eta, thought that was more of a case with the Matrix 3 than Terminator. In any case, it shows how desperate the state of California is for money

Master Yoda - That was Arch Enemy :-).
As for Lamb Of God, they only have two albums: New American Gospel and As The Palaces Burn. Out of these two, the New American Gospel is the best.

Frenchy Du Rock - Matrix 3 was a bit of a let down but it didn't destroy the whole package. It was meant to be as Terminator 2 had ended the movie very well.

Is anyone else having trouble with IUMA?? I tried to set up my site last night and got some odd cgi-bin message at the mp3 uplading stage, so I can't even get a basic site up! Bit miffed sonce I've got some new strange (not-so-beautiful) music of me own to share with y'all. booooo!!!!!!!!!!

Any other similar sites you can recommend so I can get up and running. I really want everyone to be able to catch some of my new tunes- even I like some of them!!!! (I might even put a couple of pics of my ugly mug up there as an "incentive" for some help (or maybe that should be disincentive....)).

Cheers

Kev

BTW: clarky I think you managed to say exactly what I was desperately trying to express about JP in my last post- he is a stunning, brilliant guitarist but sometimes lacks the all-important "feel". I mean, Dave Gilmour is a brilliant guitarist- he can express his feelings thro' the guitar, but technically not a patch on 'ol JP.

I'm rambling....

Later!

Kev

Does anybody know what wattage I should look for when buying a new amp? My friends are suggesting between 60W - 100W but I'm not too sure. Can anybody help?

Well I've finished school for today, now to go to work. Farewell

Happy New Year!

Clarky, your post makes me feel kinda sad. Anyways, when it's your time to walk into the light, I think you'll be pleasantly suprised to find that there IS more to it than what you think. There is no hell, only different levels of heaven. Hell is something the religious wackos made up to scare people. What matters in life is that your a good person, not if you go to church every Sunday or not.

MICHELLE/CLARKY: i think he has spirituality he just doesnt realize it. you dont have to say you believe in god or anything, but i think clarky has a good soul to say what he says about your mates helping you out n stuff. but should be more open minded about the other stuff.....

Hey Joe, you mentioned in a post that G3 is exploring the possibility of a Europe tour. That's great!! I hope you come to Oslo in Norway then, cause I'd really like to see you and the rest of G3 live!

SupaaDave: Man, that sounds like it was a sweet guitar!!.... Imagine how much it would be worth today, lol, there's nothing like the sound of a Les Paul.... You can hear them from miles, lol!!....

Do The Stu: hehe lol man, so I guess it's a 50/50 split, lol, Joe Perry is kuul though!!.... I love his riffing most of all.... He made some of the most memorable music of all time back in the day!! btw, the cd cover is better than the dvd cause JOE is wailing, lol!!.... The dvd is very lame, I agree, they could have come up with some more impressive artwork or pic's to put on the covers!!....

death cube K: I hear ya /\/\/\R|< on playing the IBY mostly, lol, kinda like a Porshe vs. a Caddy, hehe.... Warped necks on $5,000 LP's is insane!!.... Who the hell runs their QA dept!?!?.... Hell, my PGM got a pocket gap (Treble side, about .3mm) and I was furious!!!!.... It's picky, I know, but when you spend above $2,000 for a guitar, it better not have any noticeable defects, lol!!....

Clarky: That definately IS Utopia bro!!.... and she lets you screw her after some serious jamming.... Sound's like something out of an episode of Star Trek!!.... lol, Kirk was alway's gettin' the women no matter what, hehe, I wanna' be Kirk, lol ;-)

JOE: Someone asked this earlier, but have you ever thought about making the JS with the AANJ?!?!.... Do you like the Standard neck joint because of sustain, or do you want to keep it as Strat-like as possible??.... Love the new guitar man!!....

Thanks for the quick links Do The Stu, I like the covers, it catches them at a moment that they are into some serious moment of shred or expression. " I know your here" by Steve is one I am looking forward to listening again, not to mention Joe's version of Rockin in the Free World. The seats I had for the concert sucked big time. the sound was real bad from that area, I usually get to the gigs early enough and get a spot up close so the sound from the stage is good. there was some blue text last night. what a tease. We have like a month before some new music comes out, getting phyched

I only use manuscript when I'm writing away from any instrument. And I never use TAB for myself - only unless I'm teaching something to someone and it's easier for them to understand than any other method. Some people prefer A0 D2 G2 B1 E0, for example, to desribe an A minor chord. The way I see it, if it works for some people then it must work for them. Don't knock it. Each to his/her own.
