Joeman9: I loved your joke from thurs nite! I just spent the last few hours catching up on the last 2 days. I hope things have settled, but the fury was incredible! I know youre intention was not bad. You are a good kid! Mi Amigo!

I do not want to start anything but I feel this must be said:The Old Testament says that homosexuality is a sin. God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah because of what was happening there. This is where the words sodomized /sodomy came from. However there is also the New Testement! This is where we should focus. WWJD? What would Jesus do? We need to teach/show compassion and forgiveness and acceptance/understanding to our children, our friends and family! I do not want to stir anything up I do not agree with the old testament on many things. It's man's interpretation! However in some religions the interpretations can get misconstruded. This is my opinion and I will try not to talk about religion here. Just music! I'm nuetral on the whole issue. I just wanted to point out facts that the young'uns were simply taught, not right or wrong. Maybe we need to look at what's being taught to the young ones. Justa thought. I needed to say this because our children learn what we teach them! Have we forgotten that? We need to remember that we need to act like a role model, myself included! Peace to All! mari

Joeman9: yeah I'm looking forward to it with just as much anxiety as relief. Everything in Spain will be very expensive since I plan to drink a bit while I'm there, and I have to start saving up as soon as I get home. If I can't find a job, I'm not gonna enjoy Spain or Brazil as much because I won't have the money to go out when I want, which was my main problem in Mexico. NOTE: (no, not Not of...;-) ) I realize I sound like a spoiled shit there, but I only had 500 bucks spending money in Mexico, for 6 weeks of staying there. Everything is NOT as cheap as everyone thinks...$1 for a beer was extremely cheap in the area where I was at, pizzas cost more than they do in Gainesville, etc.
Alexandre: Muito obrigado pelas palavras sobre o meu CD. Boa sorte nos exames...eu a tenho, tendo so 2 exames, um numa aula de futebol e a outra com professora que tenho tido mas de um ano ;-)
Greyfox88: Here's your answer about the origin of the guitar. That's the most reasonable comparison I've found (I'm currently researching for a book I'm considering writing)

Maire: Please wish him a happy birthday from me! My heart bleeds for him! I can feel his pain, so deeply. I had a very hard time growing up. I was not gay but I had other family/life issues. I had a death wish for many years. Unless you've been there you really can't understand. I understand. I survived! So can he! I'll give you my email if you want. Life is so worth it! It will get better my friend! Peace. mari

Delphino Pie: Allright? Do you live near London? I'll be there for a week in June and would like to say hello! I'll have photo's with me ,as always. I would love for you to see em! Maybe you could do a day trip? it would be so kuul! I'm still pissed that I can't see Joe in the UK! Oh well! I get to see Sweden as well! That's why I'm home on a Sat nite. lol! I have to save up for my world tour! lol! It's true.

MikeyVai: The cherry trees are blooming here now! Beautiful! I love spring! The Vineyard down the road from me has sheep. I 've forgotten to mention for the last month about the newborne black lambs! They are so damn cute! I love spring! It makes you feel so happy to be alive I am so glad to be here! Every day is a blessing! btw: Guitar Wars is that the CD or the name of the band? I would like to get it. I got Jimi Hendrix "Blue Wild Angel" DVD! Still no DVD player but that will be coming! I believe this was his last performance. He died Sept '70 and this show was Aug'70. I was too young to remember. But I'm old enough to know that Jimi Hendrix was one of the most influential guitarists of the 20th century. The young peeps that disagree really need to look at the culture and the state of music at the time he came into being. He was an incredible musician! There will never be another like him. Drugs really screwed him up! Shit ,they killed him. One of the greatist that ever walked this Earth! IMO. mari

Hi Joe.... my appreciation for your music goes beyond any words, beyond any meaningless metaphores, beyond any kind of explanation. "Is There Love In Space?" was such a masterful work that it complimented your prior albums prefectly, leaving me speechless on more than one occasion. Do you have any plans to bring the G3 tour to New Mexico this next year? Last year you got as close as Denver, but I only hope that this next year you decide to bring your work to Albuquerque, or perhaps Santa Fe. If you don't, then I and other satch fanatics like me will surely travel to Denver, Dallas, or perhaps Phoenix, wherever you choose to perform, but I am sure you would receive quite a reception in the Land Of Enchantment. Regardless, the songs you produce leave such a lasting impression on me that I eagerly anticipate your next release. Thank you for making the songs you do, because they do effect people's lives more than you might think.

Hey Joe!! Just picked up the new CD the other day after I caught you on Mark & Brain.. Its awesome..There are so many great songs on this CD..eg..Up In Flames, Hands In The Air, ..But, Searching, and The Souls Of Distortion...My god, I cant get enough of those two songs especially The Souls Of Distortion.. That one song has just grabbed me, and its been non stop on the player since I bought the CD... Excellent job. I'll probably have to buy 10 copies, cause I'll wear them all out.

Hey there, Isn't Joe's new album just friggin' amazing! It's great to hear him behind the mic once again! Man, some awesome whammy pedal effects on this one! Great almost vocal-like melody on the song "just look up". I am blown away once again!

Back from the Mall.....

I just bought my copy of ITLIS from the overpriced pretentious Sam Goody (owned by the snotty Best Buy). But I really wanted it bad. Joe, look.....your crazy fans will travel any distance for you!

I hope ITLIS is good. I am super pumped!

Mikey Vai: I just had some sushi from some overpriced Sushi bar infested by richies who think sushi is classy food that is only enjoyed by the themselves and other richies. But I loved it. mmmm.....

JS_JS: I understand your frustration bro. I know you chose men first, but it didnt seem to satisfy you so you have chosen women now. But come on, gay people are human too with needs, wants and emotions like ours! I know you know it but at age 16, you are trying your best to be rebellious and cool.....you will learn soon.

Who likes George W. Bush jokes?

Good morning Satchland!

Last night we had this G3 warm up -session (volume 1) with two friends of mine with whom me and my brother are gonna go to the show in June. We watched/listened "Live in Denver"...there was some serious head banging goin' on in our living room...

Joeman9: I just realized my name (on the left under my nickname) may sound like a feminine one (Kim), but as an announcement for everybody who haven't read my earlier messages carefully enough (talkin' 'bout: my beatiful wife and two sons, flat-top hair style...etc): I'm a guy... but not gay. And if I was a woman, I probably wouldn't strain my neck staring legs under short skirts while driving. I'd rather go for some cool hansom hockey-playing rocker with a neat flat-top or something... ;-) (nothing against gay people)

DelfinoPie: Bruins hasn't got a chance 'cause Canadiens has got Saku Koivu...well ok I'm not gonna bet on it, but Koivu is still a great player (and of course from Finland)!

My younger one (6 years) just put Foo Fighter's "The Colour And The Shape" on his cd-player and this "MONKEY WRENCH" gets me on a really good mood. We're gonna go out and play some street hockey with boys...I'm gonna play Kiprusoff (Calgary Flames goalie, a Finn of course).

Everybody have a nice day!
