The Prez, I,ve been in more bands than Keith Richards dipped wick,n thats a lot, does that make me unstable? i dont think so. Band chemistry is damn hard to find, and when y do find that perfect blend, someone in that chemistry usually has to leave for whatever reason, the end result being a slow imploding energy.Happens all the time, dude look around, how many bands do you see still with the original line up? Clapton found his voice n moved on to greener pastures, thats all

Michelle - heh, thanks!

JS Clone - I agree... SOTD is Love Thing, as well as New Blues (cause I was listening to it in the car).

Joe - Play "New Blues" live sometime!! That tune's got it all!

GO ESKIMOS!! heh... probably only 10 people in here know what I'm talking about ;)...

I wonder if Joe will listen to my demo and tell me what he thinks of it. He said he would but I dunno. I really have much respect for him and he's sorta like a hero to me cause he pretty much made me the guitar shredder I am today and recording the demo was just so I could give him a copy. That's the only reason why I even tried to make the best I could with my money. I really really hope he listens to it and lets me know what he thinks, that would mean the world to me. What do you guys think? will he listen and get back to me? he said he would and he wouldn't go back on his word right?

Yep, things. Things and stuff.

Wow, haven't seen that stick death thing for years!

Clarky: dare I ask what the blindness is due to? So I guess you want Zachary to get you a Vibrabolt?

Dragonchild: (C)ROTC(H) instructor...very funny. Nice one.

The best follow-up to that strongbad is the dragon one.

Holy crap-for-brains, time goes so quickly when you're in here.

Mick: you'd need at least 2 mics. One on the outside and one inside. That way you can customise how much in/out ratio you want.

Later all, BEN

My first time in here im sad to say but it looks pretty cool

I was wondering G3 has been going for a few years now is there any special reason why it hasnt ventured out of the US ?????????????????????

This is very sad as there are thousands of guitar freaks down here in Australia who are desperately awaiting joes return and also a chance to see a G3 show???????????

please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

engines of dreams, you probably understand Portuguese better than I understand Spanish :-) By the way, thanks for bringing up the great Fernando Pessoa... Nice poem!

UF Dean, the 3B thing, I dunno where it comes from, but it's so true... if it's good quality, looks good and it's cheap, what else do you need, uh? Pretty cool that you're learning portuguese! Makes me and my portuguese fellas wonder if we should be more careful with what we write here, hehe... Build up your Portuguese, and any time you wanna pratice, just call...

strongbad for G3!!!

The G3 stuff will be a double CD and a DVD? Cool. I don't think the whole show will fit on two CDs...I'm guessing we'll get about five songs from each artist, as well as the complete jam.

slanshroom - Welcome back!

The Prez - Yeah, there's a famous case where one guy killed himself after supposedly listening to Suicide Solution from Blizzard Of Ozz...although when he was found dead Speak Of The Devil was the Ozzy album that was on his turntable. Ozzy was sued for allegedly masking suicidal messages into the song. He was acquitted I think it's all BS...those same effects are found throughout the Blizzard Of Ozz album. For example, at the end of Crazy Train, you can hear someone (I think it's Randy) talking about what he had for breakfast that morning (you can make out "an egg", even though it sounds funky). Oh, and it's also important to know that the definition of "solution" in Suicide Solution is "a mixture of liquids" (alcohol), not "an end to one's problems". Ozzy says he wrote the song about Bon Scott of AC/DC, although some people think it's about Ozzy's own alcohol problems.
Sky Ant - You have to remember that Joe probably gets at least one CD from a fan at every gig...those hours and hours of music really add up. I'm sure he'll listen to yours eventually, but who knows if or when he'll be able to get back to you about it.
Sammy Andrews - You want the pickups close enough to the string so they can pick up the note that you play, but not too close because the pickup magnets will cause the string to stop vibrating early and your notes won't ring out. Other than that, it's just your personal preference. Try a few different positions and stick with what sounds best to you.
Chris Gray - Welcome to the site! Tell us about yourself...

...Austin...
