hi, Joe, i recorded my first record which is called exodus(instrumental), i had written some songs (exodus, resurrection, an echo on the desert, transfiguration etc..) i admire you so much like a musician and human being, i think the best form for writing music is to have spiritual experiences, nowdays is a good oportunity for me to transmit my music, because you know about Mel Gibsonīs movie "The Passion" its relation with my music, althoug itīs so hard to have audience on this genre of music, but only time will tell.
Thank you so much and come back soon to mexico, we want other concert

Jelly / Austin / Stu Clone: I looked at my minesweeper best times and they were actually 8, 24, 105.
R6R: maybe paranormal phenomenon was what you were after? (Not paranornal phenonenom).
Wow, Clarky is talking sense. Quick, it must be the end of the world!
I don't know whether I do air anything in my sleep, but I don't stop singing in my head or playing air drums (or pseudo air drums - limb and digit movements that I can feel but to the observer are almost non-existent) while I'm awake. I often wake up singing a song in my head so who knows!?

michelle Joe cant be 5'9" when i was backstage and he came up to me and shook my hand, signed my guitar, then took a picture with me i was about the exact same size as him and maybe a tiny bit taller and i'm only 5'7.5" unless everytime i go to get measured i shrink about an inch and a half lol, plus i agree with you on Joe doing guitar clinics, just as long as he comes to Medford, Oregon! haha

So, who here listens to Deftones? I think I've heard White Pony more times this year than all my Steve and Joe albums put together...
Bom ts ts do pah ts bom ts ts do pah tspah bom ts ts do pah ts bom ts ts do pah tspah
Da dow do dow... da dow do dow...
Stu Clone: to get those times you need to forget about the right button and just memorise the mines. Learn the patterns and the "one of those three are mines which means that that one would have to be because two of those three are mines etc" scenarios that keep cropping up and all the compounds of the simpler ones. Then it's all about how accurately you can control the mouse (which in my case is a weakness).

TheBob, I swear there was a recent interview where Joe himself says he's 5'9". I'm 5'4, and when he stands next to me he's, well, about 5'9!! lmao!! No way is he only 5'7.5 (I mean that with all due respect).
I just got done listening to the rest of the commentary of Steve's DVD. I didn't even realize that I never made it to the end of the DVD to see The Attitude Song with Eric Sardinas!!! Oh...my..God!!! Dude's playing a Dobro, which I've never seen before. It looks slightly midevil. lol! That song totally kicked my ass! They were having some serious fun too. After I was done watching that, I played Linkin Parks Reanimation DVDA. Whoooo, that'll clear the cobwebs from yer brain! lol! It sounds killer coming from the 5.1 surround sound. Thank God I gave up smoking pot when I was a kid. If I would have listened to that back then, I'd still be laying on the floor in the middle of all the speakers laughing my ass off repeating the word "dude". LOL!! I love the way the sound swishes around the room like that with the killer thumping bass. I think it's on 1STP KLOSR (err, one step closer) where the bass does this super cool bwaaaaa roll out of the sub woofer. My daughter poked her head out from around the corner at the same time my jaw dropped. lol! We were both like "WHOA!!" lol! I love when you can FEEL the bass vibrate yer bones. I had it cranked pretty good, so it's possible a neighbor or 2 felt it too. lol! I can't wait till the kiddies go to school & my hubby's at work tomorrow so I can give it a full run for it's money ;-)

Do The Stu: hehe, lol man, but I'd bet if you asked all the T2J'ers (yup I'm being partial), they'd side with the JS ;-).... I know, I'm being unfair, lol....
death cube K: I hear ya /\/\/\R|< on the quality bro.. IBY just does'nt stand a chance when it comes to quality, lol AND the sustain and sound of LP's are unique!!.... They are soo damn expensive, and if you want quality, you get what you pay for, lol....
michelle: lol, better pass out flyers to warn the neighbors, haha, time to crank it up tomm!! :-)
JOE: Man, NAMM would have been even more special had you whipped out the new Red JS!!....

TheBob, that's a great possibility. lol! I usually float for a few days after too. lol!
Geez man, my husband forgot he set the house alarm, then opened the front door and all hell broke loose. BURGLARY! BURGLARY! with all kinds of sirens and shit. Aghhh, I hate when that happens!! Now I'm shakin' in my shoes! lol! I bet our neighbors really love us now. lmao!!! Not the calming thing right before bed either. Geez man, where's my whiskey!! LOL!!

death cube.....Ovation.......By far the best axe I ever owned was a 1968 Gibson Trini Lopez Model. Modeled after the ES-335 but I think it was slightly smaller....that thing would sustain with the volume knobs at 5...it was magical ! I cried when I sold it....nothing has ever come close....I don't even think one of Joe's personal axes would compare to it. Yes, Les Pauls are very nice but they are'nt priced for the average working class musician. I had a 1965 Gibson SG that had been modded with a Floyd Rose that I traded for the '68 Trini.....the Floyd Rose killed the tone of that SG.....whoever modded that was an idiot....as I was for buying it in the first place...lol

To Joe and everyone, I recently pirchased a Fender Deluxe amplifier. I love but I dont really understand what "middle" means and what presence means. I hate adjusting the middle because it always destroys a good sound I am enjoying. What is a recommended equaliser position for most of you? I usually crank up the bass because it adds more punch to the sound. Please guide me.

Hi Joe! :-) Thanks for stopping by...
Artanis I - You're insane. ;-)
michelle - Joe told us that he's only 5'7 1/2" in a recent interview (the same interview where he 'fessed up and said that he wears Spongebob Squarepants boxers...hehe).
ovation1 - I bet if you ask most Aerosmith fans, they won't even know who JS is. Most of them probably haven't even heard of Ibanez. You're being perfectly fair...hehe.

/\/\||<eY yeah but to be fair to ibanez, i play my jem way more than my joe perry, but i have been playing my jackson lots...(its what i used on waxxx). i have seen a few gibson custom shop peices with warped necks, and that is unacceptable in a $5000+ guitar.

Sony has added the album artwork to the G3 2003 CD and DVD preorder page. Click here and here. Autographed covers are still available, by the way.
What are everyone's thoughts? I don't like either of the covers...they both look VERY unprofessional. I've seen fan-created artwork (for other bands' live CDs) that looks many times nicer than these G3 covers.
These images are horribly cropped, and no attempt was made to blend the images together (unlike the first G3 cover, even though that one wasn't very good either). It would have been cool to use a jam photo for the cover. If they didn't have one, it would have been easy to fake one during a soundcheck. ::sigh:: Oh well.

Hello. Master Yoda - Well it all depends on whether you prefer a male shouting or a female screaming hehe :-) Male: Burning Bridges, Female: Wages Of Sin. These are the best two albums, though there has been opposing thoughts on which one is best. But I think they both RULE. Hey, noticed Satch posted a recent message, very cool. >eta<
