Akiko I thought Cozy Powell was dead or something? Anyone, is Cozy Powell dead or alive? Great drummer, though.

Clarky and everyone else Talking of "Down the shitter" has reminded me of a funny story. A couple of years ago, there was this rumour going round school that there was a really big turd in a certain toilet. Just about everyone went to look, and I went to look eventually and it was true. This turd was REALLY FUNKING BIG!!!! However big you think it was, this one was bigger. It's the sort of size that sent me lurching out of the toilets in discust, screaming at the horrible thoughts of how someone could have produced and then delivered this massive piece of exgestion. I mean, it could still have been in the toilet because it was too big to fit down it, I dunno, but it was SO SO SO SO FRICKING BIIIIIIG!!! It really was disgusting. There was a suggestion it was a certain guy who was openly gay (talked about his new boyfriends in class etc) but it certainly was disgusting.

mowlie Sometimes I look at pictures of jems (I've never seen one in the flesh (or basswood?)) and think they look beautiful, just right. Sometimes I look at them and think they look disgusting, just too spiky, and I think, who would possibly want a bottom horn that pointy. If I bought one (some chance!) I may go through stages of loving it, and stages of thinking it looked ugly. I dunno. I've seen RGs, and think they look okay, but In some pictures, again, I think the S looks better. In the jems, though, the vine inlays and carrying handles are so cool. I dunno, how about I get a UV and a JS (thought that would be a bit crap, liking Joe and Steve and then buying their guitars.)

Akiko, Greg M, Cozy Powell sadly died in a car accident in 1998, shortly after completing Brian May's "Another World" album. There was a special tribute CD single brought out of the track "Business", which features some kind words by Brian May. Cozy Rocks!!!

I'm going away for a week tomorrow, and I don't know if where I'm going has a 'phone line. So, If I don't drop in, you can all rest safe in the knowledge that I am doing something healthier than posting on internet forums all day long, and that I will be squirming on the floor suffering Satchahol cold turkey.

Yeah, but I can't get off them, and since I've got a whole until-tomorrow-morning to hang around in them, I may as well make the most of it. HaHaHa

You guys may find this interesting. Eyes the size of dinner plates! The two parrot like beaks are what freak me out. I seriously would not like to be eaten by one of those.

CLARKY!!! Hope that hand heals soon man! JEEZ it seems everyone had their glitches with this CD... When I wanted to work on my tune... I lost all of my hearing in my left ear for nearly a week and a half until I decided to go to a walk in clinic to get it drained... and when I wanted to record I decided to just edit something I had already worked on anyway... now that there's been a 3 week extension on the project I kinda wish I did something new... fresh ideas have been roaming around in my head (real good stuff too) & if I don't get them down and recorded I'll forget them for sure...

No Time Like The Present!!

Later All!

OCPS470 - Amp moduling? Have a few amp modules on my Digitech... I like them. Haven't played through a lot of the actual amps, so I dont know how much superior they are than the modules... But, I like them... a lot cheaper than buying a Triple Rectify or Marshall JCM...

JS Clone1: Little by little. At the moment I'm learning some basics to reading music. All the stuff they taught us in the 2nd grade is what I'm learning. After that, a little theory, and a lot of practice.

Narface: Good to hear, take care and enjoy your time off.

PhryDom: I didn't know that. I don't know why I didn't, but I didn't. I now know that. I'll be ordering soon, gotta get my bank account confirmed with paypal.

OCPS470: Amp modeling stuff is pretty cool. It doesn't make it exact but it's close enough for me. Digitech has a lot of amp and cabinet models that are cool to play with. I'm sure a lot of purists would disagree but I can't tell much of a difference.
