slanshroom apparently there is adevice called a fat finger it is made by groove tubes, it is meant to increase sustain by adding mass at the headstock so as eliminating any acoustic dead spots in the guitar. It clamps to the headstock, but doesn't damage it and it looks pretty groovy too. Joe has been known to use them on occasion aswell which is always a plus! Hope that helps

Ovation - The Defender of Dr. Vai, lol... cool! Monkey Grip User's United! heh... Speeding is a cool tune btw!

Jazzy Boy - I see... lol... I think I saw that episode on Star Trek too, lol ;-)....

PhyrDom - lol Dave... that would be one trippy guitar to play. Who know's what kinda wierd noise one could come up with on that. Thanks for the song titles... bought time someone named a song bamboo.

Mowlie - Like the tune! Very haunting... cool lines, and great tone from the El Gilberto Model! Listened to Blowout again too... are you ever gonna finish that one, cause it really rocks!?! lol... ;-)

...Tesla is a funny name for a band....

Joeman9 - Joe strawberry, Jeff - banana, Stu - Orange, Eric - cucumber, Galen - cherry.

I think guitars are just a matter of prefernce. I choose Ibanez and BCRich over any other.

962: Fender Squire guitars drive me crazy haha! Way too many of my students by the "strat pack" and the squire that comes in most of them are terrible hunks of wood that don't intonate well and have poor construction. The Ibanez packs (although they sound like cardboard) have great action and intonation....great begginner guitars.

Mowlie: So did you use the pickups in passive mode for the T2J CD track? I didn't want you to think I categorically hate anyone that plays emg's haha!

That second recent Joe post made me sick to my stomach. Although that message was directed at an individual, it is evidence that Joe feels used/manipulated by his fans. I thought Zach was a cool guy, but the post recently on here was inappropriate. It may have just been an angry rant, but Joe owed him nothing. And the good part is that Zach got to meet Joe and get a lot of exposure for his device, so that should have been fine. I just hate to see a cool guy like Joe angry like that.

I too feel a bit worried about what's happening on this fan forum. Joe shouldn't need to make posts telling people to chill. Now I feel bad. :(

Delfino Pie: I guess there is nothing to be worried about when Joe asked to chill. In fact i was happy he did so, or you may never have known how long this would have been going. There is no use in crying over spilled milk Jb

Joe - Strawberry Jeff - Banana Galen - Orange Eric - Lime Stu - Apple

VEGETABLE SUITS

Joe - Carrot Jeff - Cucumber Galen - Mushroom Eric - Corn Stu - Potato

I agree to all those suits and really think on the next tour Joe should consider wearing these. I would be amazing!

Joe, you actually have a guitar made from Balsa wood? I would have thought it would be too light and flimsy to actually make a guitar out of, but that is very interesting, I would be curious to hear how it sounds. It must be a very lightweight axe! (I don't know what kinds of things have been going on in this message board recently cause i rarely read comments anymore, but judging from joe's responses as of late i am glad i don't)
