Michelle, AC/DC's version is on the '74 Jailbreak EP. Now as to where you could download it, your guess is as good as mine. It's Bon Scott era, and Angus plays some melodies I just don't hear in Aerosmith's version.

I'm suffering from post-DT show depression : Þ

TASTEY...I've never seen much relief from cold medicines and I've tried them all. Before you go to bed or before a nap...take a healthy shot (or two) of Nyquil. But not too much or you will develop a tolerance to it ;)

madam michelle - "Granola is Mick's old girlfriend...and I do mean OLD! lol!" lmao!! ;-)... she was driving around town in her '78 Pinto yesterday trying to pick up chicks. Wait, I mean dudes... wait... acutally I'm not sure what she was doing ;-0... oh I "found" a bootleg of one of our orchestras gigs ;-), lmao! You do quite the accordian solo, ben does some good sitar, mikey and me do a taiko drum solo and a certain drummer (Lars) does a quick solo at the end.... lmao. I should have never bought one of those midi keyboards, lol... a good 30 minutes well spent! Quality crap --> http://us.share.geocities.com/mike_cheatley/orchestra_-_pooched_symphony_live.mp3

hahaha, has anyone seen Zoolander?!? My bro and I watched it last night... I was laughing so hard!! lol... thats a cool movie.

Joe/Jon - Awesome new sound clips. I'm liking some of the applications of the whamme pedal! Good job Joe ;-)

JonRobertQuinn - I'll have to pass on the jam, sorry... While I'm in Folsom now (at home for spring break), I spend most of my time down in Long Beach at school...

Artanis I - Yeah, but my line isn't funny after your line...don't ruin my fun! ;-)
rusty dog - I was thinking... To save you from the crazy driving trip on Tuesday, I can just buy an extra ITLIS? and wristband for you. You can just find me in line on Thursday and I can give it to you / you can pay me back then. It wouldn't be any trouble for me at all. Good idea? Bad idea? Unnecessary idea? Let me know... If I don't hear from you here in a day or two, I'll drop you an email...
Scales7 - Yngwie tuned his guitar normally (E) for the jam.
VFRrocker - "It's no fun to tie your guitar to a bed and spray whipped cream on it."

Says who? ;-) LOL! Thanks for that list...

michelle - I'm sorry, but I think you're the only one of us with that wallpaper...haha.
TASTEY - I've always been good with Dimetapp and tons of orange juice.
mikesb - Cool...thanks for the info! If anyone here calls the show in a few weeks, be sure to mention satriani.com and Talk To Joe.

Do the Stu

How many times in 2009 posts have you answered the "Top Gun" question now??? I think Jon needs to put a Top Gun disclaimer somewhere on the site LMAO!!

Seriously, I interviewed Steve way back, a real nice guy and he would probably be a little flattered that sooo many people think it is Joe!!!

The Top Gun anthem sounded like something Joe would have played. The tone even kind of resembled his 6100 tone, even though Joe didn't have one yet.

slanshroom no worries, i was just extracting the urine ;-)

UF Dean if I was wearing a hat I'd tip it, but I have a glass here, so I'll raise it to you! Thanks bro!

Austin you hit 2k!!! A2K!!!!! lol Congrats dude... hey with the song vote thing - I think I did all 3 ion one go, right? Am I up to date???

rusty dawg you're right - you can see it on the DVD.... he uses the Whammy on its detune (=chorus) setting for parts of that track ;-)

Clarky good to know you're getting to know me lol ;-) So what do you know about 14 INT? It's not exactly a public knowledge kind of thing, hence my comment re: Templer Bks ;-)

YaYo I beg to (slightly) differ with you re: Crushing Day... all the guys said in one of the old video interviews that they stopped playing it cos it's so boring to play! Especially anyone who's not Joe! They displayed that pretty well at Manchester last time... Matt looked like he'd fall over asleep if Galen wasn't there nudging him! lol As to its difficulty I dunno - I never tried to play it, but Joe seemed pretty spot on (and [swine that he is] effortless too) in the rehearsal video that was once on this site. Just thought I'd throw in my 2p (that's like 50 dollars at the current exchange rate LMAO) ;-)

juju be careful of Londoners - they don't know what "proper beer" is! ;-)

michelle NO!!! NOT ME! Mine is a lovely picture of Monica Bellucci behind a sheet of glass... and it's certainly condusive to localised high blood pressure here ;-)

Tastey Stacey try a hot toddy... a tall glass of hot water with sugar & lemon juice & whisky added... measures vary, but I usually use 1/4 glass whisky to 3/4 water, the other things are only to taste anyway ;-) good luck!

sorry I'm not so active here these days guys (what? i hear applause! lol) - working life really does suck, doesn't it?! lol... hope you're all doing well... take it easy and be excellent to each other! well, it worked in the movie why can't it work in real life?!?! lmao!!!!

take care all, Dave

SUPAADAVE- isn't the drummer supposed to be the backbone? he should have just kept on playing, bass player too unless you just kinda took the guitar off and walked away maybe they thought they sucked LOL.... seriously though if u guys play live the drummer & bass player should come up with a cool thing to play while u change guitars or strings... some cool drum & bass stuff.

MIKESB- do you know if joe and robin will be on the show at the same time? that would be cool, i like robin's stuff...

in other news...

LONDON, England (Reuters) -- Global music sales fell 7.6 percent in 2003 to $32 billion, the steepest decline since the advent of the compact disc, the trade body representing the world's largest music companies said on Wednesday. The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) blamed the slump in retail music sales -- now in its fourth consecutive year -- on rampant piracy, poor economic conditions and competition from video games and DVDs........ yeah must be those pirates, couldn't be that everyone sounds the same & like eachother.... naaa...couldn't be that SOME people are tired of the same old same old. you know what, i blame pirates too....those bastards, they download a new CD, then they dont like the music and they dont go out and buy it.... those thieves! they should go buy it first then if they dont like it not be able to return it cause its been opened, yeah thats what we should do. god forbid anyone should be able to listen to a lump of shit before buying it, there might not be an industry then.

my vote for cold stuff is nyquil (i prefer red over green) and lots of gatorade (fierce grape tends to work well) hope you feel better soon... im finally starting to get back to normal, well i am starting to feel better i guess... not quite sure that i have ever been accused of being normal before...

argh.... just got an email update from my lawyer about crap the executor of my grandpas estate is trying to pull and she tells me that i need to do some investigative work to prove my claims.... HELLO!!!! isnt the lawyer supposed to be doing that when i am paying her some god awful fee??? and wasnt truth on your side supposed to ease your battles and provide comfort? I feel like every time i call his bluff i am the one that is punished not him....and you would think that everytime i make a claim about something and then am able to prove it this would build some credibility that somehow my age seems to keep depleating... *^$@!$^*(&^%$(*... ugh...

Anyway, hope all in Satchland have a good afternoon...

Yayo...I guess I could have narrowed it down a bit to one particular person...our singer/guitar player. The band did'nt actually stop playing. As soon as he realized he was up there by himself (without me to hold his hand) he choked. He still has a problem with crowds of people staring at him when he's playing...he forgets everything and passes it off to me..which I don't mind. But you can't leave the guy up there by himself, he just does'nt practice enough, and therefore he sounds like CACA...
