Hello!
I've heard, that G3 is going to visit Warsaw-Poland in July. Is it true?
Second thing is...that I haven't heard anything like this (I.T.L.I.S.?) since "Crystal Planet" :) I mean some of the songs remind me "Strange Beautiful Music", some "Crystla Planet"(7.) and the eight track "is taken" from "the Extremist"...in my opinion. Great, awesome music. It's hard to believe that it is posibble for one man, to compose so many incredible songs.
Cheers,Michal

Let me continue from where I left off yesterday, GNAAAH, just kidding, do remember to play it loud, So far today I've been paying attention to Matt's playing, can't wait to see the whole band playing the new songs live. Galen that is some mighty fine picking on your git-fiddle, It really compliments Joe's playing, great job to the whole band, keep on rockin in the free world.

What was the reason to decide against a G3 tour in Germany ?
Last time I went all the way to Phoenix, AZ to attend a show. This time I was sure you guys would come to our country. I'm not the only one who is disappointed...

Been listening to I.T.L.I.S. and can't say enough good things about it. Satch has delivered the goods once again and is a great testament to his dedication and love of his craft.Tripping the light fantastic from Long Beach to Guadalcanal to the shores of Tripoli. Been a fan for a long, long time and blessed by the great gifts of music from a great artist. Keep on surfin' !!

Jeff Buckley was amazing! too bad he's not around anymore.
It's way too cool to see the promotion that Joe is now receiving after all these years.
ITLIS is really growing on me. I can def. say there's nothing out there like it.

Dear Joe,
we are 2 Italian boys, we would like to congratulate with you...you're great!
I've got a strange question for you: where did you buy that nice hat you wore during "G3 live in Denver"? What's its brand?
It's too cool...are you going to give it to us, as a special present????
We're kidding you!
See you in Padova, we're looking forward to it!
Many many many kisses from me! (Chiara)

Hi Joe amd anyone else who reads this...
Just got the new CD and it sounds great...taking my time to digest it, but it has the makings of a classic in my opinion!!
Just a small gripe actually....I have been waiting patiently for the new cd, and with that hoped you'd be coming back to Ireland...but no date has been announced.
Is there a chance you'll get back to Ireland, cos the costs to get to Scotland and/or England for me and my chick runs into £500 + for flights and hotels etc...plus we have to get the kids looked after etc...I'm really sorry if this sounds like a real moan, but it is a real moan from me...LOL...The point is, that if there is no Ireland date, I'm gonna have to miss G3 this year, and that is depressing and dissapointing for a old school fan...
Best wishes with everything Joe, and thx for another great CD!!!!!
regards,
Mike Calvert.

JOE...... how can I get your attention? I was hoping you could make it to San Diego. Somewhere between Los Angeles on the 14th of April and Arizona on the 16th of April. I guess that would make it the 15th of April. I know.... not much time to change plans now.....but if you happen to be driving through San Diego let me know and I'll meet you somewhere. :o) I wish.....that would be awsome! Well, I'll be picking up a copy of your new CD "Is there Love in Space?" Wish I could get it signed for a DEAR friend... If there is any way....PLEASE email me at dklopp-ivey@sdmcu.org. Thanks

Got ITLIS on the drive home from work last night, and I've been listening to it constantly since. So far my favorites are Hands in the Air, Lifestyle, ITLIS, If I Could Fly, I Like the Rain, and Searching.
By far the best album since Crystal Planet. The only song I found a little substandard was Just Look Up, and that's not exactly a bad song ;-)
Crap, crap, crap on the news of Tumble as an iTunes exclusive, though. I can't get anything on iTunes to download properly. iTunes isn't a bad piece of software to play CDs on, but I've found RealPlayer just sounds better.
If the whole album was just I Like the Rain and Searching, it still would've been worth the full price. I looooooooooooooove these 2 songs!

Damn, now that Joe is finally coming to Holland, he will be coming at a rock festival. Not that that's such a problem, but hey, the tickets are more expensive and I don't have to see all those old rockstars, although some of them are good. Well, let's see if I can get a ticket anyway.

Anibur, my sister phoned up the RAH about the tickets and they said they hadn't been printed yet. coming soon!
how did I become a Satch fan? someone in a chat room said 'You like Vai? check out Joe Satriani, he's a lot like Vai'. I went to visit my sister in Lancaster a few months later and found a NOTE/SWTA box-set in an HMV store and bought it. We listened to it all weekend, then I signed up to amazon and got everything else of Joe's that I could lay my hands on. And that was updated today when I ordered ITLIS. Can't wait! I haven't listened to the sound clips either...this could be a lovely surprise.
Can anybody tell me anything about Steve Stevens? I was listening to his track on Gregg Bissonette's "Submarine" record earlier - he's a bit of a monster!
Gotta go.....more later/tomorrow.
The Forgotten (Part 2) For G3!
ooh, mail from amazon says ITLIS has dispatched already! YIPPEEEEE!

The in-store in Concord was SICK yesterday!!! Ran into a couple fellow board people. Joe tore it up, the new stuff sounded killer live. Thanks Joe!! I felt so lucky to be there :) I didn't stick around for an auotograph, the line was WAY to long. New album sounds sweet!
