Howdy Joe,
I was looking at the picture page for the Fillmore shows (I was there Friday night and had a great time. You guys rocked)! and I noticed the picture of one of your pedal boards shows two DS-1's patched together in series. They had identical settings which makes me wonder why you need/want two? Hmmm. Thanks again for the awsome show in the city.
Best Regards,
Mike.

Matt - Did Stu Clone write bass line and you played through some kind of effect with your guitar for the bass? It sounds more rockin' than your previous stuff which I dig. I think for me when the lead kicks in, the rhythm guitar should lose something. Maybe stick to simple power chords as the bassline is busy on it's own. It sounds like there's all these other things happening with makes it hard to find the groove of the song.
Narface - 300 and 20000, that's some kinda post.
Kell - Nice of you to show the interest.

Austin, I suppose you are right. Giving away an S-series guitar is a lot less costly than one of Joe's signature models. And the person who won would be more likely to buy another Ibanez in the future.
Also, I think you know what to do about the guy in the dorm room next to you........enlighten him with some "Satch" music. Then his playing would certainly be more tolerable to your ears ;) Peace, Dave

Hey, does anyone know of any companies that make a one by twelve closed back cab that can handle 100 watts? I already have a Vai Legacy 4x12 to go with my pod pro, but I'm trying to get the 1x12 so I don't have to use my crappy fender solid state amp when I don't want to cart around my real rig.

Does anyone have a link to the Road picture where Joe is on 'Takeshitta Street'?
OCP - I never knew you did a commercial for Universal. 11 years of piano, that's why you're so good.

Yeah, I did one international Universal commercial, and one locally for Mardi Gras. Yeah I had 11 years of piano lessons and have been playing for about 14 years now. As far as guitar, I wouldn't say I'm so good. I was having my guitar lesson today, and we have been bench marking my right hand. I've hit a wall at 230 bpm doing eighth notes. I'm working real hard to not have to use an addapted tremelo picking routine to play stuff twice as fast. Well, at least my left hand legato is blazingly fast.
