Did anyone hear the Bill Clinton version of Chumbawamba's "Tubthumping"? Too funny.
"I whip it out...I zip it up again...I just can't seem to keep it down...I whip it out...I zip it up again...I can't keep it from goin' to town" was the chorus. The rest was worse...hmmm...

hey all!!
man i can't believe the asia clinic has been cancelled. that really sucks. Joe finally visits SE Asia and the pneumonia outbreak has to come about. I'm really worried about the pneumonia thing and i hope they find a way to stop it soon. Best wishes to all those out there.
migupais --- do you still need the "heart of the sun" track?? I have it but i guess i can only send it to you if you use MSN or AIM or something like that...
Clarky --- thanks for your great advice on this board. I'm one of the guilty ones who practices sweep picking for hours!! and you're right it does get frustrating sometimes.. but hours of hard work are worth it! i guess at your level of accomplishment you only work on stuff that is required but I'm still trying to get a good grasp on various techniques and theory stuff. but it's important not to lose sight of the joy of guitar playing!
Narface --- Hope you are hanging in there over in HK what with SARS and all. keep it real and keep on rocking on that squier!!!

Questionable Expression of the Evening: Down the tubes That's one you hear a lot. People say, "This country is goin' down the tubes." What tubes? Have you seen any tubes? Where are these tubes? And where do they go? And how come there's more than one tube? It would seem to me for one country all you need is one tube. Does every state have it's own tube? One tube is all you need. But a tube that big? Somebody would have seen it by now. Somebody would've said, "Hey Joey! Lookit the tube! One big-assed tube over here!" You never hear that. You know why? No tubes! We don't have tube one. We are, sorry to say, tubeless.

Ollyno1uk - Good covers I thought.
TechTy - Hey I liked that guitar work in that song. I thought your vocals needed more diaphragm in them. Heck, i'm not a singer either. Nice guitar playing though, I dug it.

I forgot to mention about your songs...
I like your style man...
It's fresh that's for sure...
You aren't exactly trying to sound like Joe at all, there's definetly some influence somewhere there...
But it's completely different to all that.....
you are "Keeping It Real" to yourself... No Nonsense Rock... that's what I call it anyway....

Hey, nice site! I've just joined in after the greatest (and only) presentation of Joe in Buenos Aires. Here in Argentina we are a little a bit how can i say... well never mind.... IT WAS ONLY ONCE AND NEVER MORE! Next time take into consideration Joe that here you have lots of fans! After the show there were just fascinated (the same as me and my friends). I have no words for that. Please come back soon! (Hey, do you know that it is very hard to buy your cds here? Almost impossible =( )
Another one of your fans...

Plum Loco: Thanks man, I appreciate that. I'm sorta headed toward a folk metal funk kinda vibe. Have you worked on Silent Lucidity any more? Sounds great so far.
Mick87: Yeah, I don't know why I've allowed it to go on as long as long as I have. I'll have to do something about this like maybe some public service announcements warning all not to believe the tube hype lol.

trutina, I love Carlin, but I gotta tell ya...I found those tubes!!! Driving down I-76 in Philly, BIG silver tubes coming down the side of the mountain right next to the highway. They go from the top of the mountain straight down into the ground. You can almost reach out and touch 'em. Found them a few years ago. Two of them, side by side. So now you know...we have tubeage. Tube one...and tube two. LOL! Another questionable expression...fine and dandy. I'm either fine or dandy, but I'm never both. lmao!!

Michelle: You've found the tubes! That's great news. Someone needs to tell George that the tubes have been found. I guess I don't have to start up the Tube Hype Resistance now. That'll save me some time. Also, One time, 1978. August. For about an hour. I was both fine and dandy at the same time. But nobody asked how I was. I coulda told 'em, "Fine and dandy!" I consider it a lost opportunity. The man just kills me.

DCK: he makes nice guitars, but he's no Peter Taylor(Chellee guitars) just kidding. I think I'd dig his extremist guitar, kind of an Ibanez s guitar that's a little bent. I see your friend Jay is an endorser, is that pretty recent?
Sharif: Don't skate man. I already had two of my skater students break their arms. You can't afford that. Take it from Pete Townshend, he said that after his injury his hand doesn't work in quite the same way.

I don't understand it. my iuma has been up for months and now it's just been getting blown up over there. I'm currently #13 in the instrumental category. How the hell did that happen? My curiosity got the better of me and I check out the other genres I'm listed under. Rock #30, Hard Rock #15 and Progressive Rock #12! I owe a bunch of people out there a heart felt thank you! Since I've been back to the shop, I've had a lot of customers asking what I've been up to for the last 6 months and I just give 'em the web address. I guess they've been checking it out as well. Unreal. Likely to give me the big head. Look out everyone. Ego under contstruction. Good night all. The bigger the head gets, the heavier it is to carry around. I'm all wore out.

Dear Joe,
I am an avid fan of yours and have been listening to you for the past six years. I was in india for 5 of those years, hoping you would someday tour, but then moved to australia last year. I thought that in Australia there would be a greater chance of me getting to see a Satch concert. But just 10 months after i get here, theres a tour in india, and to top it all off its in my home town. Needless to say, when my friend back home informed me of this, i was quite dissappointed. Is there any chance of you maybe coming down to melbourne or sydney? i dont have enough money to fly down to india, else i would without any hesistation. Thanks Joe - Jonathan
