OOCP... I'm pretty sure Matt got his guitar neck-through.

BASSISTS!!!
I've gotten through enough of Outbound to go ahead and post the tab... it's got the COMPLETE bass line, and the melody will be updated as I tab out more of it... http://www.stuarthamm.net/tabs.php3

lyz - www.courseofevolution.com :) Thanks SO much for the interest!! no cd's are really available yet haha I'm working on it though!! thanks again!

gelato - hey! welcome to satriani.com!! :) and man, thanks for takin some time to not only listen to my songs, but leave me some very warming feedback over here at satriani.com!

Stu Clone - you bet man!! I haven't had too much time to just play around with it yet as I have been teaching the past few days quite a bit! Today is my first day of not TOO many students so perhaps tonight we can get a conference going?

Jstrat - you're right! I haven't heard you on your new JS man! Congrats again on the purchase! That really was quite a steal...I hope you enjoy it...they are GREAT guitars...ps-5...I have the original boss harmonist pedal, man is that thing cool!

OCP Chris - thanks man! It's all neck thru desidn! Kolantis Mahogany with a quilted flame maple top!! :) The sustain on it rocks!! It's got a tad better feel though when comparing it to the S...the body is contoured a bit more and rounds off in all the right spots! The neck is superb...Good luck with any endorsments you go for mate! Rule number about getting it, you have to prove to them why you should be the one to show off their gear! Believe in yourself and your own playing, that alone will take you very far...you are well on your way chris, and I think you know that :)

mowlie - haha thanks! I still need my js for sentimental reasons and as a studio guitar as well! the more the merrier!! :)

greg_m - I actually have to get a pic soon of me with it! They're throwing me up over at the Brian Moore website in the next week or so, I have to organize a cool bio and all! I'm getting anxious anticipating my first show out with it! Not sure when that will be yet, but man it's going to be a LOT of fun!! :)

thank you to everyone who helped us reach the top 10 over at mp3.com! we peaked at #3 :) not quite 1, but that's ok!! top 10 was our goal and thanks to you guys we reached it!

man, I don't think I ever posted a post this long!! :) thanks again for all of the feedback! Never goes unnoticed or unnappreciated! Stay well...

Matt King - Congrats, dude. You deserve it.

Clarky - Sweet. Proper lager right? Nice...

Nick - Not too sure. You can buy the head and the 4 x 12 separately, but I think if you buy them together you're looking at around £1,100. They're 350 watts RMS by the way, which is kinda loud!!!!!! lol... If I had a Mode 4 I'd run it through an Engl 4 x 12. Or maybe two. Nice...

Trutina - Sweet. Incidentally, does the RC stand for radio controlled? lol...

Iambic - Thanks for your e-mail man. Unfortunately, I can't put "Let's Hear It For A Minor" on the T2J CD since it was entirely improvised after only hearing the backing track (which I didn't write - copyright issues... blah blah blah) once. I can guarantee you that "Missing You" (the track I am using) will be better by a very long way.

Neil

DCK IVe had the guitar about a week, and the guy said he oiled it up pretty good when he shipped it. Im guessing its lemon oil, and in that case the greasyness im feeling is just on the strings, if its still like this when i change strings ill take measures or something..

guitarcake £420 for a strat? I've seen them go for twice that! That is so cool.

Nick and Yoda Will you let me in to do the electronic stuff on your coffee making metronome? I'll settle for a 25% slice since you guys had the idea.

r6r I have that problem with cds.

BTW my little brother told me I had no right to insult his taste after he bought the cd by Tatu! If ever there was a time for domestic violence to start........................

I need to listen to some Joe music to purge myself from my encounter with the world - so I'm listening to blue dream right now.

Hey, isn't that like the Radiohead lyric, "I need to wash myself again // to hide all the dirt and pain // but I'd be scared // that there's nothing underneath.

Oh well, lol.

Nick Oh well. I'll have to think of an invention of my own. THis is only a small stback in my inevitable rise to hame, stardom, wealth and glory, to the position, in fact, where I cant take over the telly and abolish TOTP unless they start acting their age. lol. BTW didn't you post that before?

Iuth Why don't you put one of your songs on the net and post the link here?

CRISPIN, do you mean a new, USA strat? I don't particularly like them either, I think I like teles better. If you saw a new american strat for that much, though, then that is pretty amazing.

OH NO, GUESS WHAT? It may not be news to you guys, but I've just discovered that Jon Lord has left Deep Purple. The only guy left who was there in the beginning is now Ian Paice.

THAT BAND SHOULD DEFINITELY STOP!

It was originally the brainchild of Ritchie Blackmore and Jon Lord, and now they've both left...........this is a tragedy. I shan't sleep soundly in my bed tonight. Oh dear.
