Nick the prospects of losing all my gear doesn't make me want to go and find someone else to post the stuff. Oh, and Middx & Surrey are neighbours, arse!!! I'm about 3 mins from Heathrow.

Hi Joe,
I'm very big fan of yours but I haven't seen you live on stage in Poland. I know you've been twice but each time I knew that only two days before. PLease provide information (if it's possible) when you are going to visit (and what is moreover - PLAY) Poland. I'd be very happy to go at least once in my life to see you playing live (so far I saw Grag Bisonette playing in my city).
Thanx for replay
Best regards
Greg Burda

I have an original JS1000, Jewel Blue, I had it for one year and the neck started getting splits in the Rosewood on the higher part of the neck. Ibanez sent it to LA to have it fixed. When it came back they had stole my bridge and it had a bunch of shims in the warn out Lo pro edge they sent back with the guitar. They fillled in the split with putty and didnt even replace the neck. I love the guitar but its built out of crap. I bought one of the JS700's and I play the hell out of it.
It would be nice of the Guitar with your name on it which is great was available built out of quality materials.
I would love to have a JS700 with an Ebony Fret board, A PAF in the front and a Seymour Duncan Invader on the bridge. The Neck should be three piece maple. Like an Original Hamer Californian. Ibanez turns out the worst Crap. The bridges are made of Potmetal and wear out from heavy use in six months. The Gems they make for Steve vai have plastic on the fretboards with colored paper under the plastic on the inlays. I have replaced the Jack in my JS1000 as well.
I am ordering a new bridge to have the one ripped off replaced. I only let my local lutherier work on my guitar from now on. I have tried to contact Ibanez, but they make it really hard to get in touch with them.

Hi all,
Just a quickie, feelin' sleepy. There sure are a lot of good guitarists in the old homestead- Ricardo L can't remember your screen name, but just checked out the site. Reckoning point is a really cool melody, some nice ideas!
As mentioned previously, I'm stuck in Londres at the moment, but hail from Wincobank (nr Meadowhall).
Just listenign to some of Peter Mula's stuff on his IUMA site- pretty good! Did you know he was a "featured artist" at the moment!?
Working on some MORE new stuff at present, just finished a rough demo of a great Lydian melody (a lovely harmony part on it!) which is tentatively titled "Snow Angel". Hope to get a full version completed soon, but had to go shopping today (on a Sunday!)
Off to bed now. Night all!
Kev

I saw you when you came to England a few years ago. I wish you would come to England again.
I attended the concert (at Nottingham Concert Hall) on my own, a new experience for me, but it was worth it. And I'd do it again.
When will you do an English tour again?

Terrence: i had a terrible time with my js1000 that ended up in me giving it back. It had HORRIBLE fret buzz, so i had a few techs look at it, by the time i got it back there was no fret buzz, but it was set at about 5/16" of action. Other than that it was alright...after waiting about 3 months for it to arrive...the replacement took from the end of december to the end of march to arrive, by that time i had given up on it and returned it. It turned out the neck was warped...the normal bow of the neck makes a slight U shape, this neck had a W shape..really odd looking if you ask me. I was pissed off because the guitar cost me $2k cdn, and to have such an expensive guitar arrive with a warped neck and super high action..I find it absolutely rediculous. I even talked to an Ibanez rep before it arrived and he didn't even know what kinda guitar i was getting, i told him i'm getting a js1000 black pearl, he looked at me funny, and i go "the top of the line satriani model, THEN he caught on... GO IBANEZ!

Invigor- Sorry to hear about your that problem you had with that Js guitar. Are all JS guitars like that!? If it's true that would really piss me off. Those guitars are expensive! I got an Ibanez GSA 60 Jewel Blue guitar. I'v had it for about 3 or 4 months, before then I had acoustics. Nothing seems to be wrong with My GSA 60, I like it. It's too bad Ibanez does that to expensive guitars.
