Narface - Welcome back...it's nice to see you here again.
IbaNick - I have that box set...it's really cool. Joe hasn't recorded anything officially with Deep Purple, but there are bootlegs out there. Joe's name is mentioned in the booklet that comes with this box set. There's a timeline on one of the last pages, and next to the lineup it says "No Officially Released Material".
I can send you the Crushing Day MP3, but I need an email address other than the Hotmail one listed in your member info here.
Teege540 - Look through the copyright or contact info on this site...you should find an address for Joe's management company. If you send something there c/o Joe Satriani, he might get it.
guitarcake - You changed your clock today? Do people in England do it before those of us in the US?

Hi everyone. I've changed my nickname again. I know I just recently went with Do The Stu, but I was talking to MegaBoyd earlier today and this name came up. I guess it's a long story, but I thought it would be a good name here.
Serak The Preparer is one of the aliens from The Simpsons. Unlike Kang and Kodos, Serak The Preparer was only featured in the first Treehouse of Horror Halloween Special.

Joe, You are a master, your music is more than words, every time I play your songs I can feel the extasis from your guitar. Man you born to play that music, and make to feel to others pleasure when you play music. THANK YOU JOE!!.

Wow, what a wasted day! The weather turned a little too cold for me to do any riding so I did a little around the house and decided to take a "short nap" around 2:30 this afternoon. Well, it's a little after 11:00 now, and I just got up! That'll make it easy to sleep tonight! I guess I was tired.
T2J CD Deadline Extension Info: OK, after much thought and popular demand, I've decided to extend the submission deadline by 3 weeks. At the moment, we have enough submissions to go ahead but I know there are a 5 or 6 more out there that aren't quite ready. The more we have, the better so a little more time to make it all happen. Also, artwork and title ideas: Keep 'em coming. It's all about options.

Greg: I'm not much of a beer connoiseur, but I believe you may be referring to XXXX (four x)? If so, then it is popular in Queensland. Basically each state has it's own favourite (local) brew. Most of the difference is in the label...
Jamming vs Melody: horses for courses. Personally I prefer to play jams, and listen to melodies. However live performances can be a mixture when I'm there watching.
Wow crazy weekend. And reality was no less hectic today either!!! Going to go home and listen to Crystal Planet.
