oblivious - Welcome to the site. Tell us about yourself...

Climbers Flash - I don't think more dates will be added to the G3 tour (if there were going to be additions, I'm sure we would've heard about them by now). Joe will probably make his way to Seattle on his next solo tour, though.

lgSTU89 phil keaggy is really good, basically the christian version of joe satriani. my dad has a bunch of his albums somewhere, i'm still searching the house for them, until i find them i must search kazaa...stupid hunk of crap search engine...

STU M my husband (sugarbear) has heard of the red album...but i have not...too bad for me i guess.

ClimbersFlash so i noticed you're from bremerton, wa...well i lived there in 1999...pretty sweet town. i liked the fact that i could see the puget sound from my window :) that and i lived about a block from the naval base. anyways, just thought i'd be random and bring that up. :)

oh, and does anyone know how old joe is? he looks pretty young but i know he's been making albums since the '80s...so anyone that would know...please spill the beans.

laters all!

Matt Martinez - Shawn Lane had health problems for a long time. He died from lung disease on 9/26/03.

sugarplum / lgSTU89 - My friend has one of Phil Keaggy's prototype Zion guitars, autographed by the man. I've played it a few times...it's a beautiful guitar.

LTC Don't worry if you can't play lightning fast. I've been playing for 5 years and I'm not fast either. Remember that Joe has been playing for over 30 years, and that he is also an exceptional talent.

mick87 You have a cool english teacher.

chris peters Transparent red on a mahogany guitar looks well good! Trust me, I have one.

By the way, all the geetar talk, I picked up a new Godin LGXT trans blue triple A quilted top for $1000 canadian which is say $600 US!!! The guitar just smokes, borrowed a friends PRS once, this Godin is way better!!! Great value for the money!! Got one of their "Acousticaster" models too, way cool... Sounds like an acoustic with the touch and playability of an electric.

Revolutions Spoiler

SPOILER

SPOILER

SPOILER

Um. Smith was neo's opposite so when he cloned neo he unbalanced the equation and therefore he was no more as he was only their to balance out the equation. The architect also remakes the matrix and says that the peace shall not last long. Also i saw an interview with keanu and he said 'revolutions will end the story, well at least neo's story'. So although there may not be another film the story hasnt ended completely.

Hi Joe, Just wanted to compliment you on your recent show at the Keswick Theater in Glenside PA. What a great place to see you at. I brought my 15 year old son along who has been a fan right along side of me all the way. He got one of you guitar picks which really put the iceing on the cake for him. I think he's gonna get the Shalla-Bal riff down before I do! (little ****) Since the show, I have decided to sell my 1966 Gibson doulbeneck and start searching around for a really cool Ibanez. Your tone was great that night and I want to say that Steve's sound was also cutting through more than previous shows. Have a safe tour and we're always looking forward to your New Song's.

Joe< please come to Guam!!! I can't wait for the new album in march!! I hope you decide to put some heavy stuff on there with your seven string....That would be cool!!! Sounds like the tour is awesome although I think that Steve Morse, Vinnie Moore, Gary Hoey, Nuno Bettencourt, Phil Keaggy, or Blues Saraceno would have been better choices than Yngwie. Can't wait to hear slick on the anthology. I was really suprised that House full of bullets and war was not included. Oh well, It should rock!! Remember, if you want a cool vacation and put on a good show on the beach just come to Guam here in the Pacific (1500 miles east of the Philippines US territory)

Stu Clone - nah, i didn't even think of little Stewy when I was talking to Joe.

SupaaDave, thanks. Glad you enjoyed it. Wish you all could have been there.

Ovation, everyone seems to give the musical side of the show - what was played, what equipment was used, and that sort of thing. I figured it would be cool to take you on a journey to the other side :)

Ahh, still have 2 pages to catch up on.

I'll be back....

Thanx Joe for the G3 my friend that totally rockedddddd , YM performance was killer , man can he shreddddd , only thing i can see is he is repetitive in is playing , not alot of variety , but on all, was amazing guitarist. YM's set got me stoked for Vai's set. Out come Vai saddled in with his triple neck and started off slow with a soft and catchy song , tones were subtle yet strong to the ear , yet slow , but meaningful , as vai played on the set got quicker and more intense than ever, Vai i think is a human guitar the man just is insaneeeeeee, he can play any dang thing you throw at him , i was so impressed with , FOR THE LOVE OF GOD , it moved me to no tomorrow and Vai was so into it ,as we call the zone.peaceeeeee Steve you are simply amazing. Joe comes out in is own usual self, jeans black jacket glow in the dark alien , hat and thos signature glasses ,strictly buisiness , started out with the dream song and just naileddddddd ever thing from there on innnnnnnnnn , clean , crispppp , feelings , Joe put is entire heart into his playing as he always does.what can i say , there isent enough space in here for me to type all of what i thought of concert ,it was simply amazinggggggggggggggggg... Joe , it was a way kool line up , each and every one of you complimented each other with the different styles you displayed , my head was still nodding back & fourth on the way home from concert , peeps though i was nutzzzzzzz or something , i just told them you had to be thereeeeeee.... again , thanx Joe , for the amazing G3 , i was totally blown awayyyyyyy...peaceeeeeeeeeee/.....
