JS Clone 1: I'll leave my 'funny day' open for people to make their own opinions about it. But the happy thing is that you are starting to accept Japanese cars. Cool. Can't wait till th day you say you love them.

Dave & Brandon, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! I'd sing for you but I haven't even had my coffee yet.
Stu Clone, my husband went to the Rite of Strings show when it came around a few years ago. He came home glowing. Said it was one of the best shows he's ever seen. I gotta find that cd around here and give it a run. Three of his favorite guys on one stage. Can't beat it with a stick.
I WANT TO LISTEN TO THE T2J CD TOO!!! Maybe we'll have the friggin' thing by Christmas...2005.
edit: I should really be AWAKE before I post. lol!

OCP - Oh yeah I did get the clip. I was meaning to respond with it. You were asking about the tone? Was it recorded through a PC? It sounded a bit muddy. The progression was interesting though. Let me know when it's done with instruments.
No, i'm not playing guitar anymore.
Narface - Ah, you know what man. Every car has it's problems. I work on them all day so all I hear it guys swearing at German cars. Every mechanic will swear at the car he's working on unless it's something big and carbureted. Much much easier to work on.
Jap cars are always impressive with what they can do. I don't know, would I ever own a Type R? They are good engines, I know. But Honda seems to like have really short piston strokes which loses torque but makes some nice horsepower numbers in the higher RPMs. 7200rpm? It's quite high but the engines seem to be able to perform.
I'm trying to figure out whether I should drop a 2.0L 16valve in my Golf when I get it or go straight for my dream powertrain of a VR6 (hm, 12 valve or 24 valve?) with a 6 speed and a Quaife diff... eventually to be synchro.
The thing about any VR6 is that they can easily hit 300horsepower and much more without any forced induction. The VR6 is one of the most power potential V6 engines out there. Ah, i'll only ever drive German cars. I respect Japanese cars but they're just not gonna get me to own them.
Trutina - Wow Barrie Poole, Bil McKim and Paul Clark all hitting the top 40 on the IUMA charts.

Yes, JSCLONE 1, german cars are quite well refined... But lets not deny the force posses'd in a machine that shakes the very earth to which you cling so dearly as it roars by. Case in point: Big Block Chevrolet.

Do the Stu: This will be my second Joe concert. Saw him basically front row last year at HOB Orlando (snuck up front to get closer and ended up just to the side of the stage). I have been a huge fan since I started playing guitar and getting into more instrumental music. I wish this year was Joe, Vai, and Eric Johnson (my favorites net to Joe), but I already have that concert on DVD lol. Looking forward to this concert.

Hey all! so does this mean that the album is mixed and ready for the next step????
i hope so, i'm so psyched about it! I'd love to hear all the other tracks in their entirety.
Also, I had a thought when Trutina said that T2J was representing... what if we set up an IUMA or mp3.com page with all the T2J songs? It might be a good way to advertise (please buy this album to support our charity, though I'm really not sure if that would work) it certainly would be fun to see how high it would be able to go in the charts.
edit: Michelle, of course you can't beat it with a stick, he was playing a regular bass! ba-doomp -- TSH!!!! ;)

Everyone, it's time to feel sorry for SilverS9. I HAVEN'T BEEN TO A JS CONCERT!!! Really bites. Given, I've been listening to his music (roughly in order from Surfing with the Alein; thus the nickname) for nly about four years, and I'm sixteen, but it still isn't right. I took up guitar- which is named Ice 9, if that's okay- and SOMEHOW got obsessed with the Silver Surfer, yet I haven't been able to catch a concert. I'm hoping to get down to Nashville for the G3 tour, and I'd just like everyone to wish me luck! And obviously, Crystal Planet, Mind Storm, Satch Boogie, Big Bad Moon, and Devil's Slide all rock! There's more on the top list, but you get the idea.
To all who LIVE to the music like me... don't hurt yourselves.
