Can anyone tell me which harmonizer Joe uses when he plays 'Why' live nowadays (2003). I'd like to play the song with my band but I can't find the right harmonizer.
Thanks,
Avzwam

templar - yeah, you are quite right about the stu/boo thing- i was only saying it cause a few posts earlier someone posted te ultimate satch newbie post "hey joe, where you going with that guitar/axe in your hand" then i commented about it, then someone else posted another satch newbie comment (i forget who and what) so I thought i'd add in the other classic one.

TO ALL: for contributers to the T2J cd project that haven't sent your share of the duplication fee to Trutina, please please do so. All we are waiting on to proceed to duplication is for all of the money to come in.
FuSiOn5000: Have you ever heard Devorjak's New World Symphony(his 9th symphony I believe)? It's one of the most amazing pieces! And yes, Chopin is amazing, before guitar I played only piano, and Chopin is the man when it comes to merging technical prowess, melody, and emotion into a composition. Almost everything he's every done is briliant....which I can't say for most other classical/baroque/romantic artists.

OCPS470 - Dvorjak...that piece is very good but i don't think it's his best... it's one of many examples where "named" pieces are remembered above probably superior unnamed pieces (eg. something like Chopin's Prelude no 4 in Em as an unnamed piece, with Chopin's Prelude no 15 (Raindrop) being far better known and named... though those are both great pieces).
Chopin was a great composer. No doubt about it. Although fairly limited to piano... my second favourite composer (after Stravinsky...)

Mick my band covers In the Hall of the Mountain King when we gig - it's a good opener because people don't know what to expect after you open with that! We usually start with just me on the guitar doing a classical interpretation of the piece, then the entire band kicks in with a heavy heavy version for a few bars...then into our first song.
