Austin: Sorry! My wrong! About the white JS1000, yup, Iby is scrapping it. The white JS in the 2003 catalogue is a JS100. So the only colour available fro JS1000 in the US is Black Pearl.

Matt.. dug the melody a lot. The main chrodpro was catchy if not a little poppy, not that I have any suggestions. I really dug the section around 1:45 where the drum line changes.. that would be a cool time to had some heavy riffs ala JP :p, you've been working on picking faster.. so go practice it hehe.

Any specifics you had questions about, you have my IM

About the Astoria thing...I would love Joe to play there but what are the chances of Joe coming all the way over to the UK again just to play that one gig? Hes already been everywhere over here! :) I wish he would because i'd definately go see, its just i can't see it happening and i totally understand why.
Isn't Les Paul about 80+ Now? I've got a video from expo'92 and on the video the narrator says hes in his late 70's or something, hey ho,.......Joe Rules!!.....

MATT KING: Heard the new tune. It's some of your best stuff. I love the way you combined the spaceguitar vibe with the nasty bluesy agression. The chord progression was also really nice. You worked in the key change modulation really well. By the way, do you use the drive channel of your 6100, or am I just hearing the DS-1 straight into the clean channel? Later.

joe, I just wanted to say how much your music has meant to me. the new album is great the old albums are great. your a real class act, guitar hero. i hope you get pearly back. i hope you make millions on your next album. i want you to know as long as you keep going ill keeping buying your cd's and supporting you. i went through a bad divorce and my ex wife took all of my satriani and vai stuff just to hurt me. she either has destroyed it, or is still holding it ransom. I want you to know that i will replace it all. w/ brand new. I wont replace it with downloads or used cd's. i will buy it all new and consider it a donation into your carreer. what youve provided me in inspiration is way worth the extra cost. a great fan. p.s. thanks for being so cool and nice when i met you and spoke to you in dallas 8/16/2002 at the nextstage show. i hope you enjoyed the cd i gave you. later, Paul Curtis

Happy belated birthday to Stu...

michelle - Who's playing bass for Metallica now?

Ga6o - Check out the photos for the recent Fillmore gig. The set list is in there somewhere.
greg m - Sometimes the product keys are really picky. Make sure you use capital letters if it asks for them. And make caps with the shift key, not with caps lock.
Mr Nick / dragonchild - I'll send it in just a minute...
Narface - That makes more sense...thanks for the info. Oh, and happy 300!
crispin - No, he should get a signature bucket from KFC. :-)

Happy 20,000, T2J! LOL...

ovation - I've now heard the whole Angra CD.... really great stuff... I think I need to keep an eye out for their other stuff... the guitarist is not exactly a slouch either...lol he can really move...

Nick - yup... Ethn is right... I had a look at Summer Song and went through the keys blow by blow.....
Kell - sometimes it deeply sux being a leftie... but then, I manage to get my RG470's to make the noizes I want them to make... so it's a case of me having to try to make the best of a poor situation... all said and done, the only dissappointing thing with the 470 is the build quality and materials... I think they play beautifully and once you get rid of those nasty Ibanez pick-up and put something nice on them they can sound good too...

On the 7-string... I've been told end of Feb... this is that last straw... if I hear nothing good by then then I'll be asking for a refund.. taking legal procedings... flying to Florida and getting unpleasant.... I was unerstanding with them in as much as their sub-contractor pulled a fast one and dropped them in the shit... however, they now had enough time to build me a fresh one from scratch as well as correct the mistakes.... I'm coming to the end of my patience... this is their last chance...

I'm pretty patient A/ I'm in no great need of the guitar as I have lots of others and it's not as if I'm on tour... and B/ I'm a man of my word and expect nothing less from everyone else... innocent until proven wanker... so it has now got to the point where the excuses have run out and the time scale has been way too long...

I'm normally very patient and understanding... just like everyone else.. I can be pretty unpleasent too... for me this is an absolute last resort.. in general, things do not go well when everyone is pissed off.... they just get worse so this is to be avoided if possible...

"It is Stu not boo"-Tanx 4 answer me man, ill check it out.

"MattKing" -FLIGHT OF MIND was very tripy. I can feel the freedom you have achieved on your playing. The sound was too much like...."in your face" (...and i love it that way...) Its like the Satch "Red Album", the way it was recorded i mean, ....it was intentional or.....? That part at 1:47 was the spot of the song, very well pal...your tone its killer, and i just compared the old "Time" recording to this one and i hear an enourmous increase on your sound....Very GOOOD song, B U T, you still sound like Satch (...not a bad thing uhh...) i think that you could be a totally monster talent if you hear another guitar influences, mix them up and come up with some original inner stuff from you. Dont be a shadow of a great guitarist when you already are a great guitarist, but SHINE with your own light!! I dont try to throw sh1t to you, you know it, but i heard 100000 of guitarists trying to emulate Satch, of course you are the greatest in that, and never reach a higher level because Satch its their goal. That doesnt allow them to grow up musically speaking. You are a great virtuoso already, and young too, 2 very special tools on this bussiness.

Clarky- WORD!!!! and im still waiting for those "special stuffs" that you were cooking.....

Matt, DCK, Stu Clone, JS Clone1, All Others that apply: I would love to check out all of your recent offerings....unfortunately, i'm on a dial-up :( It'll have to wait 'til later.... I'm trying to get something happening from a location other that my home, (can't get DSL from there). I will get to it as soon as I can...

Clarky: That is very good of you... You are correct, it never works out when everyone is angry. Hopefully they'll correct these issues soon and everyone is happy.
