Anyone know if the Rockline interview on October 1st with Joe, Steve, and Yngwie will be available to listen to online afterwards?
I live in Colorado and we used to get Rockline, but I don't think we do any more.
Any info would be much appreciated.

pizza man: I'm sure Nuno still shreds with the best of em' I just don't dig that guitar he's holding. I'm also sure it's not his only one.
R.I.P. Robert Palmer...
Got my setlist all dialed in, awful lot of tunes for the G3 spot! Would be great if Joe did play that long of a set....I could hang!! Never get tired of a Satch live experience.

pizza man: Sorry dude, I guess it was somebody else who made the post to me. Anyways, I really only liked the first s/t cd from Extreme. That album shreds! There are some good songs on "Three sides" as well. The solo in "Get the funk out" is sick! Didn't really care for the song though.
I've heard of both the guitarists you mentioned. Kee Marcello's leads on the Europe cd "Out of this World" are awsome, I love that stuff. Did he only do that one cd with them??

Fretslayer:- I'm assuming marcello played on "final countdown" - love that solo too- buy i'm not 100% sure.-
john sykes played with whitesnake before steve vai.- i.e."still of the night."- love that solo as well. -Nuno is great, but he's certainly not my favorite. Did you ever hear ozzie foxs' guitar playing? I'm not a big fan of stryper, but I do like a lot of his solos.

I'm really looking forward to the G3 at Massey Hall in Toronto.
I live in South Africa, and my brother lives in Toronto, so when he said that he was going to the concert, I told him to buy me a ticket as well.
Hey! What's a 20 hour flight and +/- $1,000 later compared to an evening with Joe, Steve and Yngwie.

hello Joe,
first and foremost i just want to say how much your music has influenced me through good and bad times.just absolutely incredible melodies.ok enough with the ass kissing and sappy crap.i have a JS1000 and want to buy another.i was wondering if you plan to have ibanez put their new tremolo bar on one of your models.i guess it is supposed to be pretty hi tech.ihope to see you in ny on either the 11 or 12 of nov.

clarky Good news for you: the Oktoberfest is on right now!
pizza man Avarice wasn't anything to do with the matrix. Avarice is a guy who used to post on this board who will crack a lot of jokes and they usually insulted people on the board in someway or another. We didn't really mind getting insulted, as he said a lot of funny stuff. Then a guy called Hiram Abif started posting on here, and (I think he got this idea after one of my posts) got Clarky confused with Avarice (Well, Clarky does have a guitar called avarice and is in a band called avarice, so there are often jokes about the user Avarice being Clarky's alter ego.)
Anyway, Hiram Abif took this really seriously, and called Clarky "Clavarice" because he was convinced from the off that they were the same person. He started berating these guys for being nasty (so he said) and of course, Avarice siezed upon this and started taking it out of Hiram bigtime. Hiram then started acting kind of wierd, he'd do a few normal posts (I love Joe, does he use a mixolydian mode in war, I want to see G3 live etc etc) then he'd post stuff about "I forgive you Clavarice, I'm not going to get insulted by these comments anymore, I'm above this childish stuff" and then before you knew it, he would be back to the "Don't insult my race, Clavarice, you stupid person. Clarky, you are scum for pretending to be someone else in Avarice and the rest of you are just as bad for supporting him" which was well out of line since he didn't actually have any evidence that Clarky was Avarice, and seemed out of place considering the reconciliatory nature of his posts just beforehand. Most people got round to saying, "Hiram, shut the f*** up and if you don't like it round here and can't discuss Joe and leave Avarice to his business without insulting Clarky, please leave". We haven't seen him around here for a while.
You may have noticed there's a guy called Wolf2 who posts a lot of nonsense. Since he's started posting since Hiram and Avarice stopped posting, and he makes no sense, just like both of them, some people such as Stu Clone have jokingly suggested that Wolf2 is either Avarice or Hiram (probably in much the same way as I suggested to Hiram that Avarice was Clarky). I hope this clears things up for you.

Pizza Man, Maybe I felt pushed aside with ......ummm....yeah. maybe you weren't referring to me. I just want to have some good conversation. So let's not b haten. It's all good. sometimes it's easy to misenterpret, or miscommunicate.
trust me man, that was ABSOLUTELY NOT referring to you, no "maybes" about it... check the link though, you'll see what I meant. Here it is again so no one has to scroll... http://lordonly.net/lojtbas3.htm
Anyways, thanks for clearing that up quickly.

hahahahahaha... lol greg
also, pizza man, (again)...
if i may offer a suggestion... I appreciate you editing your message, but in case similar errors of judgment or identification occur in the future, you may want to consider just posting a new message. Someone that had read your initial post, marked it as "read" and continued might still be thinking of you as the same person that made that post (since they would not see your edit as a new post), as opposed to the person that made an effort to fix problems that had come up as a result.

First Post- had to get it out of the way. Muy cool site- total stoked for the 14/10 show in Vancouver. A long way to travel for a kid from the Yukon, but totally worth it. This'll be a pivotal moment in my guitar playing, I'm sure.

rotwildmen - Steve Vai is great live. You'll be blown away if you haven't seen him in concert before.
pizza man - Not to take anything from michelle's wonderful ability to communicate through use of the English language (hehe), but I think Robert Palmer's obituary was copied from somewhere and pasted here.
Stu Clone - That bass is crazy! I like Chris Squire's triple-neck more, though. Have you seen it? I looked around online and can't really find a good picture of it.
Scrawn - Go to http://www.rocklineradio.com/ and look around for a station that broadcasts the program online.

The "Wind Chime" project is going full speed. talked to Buzzy on the phone...he want's me to record the chimes. I will, with permission. Trying to find a decent digital camera for the day so'os I can give you all a look see. Joe: Are you having fun with some of the personalities here on T2J? It is hard to take some serious...and some not. Buzzy's "is music" album went platinum. Buzzy's band was called "Music" for those who don't know. I'm not sure if any are available at the store....."Sing Joy" is my personal favorite. Be safe, and happy. KTF

pizza man: I really dig the album "Against The Law" from Stryper. There is a song on it called "Two minds one Soul" or something like that. It's got some KILLER guitar work in it. Great tones from both of the guys. The album has great production as well.
