JSClone1 - You can have high collesterol at 18.
Dragonchild - well done on your placing.
On the cheese subject, I like Feta too and good old ordinary cheddar. Can't eat it in the same day as chocolate though, brings on migraines so chocolate wins over cheese.
Well, we still have the rain, hasn't stopped yet I don't think, it's just not fair.
Remember my friend who's boyfriend beat up her dog, well I've told her as much as I dare, another friend told her some more and the balloon has gone up all over the place, she is still my friend though, didn't shoot the messenger and I haven't breached myself with the committee I am on. Jungle drums are going crazy though, stories flying all over the place, there's nowt like doggy folk for gossip. Wish I had a pound for everytime someone has said "Have you heard" this weekend.
Bye for now
Sharon

Sharon, I hope it all works out for the best with your doggie dilemma. The guy still needs to be punished though IMO. Even if it's something as small as not being able to attend any show functions, action needs to be taken.
Dyer, I agree. It's so funny how somebody will say one thing, and next thing you know, everyone is thinking about cheese.....LOL!!! I love it! lol!
Eva, foosball is a game played on a small table. It has poles going through it with little "soccer" men attached to the poles. The object of the game is to use the handles (the ends of the poles sticking out of the sides of the table) to hit a small ball back & forth with the little soccer figures and score a goal in the other players goal slot.
That's not a great description, but it's as good as it gets for 9:30 am. lol!! I don't even play it! Maybe somebody can describe it better?

Hey Jon/Yamboy/webmaster...
Any update on when the winners of the set-list giveaways should be receiving the tourshirt & CD? Joe's going back on the road again in a couple days so I hope he's already signed the CDs. It's been 2 1/2 months since the winners were announced. Have they already been sent, & mine was lost? REALLY looking forward to wearing the shirt!
Thanx... John aka =o|-[

I guess the commercials are right: Never Underestimate the power of cheese! Wow it's been a long time since I've been here. Glad to see everyone is doing well. I've been so tied up with work that I haven't had time to check in on Satchland. That's all changed now though, for I am taking the rest of the year off. I've been playing a lot and doing a little recording with a GNX3. Loads of fun and still trying to figure everything out. If I wasn't on dial-up I'd put some songs up for y'all to listen to. Oh well, maybe someday. You aren't missing much anyway. Just a wanker playing patterns over a cheesy drum loop. Anyway, take care all, peace. Tru.

Michelle, Kinger, Harvster OK, I know what foosball is now... I have actually tried it a few times, we used to have one at the pool hall before but they took it away.
What was that Simpson-link? I'd like to try it out... lol
Have a nice evening all of you, I'm off to the pool hall... as usual LOL I'm an instructor as well as a player, and tonight i have two instructions. See ya'!

Hey everybody!
It seems like everyone likes cheese- so do I!
Sharif, I liked your insight on the importance of playing faster. Those concepts are true as I have noticed even in my own playing- speed helps you move about the fretboard faster and more smoothly, whether you're playing lead or chord progressions.

Naso - Clarky's giving much valued information out to the Satriani community. There's no better place he could be doing this and many appreciate it of him.

Hi everyone. I'm almost caught up now...I have 3 pages to go...
Apparently I'm Disco Stu in the Simpsons thing that someone posted...LOL.
Wesanator / Scottyl - List yourself as attending the show on the road page and you might win backstage passes.
Narface - I'm sorry about your teacher / friend.
Drumbo - I still can't believe that Jonathan thinks the post didn't come from Joe.
stefstreur - The song "Manhattan" is by Eric Johnson, not Joe Satriani. It appears on the G3 CD, but it's EJ doing it.
kinger - I remember Paddington Bear...LOL. ;-)
