Clarky:Unfortunately thats all 2 true the fat cats would never have it,that would give poorer countrys a say in the political arena...I read on the Tom Bearden site that his book energy from the Vac has enough scientific info t build your own M.E.G,however i dont think i,ll be the one building it as i dont have a doc in Physics t work it out,it would be interesting t know if someone else could though!

On another note,I,ve not forgotten about that bit of Clarky shred.I have a track version of Blue Bossa with a middle section i wrote called "Pheonix Street" its very mellow and laid back but me thinks y could do a number with the elec if time can be found your end,a call answer thing would be cool,There would only be a semi acoustic backing track and the 2 of us goin hammer & tong over it,lol, again i stress no rules, just do yer stuff!.. I,ll get it sent t Ronnie t put on the site so y can download if your interested..no need t rush with this, its purely for fun,we,re all up t our necks in work, although i would love t put it on my debut album ...anyway back t the packin for me & good luck in all things life...i,ll be back when the dust settles

(Trans: Hey Patricio, buddy, a pleasure to help you! T2J is a classic in this web and what's going on here is very spontaneous but if you are not into this scene....I've heard that Joe's new setlist is amazing with many unusual songs!, I'm going to have to cross the Pond! lol)

RIP

Superman actor Christopher Reeve, who turned personal tragedy into a public crusade and from his wheelchair became the nation's most recognizable spokesman for spinal cord research, has died. He was 52.

Even though this may suck from my part, I get really pissed when I see Republicans offering condolences for Christopher Reeve, a very strong supporter of stem cell research. I am not sure if I should link 'republicanism' with disregard for human life or just stupidity. I guess there are more to add than to choose from.

Great website for "Conservative flag-waving Republicans"!

I just received the random drawing aftershow pass for this Thursday's Evening with Joe Concert. However I have already bought the Platinum Ticket a couple months ago (DOH!). Just curious if anyone knows the difference. I still might have a friend who will want to come. But don't know if he can hang around me or not (being front row and Platinum and all).

SolidAcid, write to the WEBMASTER and let him know you already have passes. Maybe he will put your passes back in the cyber fishbowl for another person to win. www.webmaster@satriani.com

RIP Christopher Reeve

I'll catch up later.

Well, I still might want one for my friend that might be coming. I would like to know what is involved with the aftershow pass as oppose to the Platinum Ticket. I emailed the webmaster and the tour manager about it. But will gladly give it up if I do not need it so someone else may meet Satch.

jazzy - and what about Vegina...

that could twist his perception when he hears someone declair that they are a veggie.. lmao..

Slansh - imagine if someone invented an engine.. completely clean... can be used to generate electricity or power a car just like a regular combustion engine.. and imagine if it ran on sea water... every oil Co on earth would ensure that it remained "un-discovered"...

your track: sounds fun... I reckon we can sort that...

Guys - I forgot to mention....
my biggun Lyx recorded his first ever track yesterday...
it was a rap track not a million miles away from the MM vibe..
he hummed and sang the parts, I did the programming and recording...
I thought it sounded pretty cool actually..
he still has to complete the lyrics etc...
he came home from school saying his music home work was "write a song..... etc etc "..
he said "dad... you know a bit about music, can you help.."
so today he gets to go to school with a mixed and mastered backing track on CD that is 100% original... lmao..

oh shit... if he gets the bug he'll be wanting studio time.. lmao..

Why Men Pee Standing Up

Seems God was just about done with creating the universe but he had two extra things left over in his bag so he decided to split them between Adam and Eve. He told them that one of the things he had left was a thing that would allow the owner to pee while standing up.

"It's a very handy thing," God told them, "and I was wondering if either one of you would like that,"

Well, Adam jumped up and down and begged "Oh, give that to me! I'd love to be able to do that. It seems just the sort of thing a man should be able to do. Please. Please! Pleeease! Give it to me." On and on he went like an excited little boy.

So Eve just smiled and told God that if Adam really wanted it so badly, he should have it. So God gave Adam the thing that allowed him to pee while standing up and he was so excited. He whizzed on the bark of a tree and then went off to write his name in the sand, laughing with delight all the while.

God and Eve watched him for a moment and then God said to Eve, "Well, here's the other thing and I guess you can have it."

"What's it called? Eve asked.

"Brains" God said.

jimbojim, do you have Vai's Live At The Astoria DVD? Tony MacAlpine plays an Atonal solo on that...I think it's at the beginning of Down Deep Into The Pain, and it's pretty awesome!
jelly man, dammit! I'm going to risk it and just put an online order on these things. Thanks for the warnings!
hoiguy, Joe's move to Peavey is good. I'm still undecided about his tone but it is growing on me. The main difference I hear is in the bass tones - Joe's tone is much more dynamic and open now, much fuller, and the Peavey sound has really maxed out his rhythm section, it sounds really fat and meaty. "Lifestyle" is a good case in point!
HAPPY CANADIAN THANKSGIVING to all you Joe fans from Canada!
Austin, AWESOME! You got Kenny-Wayne's new CD! i'm dead jealous, I can't wait to hear it!
TASTEY, I played News In Brief to a few relatives while I was visiting them this weekend. They all said your newscasts were really good and you sounded really convincing! See, I told you you sounded ace! hehe. Hope your new job is going okay!
Clarky, fair play man. But tell me, what would you say to a 6-year-old?
Somebody tell me, how did Christopher Reeve die? Was it in surgery or something? I knew he died but missed all reports!

Basically he died from falling off a horse a few years back - but "offically" Reeve died Sunday of complications from an infection caused by a bedsore (or he fell and couldn't get up - he couldn't even push the button for Life Source - remember, "I'VE FALLEN AND I CAN'T GET UP!")

Someone should have rotated him - oops.

Continued

He was 52. Reeve died Sunday of complications from an infection caused by a bedsore. He went into cardiac arrest Saturday, while at his Pound Ridge home, then fell into a coma and died Sunday at a hospital surrounded by his family, his publicist said

Maybe Lex Luthur exposed him to Kryptonite again

Hi Joe,

My wife Leigh Ann and I have been through a tough time these last few years. We've spent the better part of the last six years trying to start a family but couldn't due to "unknown infertility issues." We finally gave up on IVF and moved on to an international adoption. It was a long process, but on June 2, 2004 we picked up our son Ryan Hyung Woo at the airport. He is such a great boy and has adapted so well. It's like he's always been here.

"I Believe" is my wife's favorite song and it's become our theme song throughout this whole thing. We're coming to the Beacon on October 16th and it would mean so much to her if you would play it.

Thanks Joe, be well.

Andrea Preziusi Via Paterno s.n.c. 03012 Anagni (FR) Italy

Grazie e spero mi possiate accontentare.
