Alexandre: Glad to see you back bro! Can't wait to hear the CD!
JS_JS: How were you listening to Yngwie 18 years ago when he started out? Aren't you like 17? Just being a pain in the arse ;-)
NOT just being an ass here...baing agy is NOT a choice. If it were, there would be a lot less homosexuals in the world. My friend Brian is and it has ruined the last 2 years of his life, considering the fact that he hardly can talk to his own father now and is made fun of everywhere he goes. If he could choose, he's specifically told me that he wouldn't be...it's NOT something you can control.
Joeman9: Doing well. Only 3 more days of class left and only 2 exams and 2 papers. I like life. Then, however, I'm screwed if I don't find a job, so we'll see how happy I am a week after I leave Gainesville.
YEAH IT'S FRIDAY! Now I get to....read a 336 page book in Portuguese by the end of the weekend...ouch.

gay or not gay, does it really matter? just accept them as people too not some freak show, i remember interviewing people for connextions (like a helping youg people out group) and we had to ask people about their understanding of equal opportunity, wat happened to it here? theres alot of eq op supporters here and i know that. i wish people would stop making fun of different people, tis just not right. tis! it's like a telemarketer phones u up asking u stuff and u don't like it and wen u phone them back they don't like it either. we all know u wouldn't like it if people were picking on u, so i suggest not to pick on people full stop.. (although i do it meself, but thats like if they started it, although i try hard not to fight back and i usualy don't ) this post aint directed on a spefic person, it's just a lecture on my opions of how we shall treat each others( although u don't need to agree) but this is my way of treating people, fairly, anyone agrees or wants to be a fool and fight back disagreeing with it coz i made an opinion?
there are some things in life we cannot help and somthing things in life were we can, sexuality, poor and disablity or disfunction of any kind is not wat we can help, we are put on this planet coz god loves us, therfore we shall treat each other with respect and enjoy the gift that god gave us which is life. please don't ruin it for other people. learn to love not to hate. keep peace not war, tis wat i say.

Man, I just got back from "Generation Live" at the wolverhampton civic hall, its like an under 18's club type thing where they play rock music really loud and people mosh around randomly...well thats what normal generation is like..."generation live" is with bands...obviously. I liked the first band, they had energy and good songs...spoke to the audience a bit, even if I wasn't particularly keen on their musical genre. The other 3 bands...well they were "wack" (homie).

None of the music played inbetween sets was my kinda thing, and I am sorry to disapoint my friends but I won't be going again...I think moshing is the most pointless kind of "dance" ever and I just feel out of place in there.

I'm really looking forward to G3 though, I want it to be loud...really loud, so you can hear the talent on the stage through vibrations in your chest as well as in your ears. I'm sure I won't be disapointed.

Question for people who have been to past G3's:
Is there merchandise sold before and after the shows? Because at the moment I've only got two "TooL" shirts, and a Nirvana shirt...even though I've sort of grown out of there kind of music (nirvana not tool, tool rock), I need some Satch Stuff :-).

OOOOOooo I'm getting £20 soon from a client I uploaded some webpages for....so I will definitly be finding out ITLIS?

GODSGUNSGUITARS - thats why i dont like the floyd, too much tweaking to get down to business... they kick ass but too much setup, i think the slingshot floyd is supposed to be just like setting up a regular trem, put the string in and go but i doubt it. i have an original floyd from when they first came out...the one that doesn't have the fine tuners, but its not on either of my guitars cause i dont have the nut... im sure any will do.

962 the bf tuning system .. basically moves the nut closer to the bridge by milimeters..to improve tuning on the g and b strings on the second and third fret... thats all it does.. the earvana nut does a way better job..

I bought "Is There Love In Space?" on Thursday, two days after it's release, and I have to say, it's one of those discs that seems to get stuck in my CD player. Won't come out! Just keeps playing itself over and over....Or is it that I simply forget where the darned eject button is? ;)

Joe's vocal on Lifestyle is the best vocal since Big Bad Moon. The rest of the disc has a wonderful "early Satch" feel to it. Everything is reminiscent of Joe's self-titled album, as well as albums such as "Flying In A Blue Dream".

"Is There Love...?" is even better than "Strange Beautiful Music".

Thanks Joe!

Guys I never said that I thought it was a choice I thought it was like say you're only three or something, and suddenly you step on the remotte HBO(or whatever's) Queer as Folk is on. And you don't know that it's different from anyone else, but I also see your points (they're very sharp and fly fast) and respect your opinions. they make sense. And I don't remember ever saying I didn'taccept homosexual people. I haven't run across many in my life and the ones I did meet kept approaching me sexually and it bugged me and they wouldn't stop. But I mean I knew one gay guy actually and he was really cool. I mean he just really thought on the same plane as me understood I was not gay nd we respected each other. But anyway, also I don't people of no or other religions. Truitina and UF Dean are some I consider great friends. But they do not share my religious beliefs and it doesn't bother me. anyway I'm glad that jazzy boy is willing to end this. I've been wanting to all along but I'm not one who likes to say that I'm wrong or sorry. But I am sorry for starting all this up and to

Jazzy boy hey from now on totally clean slate. No religion nothing. Just hey how you doing? I've not met you. Have you played for long?

JS_JS it's over man let it go.

I'm tired.

got the three cd's I ordered! Love 'em!

Hey guys no you weren't harsh IMO. You'd actually have to be here flicking me in the face and then smacking me and then just fighting me for it to be harsh. I don't talk back to much either....hm I kind of sit there and let it soak in. You probably wouldn't be hitting me either. so then what I said made on sense... where was this going anyway?

Clarky!!! heeeellllppp!!!!!!.....ok..now I'm cornfused...I've got the first position pretty well memorised...so I thought I would try to work into the second position..only I realised according to the scale book that I have...2nd position G major does not start on the 5th fret...soooooooo...I found 3 note per string major scale positions in the book...tell me if this is correct for the second position starting at the 5th fret....6th string.. 5th fret..whole step, half step.....5th string 5th fret w,w....4th string, 5th fret, w, w...3rd string, 5th fret, w, w.....2nd string..7th fret, h, w.... 1st string ..7th fret, h, w.....that is three notes per string as you mentioned in the possee forum... is this correct for the 2nd position? I want to be sure I'm trying to learn the proper scale ....lol.....
