AUSTIN, as for the GHS 3 info, I don't know where any information is available. Where I found out: I was talking with Stu after a clinic in L.A., I made a post about it a while back...

There's a whole string on "Stu's Awesome Clinic" on the Stu Hamm website... The Stuart Hamm Forums

I'll be sending in a bunch of pictures of Stu playing (up close man... less than six feet away, beat that! j/k) as soon as I can send off a package to Russia (why's the guy have to live in Moscow?!)

Your positive feedback is so encouraging. Hearing good comments from friends doesn't mean they're being completely honest, but getting them from peers who share a love for music makes it all worth while. Thanks everyone

hello hello! finally got my computer working again. summer and Joe is on tour-what a nice feelin'. new record is kickin'! although i cannot for the life of me figure out why slick and the eight steps were omitted (?!) very organic sounding, natural, relaxed-it breathes. hill grooove and chords of life are faves. sleepwalk is wonderful.

RED ALERT!!!! Lovin' the pants and red shirt!

dragonchild - Hi. The word "three-peat" is the same as "three in a row". If you do something twice it's a "repeat", if you do it three times it's a "three-peat"...get it? So what does that have to do with Talk To Joe? Back on the old Talk To Joe, there was a time limit in place...we could only post once every four hours. There were three posters (JS Clone 1, Plum Loco, and Ya Yo Gakk...right?) that would post regularly. Whenever the three of them made three consecutive posts on the board, we would call it a "three-peat". And if two of them would make a post, someone else would type a message up really fast that said "Three-peat DENIED!!!" or something stupid like that. It was a fun way to pass the time. So what we're saying, just the other day Joe broke up a three-peat... Two of the people had posted in a row, and Joe posted next (preventing the third person from posting in a row). Does that all make sense? I know it's a very long explanation for something that's very simple, but hey.

...Austin...

It is Stu not boo: I'm not too sure. That's the only site that I know of that has info on him.

Hey weird, yesterday when I was here Joe had 2 posts the first being "What?" and the second "What was the question?" and this time the first is not there, and his posting tally went down from 6 to 5...

Webmaster: I don't like the fact that my password is stored in plain text in a cookie. It's not very secure.

I'm glad Austin answered the 3 peat question because I hate answering complicated in-jokes like that and "stu-not-boo" etc., but I feel responsible to help out when possible...

1 more question: is it worth waiting the possible 4 months or so for SBM to be released in Aus (if at all) or should I just get them to import me a copy. There's 10-15 dollars at stake here...I don't like to get an un-bargain (opposite of a bargain)!

Ya Yo, it IS all about the adrenaline! I seen the kid sitting there all up in his seat ready to stomp it at the first sight of daylight. I'm rollin' down the main street, and this guy was coming from a small side street. I was thinking to myself "this guy has plenty of time to see me, he's not going to pull out" because I was watching him & thought he HAD to see me (I was in a row of at least 8 cars - I was 2nd in line). Man, it was like a bad slo-mo movie. By the time the jeep made it half-way around the turn, Bevis had his hoof on the gas and was coming at me! If I wouldn't have seen him and hadn't been anticipating his move, he would have smashed me clear into the curb & it would have gotten real ugly. I didn't even have time to beep my horn at the guy or anything. It was all DE-FENCE! My Guardian Angels were looking after me today, no doubt about it.

Oh yeah, currently in the CD player is LISF disc 1, on pause for the last 2.5 hours or so because for some reason if I stop it, it won't start again until I'm blue in the face with bleeding knuckles from frustration. (Slight exaggeration...)

Michelle, car incidents are a natural part of living in a world full of psycho drivers. Just try not to kill anyone...(or total your parent's car)

PS look out for pedestrians!

ok has anyone else noticed that on STRANGE BEAUTIFUL MUSIC that the time doesn't add up.I did some math and came up with a phone number, nothing that has the same area code as Mr Satriani, or is it just an error on the editing part, I don't think joe would do that. has anyone else found this to be a little odd, let me know what you all find out.

>Michelle, i'm happy you're OK now I think we can drink this cup of champagne??? life just seems to be more fragile but also so precious!

where are my strange beautiful poetry of this new day?

but chhhhhhhhhhhhhh, lil' Joe is dreamin' about neverheard phrasing... just havin' a talk with his chrome boy, good dad'!

just One question Joe or Jon : in the archive board, is the "the new album title" contest always available for the next album or was it for SBM release?

anyway, if Joe could paint his music... would he be Gaugain? Picasso? Van Gogh? or John Howe (the illustrator)? would he be an impressionist? an hyperrealist? a figuratif? a outher-space style?

what's your opinion brothers?

eebysubb =:@)))

Ugh! The suspense is killing me. I'm staying up late waiting to see who the winners are for the 8/11 show. It's 1:21 right now and I'm still waiting for the names to show up...LOL.

For Adun - I'd go ahead and import a copy of SBM, as long as it isn't too expensive. Although now that I say that, 4 months from now I bet the Aussie version of SBM will have Slick on it...LOL.

michelle - Did I understand you correctly? You were in a line with about 8 cars and the idiot still almost hit you?

eebysubb - The album title thing was only for SBM. However, Joe has asked for title suggestions from us for the past few albums, so I'm sure he'll let us know when he wants us to give him more ideas.

...Austin...
