ZZ's playing Yeah, I heard that, too. It was Joe that said it, I think it was on some interview with him for an internet magazine. Come to think of it, I'm sure it was someone on this message board who posted the link to that interview.

Preppy thing Aah, I think I know quite a few people like that. The ones who think they're cool because they're in the rugby team, even though they're thick as pigs**t, the ones who's parents buy them brand new cars for their 17th birthdays, the ones who always push into the lunch queue, and who you can't push out again because they're 'one of the lads' and there are about 15 other 'lads' in the queue right next to you? Who get pissed 3 times a week , don't respect you if you don't, even if you just plain don't have the cash?

Bah, if I belong to a group, maybe it's the guitarists who get annoyed with other people in their year who think they're guitarists because they can play four chords, or else who buy les pauls when they start, and big amps in a few months, and listen to a load ofnu-stuff and are really arrogant and devoid of talent.

Greg M-That's all about right. Purely looks and shallowness. My mom was saying that if you could see them when they're 30, they're going to be truely unhappy.
Michelle-I'm talking about a group "Joe Lovers" at school. Trust me, I already know that all the people on this site are satchaholics, like me!:)
JSC1-The list wasn't in order. Haha, satchahol. that's a good one. I'll say from now on, that I am addicted to satchahol.
Cleetus-MY favorite Books: Slander, Drudge Manifesto, The Hobbit, chronicles of Narnia.
Sauron-I read the book 2 years ago and I can't remember the riddles either.
MEGABOYD-What an awful day/night!!! I'm soooo sorry all that happened:(:(:( :'-(

PS-I went to see that movie "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" last night and it was sooooo funny. I just think that Kate Hudson is sooo pretty. She just has that cute face. It's a really good movie:)

MATT KING, WAS THAT YOU PLAYING WHEN I WAS ON YOUR SITE? IF I CAN PLAY LIKE THAT IN 2 YEARS, IT WILL BE UNNATURAL!!

Happy 200th, LGU

Favourite books, well, are there any other Arthur Ransome nuts in this forum?

I wonder which I am more addicted to, Satchahol or caffiene? Hmm, that reminds me, I'd better get back to some caffiene fuelled maths revision.

Megaboyd: That really sucks man, I know how ya feel. A long time ago, my brothers truck and my car both got broken into one night in my driveway. I was in school at the time and a few days later, a guy I know tried to sell a buddy of mine some of my brother's stuff! So, needless to say he got busted. However being a juvenile, he didn't get in much trouble but karma had my back. After he turned 18, he was arrested for statutory rape/child molesting and is still in jail! That was over 10 years ago. I'm a big believer in the karmic circle, so try not to fret. The idiot who stole your stuff is gonna get his, trust me.

About the fat finger clamp thingy, well, I think I've seen it before... it's just like a small little brass clamp that you clamp onto the head stock. They say more mass on the head stock will balance out the mass between head and butt of guitar... therefore increasing tone and sustain... gee, make up yer own stories! I dunno if it's even true! (have u heard of the chip that u insert into yer head that can make u play faster? Ha!)
Ovation1: Hmm... PGM800, lovely guitar! I want one too! But I have never seen one for sale... if u want fixed bridge and don't mind spilling out more cash, then the PGM10th is cool!!! I saw one for sale! HKD$8800, that would be around JPY$147,000. not bad... i guess!
Hey! I feel much better now! breathing seems fine, I'll see for sure when I play tennis tomorrow morning!

Hey joe, I've been in Memphis, the casino scene just 20 minutes south of here and the music is unbelieveable. The players down here have still got soul, they're playin' from the heart. Remeber the blues were born here and are still alive and well. Make a trip down here and play for the folks, they're comin' from the same place you are. Have you're promotor check the venues at the casinos in Tunica, Miss. The showroom at the Horseshoe Casino is called Bluesville and it's beggin' for you guys to play there. DO IT. If you don't get this grammy comin' up, there's just no justice. Good luck and keep on jammin'...........you're #1 fan

Megaboyd: That totally sucks man! I hate hearing of things like that. It seems that it always happens to the coolest people. Well... Maybe Karma will catch up with those individuals who choose to steal from others.....

Ray D: - It feels great doesn't it? Joe is a true master.... not to mention, one very cool person. He's never forgotten what it's like to be a fan. I'm glad you had such a great time! I wonder if Joe realizes how much of an impact he's had, and continues to have on folks.... then again, he seems, not the type to ever think about things that way.

I hope the staitons in SD are playing his material, 'cause the stations here are not doing much for him. Wonder what that's all about?

Well.. gotta go.

The Nose of Sauron - What's the answer? I haven't read The Hobbit.

RDG - Awesome pictures! It's so cool that you got to meet everyone. Joe is the nicest guy...I met him after a G3 gig in 2001.
MegaBoyd - That sucks! Sorry, man...
smithers / crushingday62 - Read one of my recent posts...I explained everything.
Vortex - Michigan is two hours ahead of California, so I think it'll be at 3:00 PM for you.
smithers - The DigiTech pedal is a whammy pedal. Yes, the settings are the same on both DS-1s. If you look close you can see where the knobs are pointing.
greg m - That's them...LOL.
LGU89 - The Chronicles Of Narnia are great. I don't know if I've talked to you about them on here before, but I really like all of them. Oh...Happy 200! ;-)
Mr Nick - I hope your brother gets well soon.

Hey Gang!!

I'm trying to figure out a way to add some sort of an Acoustic Pickup to my current Electric & wire it directly into what I already have wired into it but I want it to have separate volume which means I might have to drill for one "POT" which is not a serious problem for me, I assembled this one from prefabricated parts Shown Here: Here's My Guitar

So if any of you know of a pickup that exists and doesn't need a preamp and can be hidden without much alteration... please let me know where I can find something like that...

Thanks for your time...

Peace....Barrie
