Stu not Boo --- Thanks for confirming what Joe said!! I won't be able to see Joe at all on this tour so I hope to see him in Winter...

Guys, do any of you own a Marshall 6100 amp like the one Joe uses live? Satch 3D --- If i'm not wrong, you are using one no?? I was just wondering what the controls are on the head? and what settings you guys use? EG settings and all that....

Joe, good luck with the US tour with Dream Theater and King's X!!!

Hey Dave, congrats on the anticipation of your first tattoo!! I've recently read that someone on the chat was concerned about how "a tattoo looks great on a 30 yr. old if one likes that, but have you seen them on a 50 yr. old?" It's a shame they worry about how tattooed ppl. look. We sure don't worry about how plain they look :) Some ppl. should just mind their buisness. Anyways, good luck on your new adventure! Also, congrats on your willpower to stay a NON-smoker.

All right, I know I said I wouldn't post again, but this is too damn cool not to mention...

I have XM Satellite radio...they have this sweet state-of-the-art performance studio at their HQ in DC. Anyway, I heard today that they're trying to get Satch to do a live show there, which will be broadcasted live. Some time in September I think the guy said.

Also, every Friday night at 10PM on XM41, they have "Shredders," a 1/2 hour of shredding by all kinds of guys. So, yeah...If you have XM, tune into this stuff...later all..

Eebysubb - After seeing Joe play live it does make you think he is just not real, he must be an alien or that hand is bionic.

Andy is having trouble with strength in his little finger, would be interesting to know if there are any excercises to build the strength up. Joe seems to be able to stretch those fingers all over the place including the pinky.

In my CD player right now, nothing, in my Minidisk, a mix of Time Machine/Crystal Planet & The Extremist.

Michelle- wow you have had a narrow escape, glad you are ok, glad you have a guardin angel looking after you.

Naty - Are you OK, our weather reports says terrible weather in Italy and Europe. Floods and storms.

Dragonchild - I didn't understand that three peat thing either, mind you I don't get two nuns in a bath either when one asks where's the soap?

ELPP - Glad you cleared that up, no harm done, it wasn't just me though that misunderstood what you meant. As for what my friend talks about well, some of it is for ladies only. ha ha

Austin - re Stu, I could have sworn that when everyone was asking about Stu before the tour started he posted to say Stu was going to Guns & Roses. It is a pity Stu is not with Joe now, perhaps he will come back later on.

Looks like we have rain yet again today.

LOL Sharon

Michelle... I wasn't aware we were interfering in anyone's business when twig and I were in the chatroom having the conversation about the tatoo's... In fact you don't have any idea what we were on about in the chatroom because it's part of a conversation we had on icq before... Not that I feel I have to defend myself or Twig to you but. fyi we were just being silly....Twig was kidding around trying to cheer me up about an issue I had with my teen daugher about piercings and tattoos... Apart from that... Not everyone likes the same thing and everyone... you, me Twig and whoever else on this site is intitle to his/ her own oppinion...

Hoopes - Can you give us any song titles? You mentioned "sit-down section" so I guess that means more than just I Believe. Hopefully he kept Midnight in there. Did he play Why?

No. He didn't play WHY tonight. That would have been a good one. I wonder if it was on the list in Europe?

Hello!

Phryigian Dominant and Chromeboy_1999 - there's a series on Channel 4 called 'A Place in France' about 2 guys from the uk going to france to buy an old ruin and turn it into a nice house. I know both of the guys and was at one of their houses with my wife last year when they were filming. They asked me to bring my guitar along and we had a bit of a party while trying out drinks they had brought back from their trip. Anyways, long story short, they showed about a 1 minute sequence of us in their house trying these drinks - my wife (if anyone saw it) was the one who tried the drink, screwed up her face and went 'Eughh! I don't like it!'. I was the dude in the grey t-shirt (no speaking part!).

Unfortunately, they didn't show any playing, but my amp appeared briefly in the background. 5 seconds of fame! Better not give up the day job just yet though..!

Michelle - really glad you're ok - I'm amazed at the amount of a**hole drivers I seee out there every day.

Chromeboy - Glad you got the pics mate - feel free to use them as you wish! Hope you're well - your drumstick is alive and kicking!

Last day of holiday. Booooooooooo! Have fun all. Toady.

eebysubb:

I watched that DVD countless times, and I saw Joe live in Rome in July. I play the guitar, but not like a pro, I can do some of the slower songs written by Joe, but when it comes to the solo, oh well..... :P

Better go home and practice... I have been eyeing the Ibanez JS2000 here in the shop, I am gonna ask the sales guy if I buy that guitar will I be able to play like Joe? That's the trick question :)
