Joeman9 yeah, sweet. I konw the Muscle car era was prettty much 1960 to 1072 and then cars got worse, but now they are making good 'muscle cars' again. for the 80s (which was weak carewise) my car is a muscle car. it is pretty fast. it will beat most Hondas and Acuras that people have in my area so I'm happy. Oh how I hate those cars!

Sharon, I thought both of my kids were going to tower over me, but my daughter stalled a bit. lol! She was the tallest in her class all through school until the summer between 7th & 8th grade (she's in 9th now). When she went back to school, most of the girls she was always taller than, were now taller than her. lol! It was wild! lol! She's stuck at about 5' 2", but she still has plenty of time to grow *please grow!* lol! She doesn't like being that short. lol!
Scrawn, your right. I'd much rather be associated with Hagar than Roth. It seems like Roth's ego is way to big for his britches. I like the DLR VH better than any other, but personality wise, I'd pick Hagar. Tequila anyone :) lol! I like Sammy's voice too!
mikesb, noooo! Not Gentle Giant!! lmao!!! Oh please, make the sound in my head go away! lol! That's my husbands fav. It makes me want to drive red hot 6 inch spikes into HIS head! ha! Though I was going to say MY head, didn't you. lol! *shivers* anything but Gentle Giant...please! lol!
Alexandre, you are one of the kindest, most good-hearted, always positive, sweetest guys on this website. If you're anything like your father, he must be a great man. God Bless you both. Glad to hear your father is improving.
Mikey, good catch on the Bad Horsie guitar switch! I watched it last night. I love that part of the DVD!!
5 pages in less than 12 hours. sheesh! Sorry if I skipped anything.

Hey guys - I'm a new member and ths is my first posting. Does anyone know if Peavey plans to release a cabinet designed to compliment his new signature amp, the JSX or does Joe plan to continue with the Peavey XXX cabinet?
Quito - Why the post in Portuguese? Does Satch know Port, also? (Oh nevermind - I see...)
At the risk of being redundant (since I haven't read all of the comments), there's a great article on Joe at guitar.com. Check it out!

Joe
My hubby Jeff's big 40 is coming up on the 14th :-)
I would love to know where I can pick up a fabulous autographed poster of you jammin. I know he would love that- It bummed him out pretty bad when he realized you came out to Chi Town w/Malmsteen and Vai..
I just bought your new G3 the day it came out-- Man that was so hot! I'm pretty sure we're going to need a couple copies for the house and car..
My son Darek says hi! My husband has been calling you "Uncle Joe" and it kind of stuck with my 8 yr old-
He's trying to play Mystical Potato Head Groove Thing on his keyboard and hopes Dad can solo on his lead G-tar!
Me, I'm just trying to learn my drums still-
Have a Great Day and as always share our love w/your partner talents!
Love always

What is tendonitis?
Sometimes the tendons become inflamed for a variety of reasons, and the action of pulling the muscle becomes irritating. If the normal smooth gliding motion of your tendon is impaired, the tendon will become inflamed and movement will become painful. This is called tendonitis, and literally means inflammation of the tendon.
What causes tendonitis?
The most common cause of tendonitis is overuse. Commonly, individuals begin an exercise program, or increase their level of exercise, and begin to experience symptoms of tendonitis. The tendon is unaccustomed to the new level of demand, and this overuse will cause an inflammation and tendonitis.
Another common cause of symptoms of tendonitis is due to age-related changes of the tendon. As people age, the tendons loose their elasticity and ability to glide as smoothly as they used to. With increasing age, individuals are more prone to developing symptoms of tendonitis. The cause of these age-related changes is not entirely understood, but may be due to changes in the blood vessels that supply nutrition to the tendons.
Sometimes, there is an anatomical cause for tendonitis. If the tendon does not have a smooth path to glide along, it will be more likely to become irritated and inflamed. In these unusual situations, surgical treatment may be necessary to realign the tendon.
Installing fear of everything in you!
