Mari:

Thank you very much for the prayers. The wife is doing fine now, no pain. GOD answered our prayers when the doctor didn't have to do surgery on her. The treatment they gave her worked. Tomorrow will more than likely be my last post day for a while. I will be back on T2J as soon as we get settled. GOD bless you...................Clint

_________

Joeman9:

Don't let things get you down little brother. It is very inspiring to see some one your age with moral convictions. Be at peace little brother, and GOD bless you........

Austin:

How was the Krispy Kreme today;-). Did you find out anything on your e-mail problems? Is AOL still sucking??

slanshroom: Thank's for the info on your story bro, man you guy's must have felt hopeless!!.... At least you got out of there when you did, and starting a new life with the lady of your choice in a beautiful country.... Awesome!! :-) Good vibes your way man, and talk at ya later, stay kuul!! :-)

marimariSRV: Glad to hear you had a great time meeting JOE!! Thank's for giving him a shout from me, and I can feel your energy girl, I'm so happy for you!! :-) I love the fact that you bowed to him, lol!!!!.... This is so kuul what JOE is doing, and I'm sure this memory will last with you forever!!.... Congrat's again, and we look forward to seeing the professional shots that you took!! :-)

btw, Dog With Crown and Earring is added to make the Japanese buy locally, instead of buying it online (import) and getting it cheaper.... Adding a bonus track makes up for the high cost of cd's here (ave., $28 a cd!!).... I do hope he play's that one LIVE!!!!.... Nasty JOE at his finest!! :-) :-)

Joeman9: T2J doesnt suck as a whole man.... You know that bro, it's just a select few that are causing you to think like that.... Dont give in, and dont let things like that tarnish your shell.... Be strong and stand up for what you believe in, and if other's dont agree, so be it, that is life bro :-) Stick around man :-)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to MATTHEW KING and RICH HARRIS!! :-)

Edit.... GODGUNSGUITARS: Glad to hear your wife is doing fine!!!! :-)

Hello Everybody- Just got back from Joe's demo in Boston. His playing was great, of course. He was gracious enough to sign my JS1000 and my girlfriends JS700, plus some promo pictures and photos. Of course he was his usual well mannered self and stayed until the last person got an autograph and handshake. What a guy!

Joe- Thanks for everything and travel safely. We love you.

It's always nice to see Joe on stage, even better in person! Thanks Joe for sharing your music with us here in Chicago! Just wanted to add, I asked if you had found an answer to your question of "Is there love is space?" Well, if you don't mind, I thought I might share some introspection on the question---don't mind my Freudian response...Bulstromi, M. here it goes.:: (A Response to Joe Satriani’s,) “Is there love in Space?”

The space you hide, within your smile, within the wretched motion of fear in your heart, we lie motionless in a vacuum, as in space floating alone, sharing our fear of being loved with nothing to collide our longing, ourdepth, our yearning to be held-- loved.

This space between the worlds, where you and I once met, exists but only the yearning for the one true love which cannot connect, but only in the space here on earth that binds us through forgiveness, hope, and love.

Jazzy, hope it heals soon. I only ever had 2 memorable crashes on my bike when I was a kid. The first one was when I ran into a chain going across a parking lot entrance. The chain hit my neck and my bike kept going. I, on the other hand, was suddenly laying on my back looking at the sky. My sisters never laughed so hard. The second time was on the same bike from hell. I was going downhill down an alley. I was STANDING on the brakes, but the damn thing wouldn't stop. I was barreling straight towards a guardrail, which I hit...which made me fly front and smack my pubic bone off the handle bars. lmao! Ouch would be an understatement. lol! Good thing I hit it from the standing position rather from the sitting position. Also a good thing I didn't fly through the plateglass windows of the church on the other side of the guardrail. lol! Man, I hated that f*in' bike! lol! Oh yeah, the word is SWERVE - like... I need a few drinks to get my swerve on :) lol! or, I need to tuck & roll when I get my swerve on. lol!

Mikey, I have Rob Zombie's Music To Strip By (err, whatever it's called) in my car stereo now. If I had a BIG system, I have to find more music like that and EOC. Some groups have the super cool bass without being rap. Guess I could add Linkin Park to that too, but I'd have to hunt for some ass kicking BWAAAAAAAA rib-shakin' kinda bass. lol! Korn has some good stuff too. "What? I can't hear you!!!" lol!

little bird, it's great that you are a dancer. That is something you can do to make yourself feel better. I have two sisters who are good dancers (regular dance club dancing), and my oldest sister is a Native American dancer and dances at Pow Wows. Me, I can't dance for the life of me. lol! I like to rock my head and thrash around playing air drums. lol! (loser!) lol ! If you want to see some pictures of me during one of the best nights of my life, go to http://www.satriani.com/2000/road/lwpg.cgi?dir=2001-07-14.

Bil, maybe Joe won't come to your town cuz he hears the people feed their dogs green bologna & salt water! lmao! Poor doggie! ~ "I was just waiting on a seat and I would have had the first pipe you could sit on like a bike and throttle up to increase the flow lol." Dude the places i could run with that are endless! lmao!!!

zonin, very, very cool picture of you and Ray! I'd have that blown up and framed for sure! Man, what an awesome night that must have been. Very, very cool!

mari, yeah for you!! I was happy to read your story about seeing Joe. I can't wait to see some of those pics. I'm sure you got some fantastic ones! Chalk up another one for the amazing mari! lol! Can't wait to hear part 2!

GGGuitars, safe travels for you and the Mrs!

Michelle: hmmm, my bike accident is nothing compared to what you went through. This was my first one. It sucks, but then all the ladies come by and say "awwww!" hee hee hee......

Joeman9: If T2J sucks, cancel your fuckin account and get lost. Your last post was nothing but ignorant and stupid....who fuckin cares? Sorry for being so harsh, but I feel you need something like this down your throat. If you want to talk about your fanatical Christian beliefs, go to a christian chat room and rant about it. There is no doubt that you are tryng to gain sympathy here because you posted within hours of Mari mentioning you here. Quit whining or go to the Barbie doll chatroom. If I thought T2J sucked, I wouldnt be here. How hard is this to understand, dummy?

Joeman9 aka WWJD posted

What kind of country do we live in when someone who exercises the right to freedom of religion which is based in our constitution is oppressed for worshipping the same God this nation was founded upon? When someone who hates followers of God and is the "minority", he is defended by our gov't. We are not allowed to pray inschool and I am not allowed to approach the subject in school anymore. So while I am in church all the others who hate me for my religion are running and saying how wrong it is for us to worship God. Do you know what an oxymoron is? Telling people to swear to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help them God, yet forcing people to take the Ten Commandments out of a courthouse. You wonder why I get offended.

1) America is a Secular Country.
2) No one here "hates" the followers of God. We hate stupid people. They are found in all walks of life, including T2J. Some of us found you stupid.
3) Your mention about "minorities" is a very sensitive subject. I am not touching it...but minorities being protected is bothering you so much? hmmm....
4) People can pray anywhere because God is everywhere. You dont need to flaunt your beliefs on others. If you are not being allowed to talk about God, then go to a Jesuit or Catholic school. Why the hell are you so pissed?
5) Why should you bother if other people dont like your religion? You must be doing something to force it on them or something or simply pissing them off with your Amish tendencies. To be brave is to be misunderstood.....but you are probably some pencildick.
6) Again, forcing your beliefs on others by force is Nazism. Get a life, Joeman9. This place is not for discussing these topics....but I had to. Jesus....

Joeman9 - Welcome back...stick around, okay?

GODGUNSGUITARS - Good luck with the move...
Mikey Vai - Happy 1.9k!
Schumie - You can use the search at the bottom of each T2J page. ;-)
jazzy boy - Cut it out. If you don't like Joeman9's posts, don't read them. You've been repeatedly bashing a few people on this site each and every time they make a post. It gets old.

There's nothing wrong with talking about religion here. If you don't like reading about it, just ignore the posts that mention it...

America is NOT a secular country..It was not founded to be such, nor is it today, despite all of the hypocrisy and immoral conduct.

As long as there are still CHRISTIANS living in america, it will not be a secular country...Sorry if we get a little offended that we can't PRAY or talk about GOD in school, but the students can form a Gay/Straight Alliance Club at school! And no, we don't need to go to a Jesuit or Catholic school....Sorry but those aren't Christian schools!

And yes, it's true that we can pray to God anywhere, because He is anywhere and everywhere, but when they reprimand us for talking about Him in school, blatantly telling us that it is not an "appropriate conversation topic" (this has happened to me in the past) what do you think I'm going to do? Just shut up? Uh....THINK AGAIN! I'm going to be more adamant about my Lord and Savior!

Sorry, but it just aggravates me a little because my friend works at an after-school program at a public school here in the bay area...and well...there's a Jehovah's Witness child in her class...Jehovah's Witnesses don't celebrate holidays I'm told. She had to change all of her 'Easter' stuff to say 'Spring Holiday'...What's up with that? It's amazing how it's alright for other religions to press their beliefs on everyone and it's considered "O.K." but when Christians, who worship the ONE TRUE GOD want to say something about it to others...people complain that we're forcing things on them! We are being persecuted in America! What next!? Oh wait, I know what next! We will have to get the MARK on our hand or we won't be able to buy anything and be KILLED for refusing it!

JoeMan9...GOD BLESS YOU!!!

imo, you're taking the religious post way out of context. he said people that did certain things were thought of as minorities, and i'm fairly certain he didn't mean it the way you took it.
