The contest idea is a great idea. I think Joe should here that suggestion. I know when I get out there, when at least some people know my material, I am going to do that. I have thought about it for a year or so. Also, I think I would give out a decent guitar out every show, if I am financially able to. At least some musically related item other than guitar picks.

jblaze1: I hear ya, I'll enjoy the show regardless.
michele: no...
It's stu not boo:I never think I'm so right about anything that I can't be wrong. I heard of Kings X for years but never heard their stuff until a guy told me my song writing sounded like Kings X. So I gave it a listen, and right off I liked what I heard. After a few tunes I noticed quite a numder of references to god that didn't sound positive to me. Maybe I should listen again. I'm glad to hear Joe is going to do an Evening w/ Joe
tour this fall, if indeed that is the case. (is that info somewhere on this website?)

Quantum - Shamrock is crappy music played by wanna-be musicians. LOL, sorry, that was a BAD joke. A shamrock is an Irish yellow-flowered clover.
Ya Yo Gakk - I'm sorry that you had a bad time at the concert. Don't give up on shows, though.
jonk36 - Use the "mark as read" feature to get rid of old posts. Easy.
akreepish1 - Free tickets are always cool. :-)
ethn - It sucks that you can't make it to the show. I wish there was some way I could help.
macanaaa - Congrats on your four years. I'll be at the Concord show too...it's gonna rock.
2 TON TESSIE - Joe mentioned the Evening With... tour in a recent interview. I forget where it was from, but the details were posted here recently. I'm sure someone else here remembers. Was it the USA Today chat?

Jaym27- Do they check your ID when you go in, do you look 21, if they don't ask get in there.
We don't have any age restrictions on concerts over here, my youngest is 15 and got in no problem,he was with us though, the bar was open too.
Hope you aren't disappointed.
Naty - If you are having rain like we get hope your raincoat is a thick one.

Chrystaleena - Joe's music is the best pick me up I've found, together with chocolate of course.
Macaneena - Well done to you, it must have been tough.
Ya yo - what a bummer - over here we had just Joe and his band, perhaps you should have bought a ticket for jolly old england. 2.5 hours of Joe was just great. Sadly my brother who is being carpeted on a regular basis by his ex wife, didn't make it, went to pick him up and he had received load of trash threat mail from her and he wouldn't come with us. Felt too depressed. He should of thought stuff the b**tch and come along but he wouldn't.
Jaym27 - have you written to webmaster, perhaps he can do something for you. Worth a try.
Bought Rush's new album yesterday, Vapour Trail, not bad, not bad at all, also bought Robert Plant's Dreamland, pile of crap in my opinion. Some shops allow you to listen before you buy, should have done for this one.
LOL Sharon.

if you haven't seen joe in this tour, get your tickets now!, i am a renewed satch freak after this show, the volume wasn't overwelming as it has been for the past few years and the setlist!, it has finally gotten a little more interesting, not that it wasn't but i have seen joe on every tour and he always plays pretty much the same thing, it was like seeing him for the first time, he played crushing day, midnight, ahh, just a great show overall, and i had great seats, the security was tight though, pictures were impossible to take, couldn't get near the stage to dive for picks, oh well, can't win em all, man what a show though,

Joe! (and everyone else) I hope this doesn't look like spam, because I have nothing to gain personally here. Just wanted to share this.
Check out www.guitarwar.com
It's an awesome website/community of hundreds of guitar players who post their tunes in "wars" where members vote for the better playing. It's quite a family of long time friends, who all work together to improve, and share music.
An occasional visit from you would rock!
Thanks, Don

Glad you like the name Austin (It is Stu not boo)!! It has lot's of meanings!!....The "urge" to listen to Stu....The Urge II Bass.. and any other kind of Stu "urge" there may be, lol :-)
Christyleena: JOE's music heals!! That's the spirit!! :-)
Yayo: I think a little of 9/11 has something to do with all the close security, but it sounds like they were over zealous and hoping trouble would break out!!....Don't say it will be your last concert....Never say never!....Time heals old wounds ;-)
I was gonna say the same thing to jonk36, but Austin beat me to it!! Jonk36: Read the "It is Stu not boo" post above ;-)
lol macanaaa: lol dude! Congratulation's on your recovery!!
GLAD TO HEAR JOE IS MIXING UP THE SETLIST!!!!!!!! You guy's are gonna get ROCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I'm jealous!!)
Peace all, /\/\ike

The site is great, nice backdrop! When are G3 in the UK again? I've been aching to see Joe live for ages.
If you read this Joe can you tell me what your favourite pickups are? Mine need a change.
Cheers

Man, for anybody that gets the chance, go ahead and see the BB concerts...
He's not my favorite player (I think we all know who is), but he made the concert so fun by how he played and how he interacts with the audience.
See everyone tonight @ Concord! Four hours 'till liftoff! Then we eat, take a little break, and it's concert time!
Long sleeved black tee & corduroy long-shorts (hooray for cordoroy!)
