Crispin-I have played about 4 JPM MM, and I thought they sounded awesome. But you gotta find a good setup one, I played them at Guitar Center, and a few of them had really high action.
I liked it better than the Ibanez JPM, the pickups just scream on it.I liked the ibanez too.

Whoops! Lots to read...I'll just skim...
Leanna/H302/Whoever else: The other day there was questions about G3 Jam: Joe sings Going Down, Steve & Mike K sing Mama, Eric sings Red House. It's on the DVD/VHS.
Local Yokel: I'm a Uni student...income is 100% generosity from the olds.
last thing I listened to was Come With Us album (Chemical Brothers).
McDave: do you need some kind of counselling? Mention that song once more and I'll be forced to call the loony bin to come and pick you up!!! Some things are beyond a joke, man. (jk!!!)

[lead]da do do do di doo doo...da do do do di doo doo...etc
what do you think?

The Nose of Sauron - I think all of us have posted the words to that song at least once on this site...LOL.
CoramDeo - Joe hasn't made an instructional video. I don't think he's planning on making one, either. He said that they never helped him when he was younger. He believes that the best instructional video he can offer is the Live In San Francisco DVD.

I would love to see Joe do a collaboration with world musicians, outside of the Rock Genre. Sort of like Peter Gabriel with Passion. A beautifully sung lead guitar would sound awesome with any of those weird instruments we aren't really used to in rock.

I had forgotten what that color looked like, welcome back Jon.
Sharif and all other iuma users: Iuma has evidently been hacked or something. The crap Sharif and I were talking about has happened to literally everyone there. Can only assume we will either be getting email from them tomorrow or there will be a popup message stating the cause of this crap. As far as I can tell, all songs are still there and able to be downloaded but some sites list the titles as On Fire (rough). The original audio has not been affected.

Hey Joe a little late but happy new year to you too...been in process of moving and just got set up online again..I just have one question maybe you will have the time to answer here or email me..I just got my first guitar and of course it is an Ibanez...I bought one of the starter kits they have out...but anyways my question is what is the best way to learn guitar..self study or getting hooked up with a teacher and how do you know whether or not you have a great teacher? because I know you don't have the time to come and teach me and I don't make enough money to come to you for lessons..haha...anyways if you can help me out it would be great to hear from you..either here or my email...j_fo24@hotmail.com...thanks for listening and can't wait for the next album...keep jammin'.....Jeff

Joe, I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for putting on such an awesome show in San Francisco on Friday night (01/31)! A friend took me to the show as a birthday present, and we were both in complete awe through the entire concert. :)
I've enjoyed your music for years, but she'd never heard of you until last week when your concert was announced on the radio, and they played a few of your live tunes. Of course she is now in love with you, LOL!
You know, I listened to your Live in SF recordings, and I was extremely surprised (and as a San Franciscan, really embarassed) that so many people were booing Stu Hamm while he was doing his solo. There was no class in that group! I was happy that everyone was so psyched about Matt's playing on Friday - he was simply incredible.
One more thing - Jeff Campitelli! I had NO idea he was so incredible (how could I have missed it?). I don't know where to put him, but he's definitely now in my Top Three Drumming Gods list with Neil Peart and Mike Portnoy. :)
OKAY I've blabbed on too much. Thanks again for such an incredible show!
Tony

JON, very cool pics!! I have a pic of Joe with the NASA sticker on my pc wallpaper now. What a great tribute. I think its so like Joe to take time in his very busy schedule and pay tribute. Makes me love and respect Joe even more (if that's even possible). Also, great catch with Matt's son and his lil' toofer. lol! Cute, cute kid!! The KRON vid was FANTASTIC! Joe & Galen looked like they were freezing! lol! It was so cool how the dog was playing on the beach in the background too. Joe says that Kirk was the most difficult to teach, but made sure to give him props at the same time. I love that! lol! Joe is the best man, hands down!!!
JOE, COME TO PHILLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
