ovation1 - You don't want a country album do you? That would certainly be great, seeing that it is Satch, but not country. Another rock like "The Extremist" would be absolutely great, or perhaps something heavier. But not country!!!!! :-)

Right guys, I need a quick answer. I'm going shopping on Friday for accesories for my guitar. What should I get? At the moment I'm thinking about a distortion pedal and some tab books. Anything else? And again which distortion pedal?
A quick answer would be very much appreciated as i have less than an hour left :-)

eta: hahaha, lol, j/k, I thought I might be able to catch JOE's attention, but I guess not, lol!! ;-).... I do hope for something more heavier than the last couple of albums though, especially now that JOE has plenty of 7 string wisdom, lol!! ;-)

ovation1 - Do you have any comments to make about my previous question? I am dramatically running out of time so any help would make me feel a lot better :-) Yeah I would have to agree with Satch having to make a heavier album now, not like the others were bad or anything, lol...

Edit: ovation1 - just saw your post. Thanks!

Hey guys I'm home from college, and I'm bored out of my mind lol.

Listnin to Joe right now. Thanks for everyone's well wishing it means a lot.

Michelle: I haven't been told any details as she doesn't want me to worry, she's not making a big deal out of it and going for an operation next month to remove the tumour. I guess the word "cancer" coming out of any close friend/relative's mouth hits hard. But thanks for the offer I'm sure to take you up on it in the future.

MegaBoyd: I looked at your photos with Joe they kick ass.
I've never seen Joe live :(. Hopefully they'll be a UK tour some time...then he can come to the NIA in Birmingham, massive place can hold big crowds :).

I'm going guitar lesson hunting on friday to find out how much they cost. Also looking for an acoustic and maybe an Ibanez S-series guitar for when I have more money gained from 3D Design.

Joeman9, those words are a little hard to figure out. I can hear some parts, but some are kind of layered under the music (or maybe I'm grooving to the music to much to listen to the words?) lol!

Mikey, does Fujidak have a green box with a yellow canister of film inside? lol! I LOVE looking at underwater photos. I got my daughter an underwater disposable camera last year, and the pictures of her friends holding their breath with their cheeks all puffed out while posing for pics underwater are hysterical! (is that sentence long enough?) lol! Oh yeah, here's a song you should remember - Conjunction junction what's your function... lol!

Heavier Joe for G3!! lmao!

Cube-cool.I bought the Vai Satch tribute, and it was awful. It went to the used record store.I only got like, a dollar for it, and I paid 15$!

BTW, and advice on ideal settings for the Effects loop trim levels? There is a trim level each for the send, and return.I want to use my delay pedal through the effects loops, but I can't quite find the levels I'm happy with.

AWESOME amp, btw.The 80 is SOOOOO much better than the puny little 40.

I've just made a 3D model for a Satch info site I'm thinking of making.
1) Because his music is so inspiring 2) I need more sites in my portfolio

But the 3D model I just made is taking ages to render lol :(

Hi guys,

Just downloaded the King Biscuit 'Flower Hour' Satch gig of '88.

Does anyone know which other musicians were playing for Joe?

Decent show - starts off a little slow but then warms up faster than a rocket. Who's Ken BTW?

Listening to Megadeth at the moment, I decided to go to www.Megadeth.com to see if there was any new news. From what Dave says, it doesn't look like Megadeth will be getting back together for the new album. Damn! That was one hell of a group :( Anyways, here's what Dave says about his arm injury ~

"Arm Injury My arm got injured when I fell asleep on it January 7th, 2002, not from the false reports that state anything to the contrary, and I was told that I would not gain full use of my arm ever again; that I would be lucky if I even got 80%.

Well, through a lot of physical therapy, and a lot of the prayer that everyone seems to be mocking me for, I am completely healed and playing better than before I got hurt, because I had to relearn to play. "

~Sometimes, and I know from my own personal experience, a person really needs to get their ass seriously kicked by life before they find out how to look to the sky...
