Hello Joe, my name is Guillermo Staplefield and I live in Santiago from Chile. I would like to know if you will put the photos of the concert carried in Santiago, because I should appear in some of them, I don't know if you remember me but you put your signature in my twelve covers after the concert. I would like to have a memory of that moment because I am a fan of you for some thirteen years. My e-mail is: gmostaplefield@hotmail.com. Finally, Sorry for my Tarzan english.

Happy FREAKIN Barrie!

What was all that about Jimi????

I guess time flies when you're having fun Joe!

OK so rock bottom has opened up even further and let me sink into it.... as a result there's more stuff on the effects and stomp boxes for sale page. Practically my entire studio is up for grabs.

Woke up this morning with /\/\ark's Waxxx in my head! Hope you're improving matey!

Dave You're right there bro' tooooo many posts to catch up with.................... btw are you sure that wasn't earwaxxxx ? lmao

Okay So Shoot Me Right here's my two cents on the Jimi thing...... 'drugged up loser' is bang out of order, no fucking credibilty in that statement whatsoever. Jimi's death was an accident, he wasn't a smackhead and he didn't do the kinda hard shit that kills people. Hey no one's cocked and aimed yet ! :-) I think that while everyone is blabbing on about 'drugs are bad' like some kind of South Park extra, you're missing a very important point, Jimi wasn't just a product of the music he grew up with, he was a product of the culture that surrounded him and there is no doubt in my mind that the ingestion of drugs would have contributed to the way that he furthered the guitar and his music, not detracted from it. It is an undeniable fact that he would have had a differnt perspective on things through drugs. Now before I get flamed, this is not a 'pro drugs' post, but in my opinion drugs are not bad they are a choice for the individual to make for themselves. I agree that they cause a lot of misery but talk to the family of an alcoholic and you would see exactly the same story IN SOME CASES. There's no signs saying 'alcohol is bad' just ones saying 'please use alcohol sensibly', well in my opinion the same applies to drugs. As a closer, I'd question what 'drugs' means anyway, how many people can't start the day until they've had a cup of coffee? - d'uh DRUG ABUSE ! How many obese people can't stop eating because they are ADDICTED to food? How much money does the goverment take off people in taxes for LEGAL drugs ? If you've never had a drink or ingested any kind of stimulant in your life then flame me............... I just don't agree with people being brainwashed, even if it is for there own good and I don't like hypocrisy either. As a parting shot, and again this is NOT pro drugs, but if you've never done them how do you know drugs are bad ?

Tastey Sorry to fit you in after that outburst ;-) Yeah I kinda listen to all sorts of music as well, but I'd have to say mostly guitar orientated. I wouldn't worry about feeling 'out of loop' it's not all guitar talk in here, just persevere and you soon get to know a few folks, just read the posts and you'll see how they tick ;-)

I GUESS I WILL FIT RIGHT IN NOW.... THE SHOW LAST NIGHT..."YM" IS HE WEIRD? OR IS HE ON SOMETHING? IT SEEMS LIKE HE HAS ANTS IN HIS PANTS. AND THOSE WHITE BOOTS! WOOOO! HE NEEDS SOME NEW ONES MAYBE IN BLACK. AND THAT HAIR...MINGIA, FLIP IT AROUND SOME MORE. HE WAS O.K., BUT NOT REAL TIGHT, AND HE LOVES TO FLICK THOSE PICKS AROUND. "SV"...WOW! HE WAS AWESOME, AND HE'S SO CUTE TOO! I HATE TO SAY IT, BUT HE WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE NIGHT FOR ME. THAT SONG HE WROTE FOR HIS WIFE - UNBELIEVABLE! I LOVE A MAN WHO CAN EXPRESS HIS FEELINGS FOR A WOMAN AND BE PROUD OF IT. AND HIS PERSONALITY WHEN HE PLAYS IS GREAT, HE SEEMS LIKE A REAL NICE GUY. "JS"...HE'S ADORABLE, HE WAS GREAT, HE ONLY PLAYED LIKE 1 OR 2 OF MY FAVORITES. I WANTED TO SEE MORE EMOTION, WHICH I THINK YOU ONLY GET WHEN PLAYING THE MORE "SLOW" SONGS. I HATE TO SOUND LIKE A MALE CHAUVINIST, ESPECIALLY COMING FROM A GIRL, BUT, I WISH HE PLAYED THE MORE "CHICK SONGS". I DO LOVE THE FAST ONES, BUT ONES LIKE RUBINA AND CRYING ARE ONES I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO HEAR, MUCH MORE EMOTION IN THEM. OVERALL...MY BEST MEMORY IS OF STEVE PLAYING THAT SONG FOR HIS WIFE - AWESOME!

what can i say? I loved every minute of G3. I was lucky enough to see the last show in Boston and I was better than I expected. Yngwie was great, he was a little nuts but hey, if he wasnt nuts he wouldnt be yngwie. He had so much energy and It was awesome. Gotta love steve too, no complains with him. But of course, I was pumped to see Joe. Wish he could have played a bit longer but oh well. The Jam at the end wasnt as good as I expected but it was cool to see everyone sing at the end. Overall I loved the show and of course got to say hi to all the guys and got plenty of autographs. Keep up the good work joe.

Joe: Thanks for stopping by T2J, good to see ya. And...thanks for signing my black JS1000 in Pensacola. I'm sending it to Ibanez to get it officially clear coated so Steve's and your names don't wear off. Thanks again.

Anyone: I know it's been answered in here before but what was the song Steve performed on the triple neck? I think it should be included on the DVD. Don't you?

THE PREZ-nice list(a little long); I´m glad that you mentioned Angus Young(he is very underrated)

About Jimi: I saw a movie describing his biography. Looks like he had so much work with guitar and music that he found drugs as an escape. Anyway, he is great as a guitar player (I just don´t like his pleasure in destroying guitar on every concert).

Wazzz up Joe :)

Really enjoyed the G3 show @ The Beacon Theater in NYC on 11/10/03. REALLY INCREDIBLE !!!

I gave a couple copies of my demo CD to one of the Sound Guys (cool bald dude) for you and the band to check out on the road. I hope a copy got to you and the rest of the band. Let me know if you got it and any feedback would be very cool.

I'm a HUGE fan and looking for my big break into the biz.

Cool,

Hey Joe, How's it going? I just starting hearing your music about six months ago. I heard one on KSHE radio in St. Louis, Mo. Man, I have never heard such guitar playing. I don't play myself, but am an avid music fan. I like rock, country, and some classical, but your music is like none I've ever heard. I'm planning on buying every CD you've made and try to make your next show. Keep on rockin'. Sincerely, Grady from Grafton

Megaboyd: Yes dude, I concur Steve Stevens for the next G3! Has he been up to anything lately? I'd love to hear some more solo stuff from him. Flamenco A Go Go kicks ass.

Austin: I think some one from here mentioned it when commenting on the filesharing thing, but the original quote about communism was from Frank Zappa I'm pretty sure. They just applied it as a metaphor on the subject. Whomever said it, it was a great analogy.

Plum Loco: Happy 400! Hey man, how's your breathing trouble coming along? Doing ok?

Ovation: Oh I'm having plenty of fun. I had been wanting one, and I had been wanting an acoustic so I just combined the two and killed two birds with one stone, err with $600 anyway lol. I had planned on getting some crazy new electric, possibly even a custom one, but then I blew half my new axe budget on some shiny stone earrings for Miranda so this was a good compromise I think. We're both pretty happy with my decision lol.

Trutina Bil ! Blowing half the axe budget on jewelery for the lady ?! When's the wedding dude ? lol. Please don't ever let me read 'I gave up my motorcycles when I got married' - rofl. Speaking of which, roll on next year, its time to get a bike again (yipeee!). I haven't got a clue about exactly what I'm going to get but its going to be big (mwahahaahah!) I kinda like the look of the Kawasaki Z1000 at the moment, funky and raw, but only time will tell. It's nothing below a 750 that's the only firm criteria so far, GSXR750 / 1000, Fireblade, Fazer 1000, TDM 900, man so much to choose from and so long (well its all relative ain't it ? heh heh) to wait. Got any favorites at the moment ?

Plum Loco and any others i missed Happy Hundreds !
