Trutina Good news on the bike man (well sort of) at least you didn't have to undo all your work. So is it no bikes at all now ? Is that a permanent thing or could you still go off roading ? btw - Don't show that to Miranda as my suggestion ;-) Hope you get you music gear sorted out - gadget dudes of the world unite !!!!
Artanis I Jeez Ben - roflmao - I guess I might be the only one in here to answer your lyric quiz, albeit ashamedly - lol. Never Going To Give You Up - Rick Astley. Please don't tell me that was a hit down under as well :-0
Cube Dude, you do not want to leave Canada and come to the UK. I saw a clip of a programme last night that said that the UN says that Canada has the best quality of life of all it's countries and that your cost of living is 30% (!) cheaper than the UK - let me in you bastards !!!!!!!! ;-)

Hey Joe... I was just re-watching your 1996 G3 with Johnson and Vai, and I couldn't help to notice how low your strings are, very close to the fretboard. I have an Ibanez S Series and I can't figure out how to lower them that much without the strings rattling. Got any ideas for me there? By the way I have to admit... you can really whammy a lot. I love how you bend those strings and hit the whammy bar.

Hey Trutina, I'm probably a couple of days late on this reply but in my opinion, racks rule. I'm currently using an ADA MP1 preamp, a Digitech 2101 studio tube effects prosessor & a peavey 50/50 (tube) power amp into a Marshall 4/12 cab as my main rig. There's not a sound I can't get from this set up. To check it out in action listen to Tangled Grace or The Animal on my soundclick page.

Zen - I notice you read Artaud....
one of the tracks on my new album is called:
Artaud: On the Fringe of Insanity
and is dedicated to the twisted genius of Antoinine Artaud..
the track depicts the event in Paris where Artaud was lecturing.. he was trying to put across his view that mankind is at it's most creative when faced with extinction.. as if to leave a legacy of creativity to be discovered in the future.. he then re-enacted death by bubonic plague to a startled and horrified audience..
van halen - the thing that impresses me most is not his solos but his rhythm playing.. especially on VH1, Diver Down and 1984
vfr - and the guards of Magog... swarming around... the pied piper leads the children underground... dragons coming... out of the sea...
or something like that....
shit I need to find the CD and bung it on right now... lol..
dragonchild - if I'd have writen that song:
A - I'd be most proud of my efforts..
B - it would be completely unknown just like everything else I've done.. lol..

DragonChild lmao, I agree ;-) I was going to say that Clarky will know what it is but as you can see he has already proved that.
Clarky Yeah, as I was typing the lyric I was thinking 'damn I need to listen to that whole album now' - a vertitable classic and also a staple of the 'Friday Night Rock Show' annual Top 30 !!!!
Tastey If I may be so bold as to answer on Clarky's behalf................... that dude has always being sick and I doubt if a quick bout of appendicitis is going to make any difference at all - rofl ;-) How's things with you ? Been out on that bike yet ? btw - I can't tell you how disappointed I am that so much of the world has heard of Rick Astley. I thought that the outbreak was contained in th UK :-)
