stu hacking - Check your email. :-) And I forgot to mention it, but if you want to hear another clip or two, just let me know.

Mr Nick - I have it too.
Clarky - Can you try to start putting all of your replies into one post, like myself and several other people here do? It'll make things easier to read for all of us, and it takes up less space. The guitar lessons are different, though...it's probably better to have those in a separate post.
OzzyBradBoy - He probably won't be back for a while. I'd say no sooner than late 2003.
hurrayforguitars - There used to be a link to the Star-Spangled Banner up on this site. I can email it to you. Does your inbox have any attachment limits?
matt king - Do you have this design on the internet anywhere? I wanna see! ;-)

...Austin...

Sparrow, I recieved the mail! The guitar looks great man! But I am goin for more of a custom paint job...I emailed herc! Hopin he can do what I want...

Austin, there IS a design on the new somewhere I just have to find what I did with it. It's basically painted like the cover of my single "Days Gone Bye" with out the text in the middle and a small 'mjk' emblem under the trem system! It'll look really sharp if I can get it done...

Clarky, I think I want to stay away from digital multi effects boards. The only one I thought that sounded actually pretty damn good was the Boss GT-6...some amazing distortion sounds on there. I may have to consider getting one :) Just to mess around with for something new! Can't hurt to try new things....worse comes to worse I can sell it if I don't like it!

Later...

Well, to close the subject of Simpsons translations and edits:

Here in Mexico, the people who do the voice overs for the Simpsons are apparently free to use those voices for other jobs. So it's not rare to be watching a movie on TV and all of the sudden hear the voice of Mr. Burns, Krusty or Marge (I've heard these 3 voices several times now).

Last night they were playing Robin Hood, and the bad guy's voice was the mexican Mr. Burns. Fitting, huh? It does throw u off balance; I mean, how can you believe that this is the bad guy when you're picturing Mr. Burns trying to kill Robin Hood?!?!?!

At any rate, remember these wise words:

'Cause they're stupid, that's why. That's why everybody does everything. je,je Later.

Phrygian Dominant, I would'nt worry about being booted from here. I easily have said the stupidest things to people in here either because I was envious, jealous, or just plain in a bad mood. And I always regret it the moment I sign off. It's obvious to me that most everybody in here is extremely forgiving and besides, we all share a common bond.

Edit: Maybe I mis-understood you, did you mean that you are likely to get booted from wherever you are staying? Oh well, I made my point anyways. My sincere apologies to all I have offended in the past. JSC2, I owe you a big one.

Just for the record, I'm not thinking about getting a paint job on my JS. I can't afford it anymore. I have to save for university and it's not a very realistic option for me.

I spent a little bit of my money today when I got my ear pierced though. I got my cartlidge done on my left ear.

Yeah, Matt King, JS Clone 1.... I've always wanted a basic alder body bare wood and all, but I've always wanted to take a guitar to an air brush artist and see if he could work some heavy magic on it...

I have the perfect artwork too... how about a guitar with a bunch of skulls with rotting flesh all over it? hmm... yep that's it!!! perfect!!!

I'm a guy with issues so why not have a guitar with issues??

#69!!!!!! WOW! my favourite number!!! Excellent!!!

Can't wait to see what your JS will look like MATT! I like the fact that your giving it your individual design....Just like you got the JOE influence, but you've got your own touch :-)

Anyone out there in SatchLand own (or know of someone who does) a JEM90-HAM?? My jaw dropped when I first saw it :-0....I am also checking out JEMsite and Ibanezrulez.. BTW, won't be going to Taipei to see JOE either :-(....LISF DVD will keep me cooled off till JOE comes back again someday.... Logistics and timing are not on my side this time....

L8tr all, have a mighty fine superfantastic weekend :-) /\/\ike

Joe

I'm a relatively new fan thanks to a good friend of mine. I was in a horrible marriage being verbally and mentally abused daily and at times physically abused. My friend gave me the support and helped me get the self respect I had lost for myself. He's a very special man. I'm now completely out of the marriage and owe him everything.

He is one of your biggest fans. We went to see you in Grand Prairie, TX on August 16, and we had the most wonderful time. I'm wanting to do something very special for him to thank him for all that he has done for me. I was wondering if you were going to be back in Texas any time this year.

Thank you so much.

TAPPER5: Thanks for welcoming me

I never really listened to guitars until back in May. Joe's music is so unique. I love listening to him. At his concert, I just couldn't believe how fast his fingers move. It's like he and the guitar are one.

My friend has every album of Joe's, except for one. Does anyone have any ideas of something I can get for him?
