clarky: this woman can hear my spirit guides, and she tells me what they are saying, everything she said was almost exactly what im thinking. it was weird. so i might disagree with you...but it all comes down to you believing in your gut feelings/intuition and going for it, dont be a chicken shit basically! alot of times that feeling you have is right on, go for it. trust yourself.

tastey - from what I know if these guys... they have a great way of gleaning information out of people and mentally processing it very quickly ... which is why they appear to know so much about you.. they mix this with a healthy dose of a great insight into human nature and boom... they're teling you stuff about you that is just spooky...
I'll never try to put down your experience or mess with your beliefs... but Ive seen the 'behind the sense' part of this stuff.. and despite the appearences of good honest spiritual people, they are in fact preying upon people that are either very insecure, desparate for information regarding something very close to them.. or sometimes just folks that are curious but mostly very 'open minded'...
if I told you that in the future, a bird will shit my car... it will at some point come true... 'cos birds like shitting on my car.. and I'm gonna get 'em for it... gonna get 'em good... but I know that I am no prophet or 'see-er'.. the facts are pretty clear when you look at them... I have a car... there are birds.. birds like shitting on cars.. my car is no exception.. my car will therefore get shit on... and I will endeavour to get them for it..
seriously though... be careful with this stuff.... it's a great way to piss away a pile of money where maybe a nice long heart to heart with your best mate in the whole world would have produced better and more meaningful insight / advice / opinion.. for free too... and your best mate would feel even closer to you in the knowledge that they could have been a great help, shoulder to cry on.. or just someone that would sit and listen to a buddy in need...

Ovation You're very welcome dude, keep me posted. btw- my boss isn't clever enough to cover his own tracks I 'accidentally' saw his briefing note to the MD and the c**t stabbed us in the back - I've got an application form for another job coming in the post as we speak - lol. Clarky, I have to disagree. I've seen to much NOT to believe. You can sit on the couch with my husband and discuss all the ways they "read your mind" and whatnot, but I still thinks it's cool. There are a lot of posers out there who make a bad name for the rest of the lot, but IMO, some people really have the gift. This is always a wierd subject because some people feel very strongly in what they believe. It doesn't matter either way to me. If you do, fine. If not, that's o.k. too :)
edit: I agree, you have to be careful with this stuff cause you can piss away a fortune and become a psychic junkie.

Clarky - Ive got a tip for you with regards to the arm on your trem being too loose. Take the plastic ferrels (sp???) off the arm and, assuming the wife has some, get some nail polish and put two coats of it in those spaces where the ferrels were. Let it dry and then replace the ferrels. Tada!!! better fitting trem arm. If it is still too loose then repeat as necessary until it fits nice.

JS JS, no it won't ruin your pedal if you don't use a Boss adapter, but the Boss PSA's are really good. If you don't have one, it is honestly worth getting one. I have 2....actually, I would have 3 if it weren't for the fact that some louzy b*st*rd nicked my first one! The Boss PSA's are designed to be noiseless and to be suitable for daisy-chaining power to a bunch of pedals.
Austin, what was that about Eric being responsible for the Pro Tools work on EOC? I thought the whole thing was done on an i-book? I may be wrong, but I seem to remember reading that Joe had recorded EOC while on tour?!
r6rocker, my heart sank when I got that amazon e-mail. arseholes. I think it's a bit rude that Steve came to the UK to record his DVD, and then the UK is to be the last country in the known universe to get to see what we hosted and supported. Then again, it's probably our fault for having PAL format TV or something - damn our higher resolution picture!
Clarky, yeah man, we all have 'em. err, I mean, isn't it normal to walk around with a box or NATO rounds in your back pocket?! hehe. About the Artic Warfare (AWM50) - it's 0mm spread accuracy is up to 1.5 miles. It will kill at twice that, but the bullett may wander off the mark up to 100mm! shock-horror. 10cm at 3 miles (on a still day)!

Big News! VAi may be doing music work for Halo 2
In the recent Game Informer with a virtual Vin Disel on the cover, it says,
Quote:
With a deal with the devil in one hand, and a guitar in the other, guess who walked into Bungie Studios? Steve Vai. Could it be that the crossorads foil/Frank Zappa under-study, and former David Lee Roth axe man is recording some music for Halo 2? Still our money is on Ralph Macchio.
This can be found on page 25.
