is pretty! Why that song isn't on SBM album? I want this song. What I must do to get this song??? Greetings from Poland and sorry for my english :)

Anibur - Yeah I suppose you're right, we wouldn't be able to get so close to Joe if he was known by everybody on the planet. Does that make Joe Exclusively ours.
Naty - how do you get on with the Euro, are things more expensive or cheaper. Over here most people you talk to are against the change and will vote against the euro when the referendum comes. We used the Euro in Greece and it wasn't so bad, prices didn't seem expensive at all but that's Greece, in England we seem to get ripped off. I've been to New York and seen how much cheaper stuff is over there too. We always seem to pay far too much for our stuff over here.
JOE, SBM just seems to get better every time I listen to it, I would probably say this is your best album yet. That wah wah sound in You Saved My Life just brings out the emotion. What is this song about?
Bye the way, where is Reno, please excuse my ignorance, Geography never was my strong point.
Thanks
Sharon

About Joe's Chromeboy... The chrome itself is the finish. Nothing on top. So the chrome does smudge & fade & chip in time. Ahh, but it's a nice guitar anyways.
I'll be visiting Eastern Europe tomorrow, so I won't be around for 2 weeks. Oh dear, just think of all the posts I'll hafta go through when I come back. Oh well. Keep rockin'!!!! Especially you, Joe!!!

Sharon: all I know is that when Euro became our currency a lot of prices raised. They said to people to not worry about but many traders…ahem…made round prices! Everyone here says that everything is expensive, I don’t know how is in England but here for example houses’ rent is very high, it’s around 500 Euro a month, and average salaries are around 800-900 Euro…. Btw the fine was “only” 131 Euro, not 181 as my angry eyes saw yesterday…

Anybody, is anyone watching the boxing at the Commonwealth games. There's a bloke called David Cadieux from Canada boxing the Nigerian bloke and he's just won.
Joe, any relation to Eric?

Wow, I had no idea I was so lucky to be an Aussie Satch fan with a copy of SBM! Pete, try JB HiFi, (If there are any in Sydney) they have always got the latest Satch and Vai albums in pretty quickly on special import.
Higain is 21! Woohoo! My parents have promised to buy me a guitar of my choice, and I'm gonna hold them to it. Does anyone know how to get their hands on a Chromeboy? Money is no object!

The intro of what breaks a heart until 1'15" seems to be a bambina song...like a father to his child telling him a fairy tail...
a really sweet candy melody played so preciously with love and tenderness...
satch a celtic hero's story that love so much our children, the story of a hero who's in love with a splendid princess prisoner from a dragon...
what's dude shrek? (lol)
i go back re-listen it...so nice daddy Joe!
