Ya Yo even I can do that! It's not that hard unless you mean like standing up and playing it in part of a song. In fact in Joe's songbook I have in a lot of the songs there are chords reching 7-8 frets. It's not too surprising to me.

Sometimes when i talk about Joe to people that never heard it before, they ask me what kind of music is it, and i usually answere "Cool, extremly well played guitar", but i always wonder in what category of music is it in, like rock, or metal (I know it is not metal) or what, somebodt please tell me!!!

Hey everyone out there in Satch-Land and happy easter!! At least I find time to post a message on the site (itīs my first ;-) not very easy to find time, when you have to work during the day and in your freetime you want to learn how to play guitar correctly; not very good time management, but I think everyone knows what I mean :-(
What I wanted to say is: Iīm very excited and canīt wait to listen to the whole new outcoming CD, īcause Joe īs singing again (Joe youīre lifestyle!) am Iīm even more excited what the G3 European Tour with Steve Vai and Robert Fripp will bring in June and July! By the way: The concert in Austria is not at Freizeitinsel in Piberstein but in Bank Austria Halle in Vienna (the organizer of the concert Rock and More told me to inform the G3 Management to correct the information on this site an also on [link url="http://www.vai.com[/link].Have a happy easter everyone !!!!!

Woohoo...I'm back in Long Beach! No one is here, though...it's QUIET.
My mailbox is in the Residence Commons Office, which is locked. Sooo.........no ITLIS? for now...doesn't that suck? ;-)
Hehehe...there were 11 <empty>s in my song tournament, and there are 11 songs on ITLIS? It's probably good that the ITLIS? songs aren't included in the tournament, though...they would probably get artificially high rankings because they're new. I'll include them next time I do a tournament...

mick87 - Did you buy Rhino's remastered version of 90125...? What do you think of the Owner... remix? LOL.
trutina - Go to the discography section at http://www.epicrecords.com/joesatriani. There's a link to a clip there...
Have you found a microwave?
Masterpick - Joe's red guitar is a JS 1200.
tune - Welcome to the site! You should probably email the venue correction to webmaster@satriani.com.

My internet is screwy. All the tabs at the top are red x's with the words next to them and all the green print is in bold... and now that I'm posting about it it's back to normal. Funny, it's only on the T2J page...

Any of you guys who wrote some tracks for the t2j cd, got any song writing tips for me?
Because I really wanna make some music, but I'm either stuck for something to write, or just can't get a good melody goin.

DelfinoPie- If you have a resource for scales, pick a new one and start learning it. As you are learning it, a melody is bound to jump out. Hope this helps.
