I'm listening to Time Machine I now. The Mighty Turtle Head NEEDS MORE COWBELL!!! Don't fear the cowbell...

webmaster - Thanks for the update. Do you have any news on the videos from the 107.7 The Bone thing?

JS Clone 1 - I watched your videos...cool stuff. Who filmed the FTLOG performance? Someone forgot to have the camera on the guitarist for the beginning of the guitar solo. ;-)
njbeast - Go to http://www.mysongbook.com/...they have the Mind Storm tab. You have to download a tab player, though.
XCrystal PlanetX - It isn't really up to the webmaster. I don't think Joe even has much of a choice. Sony won't release another live album so close to the release of Live In SF. I'm sure that a lot of people that see Joe live now for the first time end up buying Live In SF. They would buy a newer release instead, if it was out...and that would kill the LISF sales. So by waiting a few years, Sony will make more money.
guitarzbabe - I'm a guy and I found nothing wrong with the comments that were made. I'm sure Joe would've laughed. I think Joe has actually met Michelle once or twice, and he has even gone so far as to personally mention her name on an internet webcast. Trust me, he wouldn't be offended.
jblaze1 - You got the link to work! Congrats...hehe. :-)
PhrygianDominant - The webmaster said a while ago that the quality of the master footage of the webcast isn't good enough to be officially released.
elpp - 10 wins in 11 games? Way to go!
jeffd72nl - Welcome to the site!

Yeah, but Austin: we're addicts! We'll buy everything!!!! I don't care about the quality - the people who saw the webcast (me excluded) raved about it, so I guess it can't be that bad..... I'd buy it anyway, so that's reason enough ROFL

Enjoy your weekend guys... I have a spicy garlic pizza on the way!!! Later, Dave

Yeah but when you say your thing, your item, your point worthy of note, you say your piece.. You don't say your "stoppage of suffering" or your "absence of war". Piece - like pie, yes. Peace - like inner contentment; serenity, no. Knowledge of English is cool. Knowing how to use a dictionary is part of that coolness ;-) ...but at the same time, if English is your first language, you really don't have an excuse ;-)

And on another note.... Questions are a burden, answers are a prison to oneself.

Who asked about Time Machine and Teles (apart from me)? Well, there's no whammy, it sounds really "back pickupy" and "single coily", and once I saw Joe do that track live on TV with a Tele. Was just wondering if the studio version was a Tele too.

Hi Joe , my names Joe aswell! I'd just like to tell you that I am a very big fan of yours. I have all your albums the DVDs, The books just about everything. I was introduced to your amazing music when a friend showed me the Live in San Francisco DVD I was taken back by your ground breaking skill on the guitar and I appreciate this more since I am also a player of the Electric guitar. Your sensational music really touches me. I listen to your music when ever I can, if I am in a bad mood i listen to your music and it cheers me up and calms me down. Its like you have some radical understanding of music and make it work in ways no one else can. Some day I would love to be able to play at your level. How many hours did you practice a day to be so amazing on the guitar? You are a role model to me and to all other of my guitar playing friends. You always manage to come up with something new that astonishes me more and more each time. Theres no doubt you should win award for being the best musician ever. Your a cool guy and you interact with your fans and I don't know any other band/artist that does. Are you one of those people (like me) who only wants the best quality products, because all of your gear is sensational. My respect for you, your band and crew is never ending. The naming of your songs goes exactly with the music its really quite something, something that no other artist can do. I'll support uyou and your excellent music for as long as I can. Words cannot ultimately represent what i feel for you and your music it does things for me I never thought music could. I hope you read this message.

Eternal respect,

Joe

p.s Great site, it all rocks!

y'know it's funny (strange, not amusing) that Fruit Loops started this "am I allowed to tell this joke" thing. Wellit is to me, anyway. Fruit Loops are crap! Sure they're probably full of fibre and vitamins and such and such, but man they're so boring! Give me Frosties anyday! Or Crunchy Nut Corn Flakes! With a maze on the back of the pack! Even better, espresso and cigarettes, but I guess I shouldn't say that in case the T2J police don't approve! ROFL

PhrygianDominant - You do have a point. A lot of people here would buy the webcast. Now only if there was a way Joe could release it only through the internet...take orders and only produce a few thousand copies. I wish. Hey, how was your pizza? I just finished eating a Bacon Double Cheeseburger Feast pizza from Domino's...I love pizza.

RDG - I think you missed my joke. It's from an SNL skit. Click here to read the transcript from the skit that I'm talking about. The cowbell is kinda heavy in the original (Don't Fear) The Reaper, so I was saying the same thing about The Mighty Turtle Head. Don't fear the cowbell. ;-)

guitarzbabe ~ who pissed in your corn flakes? Here's a BIG tip for ya girl, if my posts have a tendency to light yer britches on fire, DON'T READ THEM!! I don't care what you think of me or my posts, however, I did enjoy having a good belly laugh at your twisted sense virtues. lmao!! That's a real knee-slapper! Do yourself a favor and just skip over my trampy (ROTFLAMO!!!) posts from now on. God forbid Dave might wake up to Lucky Charms instead of Fruit Loops next time and get you all upset again. LOL!!

Anibur, glad you found my post on FRUIT LOOPS educational :)

ok everyone, help out a fellow satch-a-holic....

i was online , in a forum and this is what the guy said to me. D= D-E-F-G-A-B-C-D . the guy said to me that is the dorian scale. i said no,that is the Dmaj scale.the D dorian scale is when you apply the intervals of the dorian mode. example: CMAJ SCALE= C-D-E-F-G-A-B-C now if we start on the 2nd note in the c maj scale we get the following>>> D-E-F-G-A-B-C-D. it still has the same notes as the cmaj, but different in being,we started on the d and finish on the d.different in pitch. I then told him,D dorian mode is when you apply this>> 1-2-b3-4-5-6-b7-8 , am i wrong? help me out guys&gals.

Hi, Joe! I finally got a few minutes to say "hi"! I took my 5 year old daughter and her friend to Burger King today and got this Backstreet Boys video with the kiddie meal! Joe...you could really learn something from these guys about marketing yourself and the moves to do in concert! They come down from the sky on floating skateboards, and I told my husband, "Hey, Joe should come down on a surfboard dressed like an alien or something!!" And you should definitely consider the BK video thing! You KNOW I'm kidding! Somehow I don't think you and the Backstreet Boys are selling to the same audience, nor are you in the same league by any stretch! The sad part is, they're filling 70,000 seat arenas...popular appeal is a strange thing! Well, I'll have you know at least MY daughter said, "I like Joe better"! How could she not with a mom who's your biggest fan ever!! Come on Joe...come to NY or NJ again soon! My song of the day is actually from yesterday...I had Surfing on and I had to pick Echos. I have always found that song moving and even sensual in some way-really nice! Rock on!

Ya Yo: "AIAUW" is a unique piece of music History....The songs don't remind you or give you a feeling of the place it was wrtten about?? Listen to "Whispering a Prayer", and tell be it doesn't build up into an awe inspiring solo!!....Steve even wrote that he couldn't be any more intimate on a musical instrument than that....And that one will still be polished and refined....Read the jacket :-)

Happy 100 Naty!!....I think I already got you XCrystal PlanetX ;-)....ooops, you too stu_hacking!!

PhryDom, good luck with the landlord. You could always say "the check is in the mail". lol! As for Fruit Loops being full of fiber & vitamins, they're (HEY, for those who are keeping tabs did I spell that right?) mostly sugar. Fruit Flavored sugar. LOL! They're good, but not necessarily good for you. As for your breakfast of espresso & cigarettes, my high school breakfasts consisted of a dose of AC/DC, a can of Mt. Dew, Peanut Butter TastyKakes, & 2 (at least) cigarettes before school. MMMM, MMMM, breakfast of champions!! Those were the days, huh? LOL!! A pack of TastyKakes were .29 cents. Now they're .75 ~ but then again, cigarettes were .75 then, and they're about $1000,00 a pack now. LOL! Good thing I'm a NON-smoker now. lol! Ohhh, I really hope I haven't said anything trampy in this post, but if I did...so fuckin' what!! People who don't like my posts should try MUCH harder not to read them. LMAO!!!!!!!!
