JS JS Are you saying that the computers at your school are attracted to computers of the same sex and that is why they are blocking your access to the link? Just curious.

Can anyone mail me a gun so I can shoot my teachers, or maybe a bomb so I blow up my school? I'm about to just quit entirely because, here, apprently since I'm the new guy and eveyone else has done it already, I have to go around and ask people at school 'cuz the teachers won't tell me. and secondly instead of giving us time to work on our History project they assign another essay due Monday. And now my dad won't back off so I can't focus. And also the report has to be written an EXACT way, so I had half the sh*t done and suddenly it's wrong cause I didn't use some sort of 'writing formula'. I'm really, REALLY P.O.'ed right now, and my family should be glad that they aren't home right now, cuz if they were...

Sammy Andrews Sounds like you're talking about Richard Jesse, very nice guy and an amazing guitar player. He'd studied with Al DiMeola for a while, and he also teaches locally.

Someone else mentioned Iron Maiden......that's where my screen name comes from ;-)

Heh......that's not even their best song ;-)

962: I agree with you, I think "The Forgotten Pt 2" is a criminally underrated song.....I'd LOVE to see Joe do a live version of it. Bookend that song with "Hordes of Locusts" and "Circles" and my head would explode in aural joy.

It must be rough putting together a setlist with so much great material to choose from, too.

Joeman9 I was wondering. I have music class right onw and i am done with all my stuff so I can do whatever I want. so here I am. you know whats gay, Ihave finals all next week, big ones. so big that I will die if I do bad ont them. in Biology I have a c+ or something and I think our final is 300 questions or something, its gonna suck. all of them are sililar though, all the stuff we have covered all tri long. tri means trimester by the way, we have 3 sections throughout the school year. I guess its ok, better then semimesters or whatever.

Austin guess how dumb I am. I wasnt scrolling down on the menu, thats why I didnt see it. I feel so stupid-my life is in the crapper! why do I live? just kidding, but thanks.

OCPS470, just listened to 'Clearwater', and am now listening again. it's a nice tune, tho not my kinda vocal style. anyway, which tone are you curious about? the acoustic tone or the background tone?

The background tone is great, pretty subtle, but it has a slightly retro vibe.....sounds like the sort of thing EJ would use in the background! As for the main rhythmn tone, I think it needs to be crisper, more like Dr Vai's acoustic tone - quite latin in a way, where the bass strings give a real 'boiyoing' sound. But that's just my opinion! hehe, either way, the whole thing has great tone. This Fender amp business is really quite interesting.....there's no denying they sound nice!

funkymunky was yours, right? just listened to that again as well.....what a cool tune!

Hey JS message board this is Dave the Rocker! Yeah! You want to know something really embarassing about JS_JS, well here you go. He was talking to this girl that he liked. He was so nervous he farted and he said "What? it's just a fart, if you got to do it, just do it!" The girl thought it was funny but she was kind of grossed out. That's all for now, so I'll see you guys later. Shout out to the punk rockers and to drumming legend Neil Peart of Rush and the man T-ravis Barker. Oh yeah, Jeff Campateli (or however its spelled) he's good stuff too and Joe's a rockin' guitar player. Rockin' Yeah!

juju808 - I could eat ice cream ALL THE TIME (especially the good stuff like Ben & Jerry's) and never get tired of it...

Mint chocolate chip is good every now and then, bu t my favorite is chocolate chip cookie dough. Have you ever had Ben & Jerry's Phish Food? That's GREAT too...chocolate ice cream, marshmallow, caramel, hot fudge... :-)

stringG - Yeah, I've been meaning to get Civ III for the longest time... I love Civ II to death, though, and could play it forever...haha.
Lynchie - Welcome!
Hawk Lado - Do a pinch harmonic at the 24th fret (G and B strings), then raise the whammy bar.

Dave says: yes that was a joke, but a good one. lmao!

JS JS I was just giving you a hard time. I have a 14 year old son and whenever anything upsets him its "gay". So when I saw your post I just had to say something.
Powerslave 214 Maiden rocked. Steve Harris is perhaps the greatest heavy metal bass player ever. In my opinon Powerslave is the pinacle of thier carrer.
Fretslayer Thanks, I agree. It was not easy finding the perfect Satch song to use. Some had too long a solo and some had too much drum machine. Thinking of You was just perfect.

austin- there is a huge difference in eating something because you want to vs because you have to.... i normally love ice cream especially when you can get the fun flavors with chunks of stuff in it, but having plain no chunks ice cream gets old pretty fast...... thank goodness for the snack packs... butterscotch, choclate, and choclate swirl... yum.... not a big fan of phish food... dont really like marshmallows, carmel, or hot fudge... pretty sad huh... lol...

well off to find another ice pack... hoping to have some mac and cheese from the noodle company for dinner....mmmm.... best mac and cheese in the world!

Hope all in Satchland have a good day...
