Just got home from Joe's Clearwater show! WOW! The best show I've seen him do! lots of old, lots of new, lots of stuff I've never heard him do live! Amazing! Kinda missed Stu, but the band was awesome! Lots of classic entrenched riffs throughout, very fresh coming from him! The most enjoyable show for me out of the 4 times I've seen him play! Hope all of you have an opportunity to get out and see this tour! 3 hours of great rock! Thanks Joe and crew!

FOR THE LOVE OF FREAKIN' GOD after all this time being to satch shows and craving a 'rarities' set, now I hear that he's playing songs on this tour such as hordes of locusts, psycho monkey, strange, lords of karma, etc. and there are NO BOSTON DATES. Did I mention that I CAN'T GO TO ANY SHOWS UNLESS THEY'RE IN BOSTON??? AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! I'm freaking out, man. Free. King. OUT.

Setlist-for the people who asked, from the road section, the Orlando show:(I edited out opinions and stuff.) Up in the Sky", and "House Full of Bullets". Then "Cool #9", "Gnaah", "Time", "Lords of Karma", "If I Could Fly" and "I like the Rain", "Hordes of Locusts", They opened the 2nd set with "Starry Night", "Morrocan Sunset", "Bamboo" and "Sailing"(NOTE:I think he meant Searching),"Strange" .FIABD, At the end, they came out for one long encore that included AWMAWY, "Satch Boogie", and SWTA, of course, with lots of improvisation. He snuck in part of "Eruption" from Van Halen at the end of SWTA.

I think he left out a few, but that looks like most of it.good setlist man, best Ive seen since the EOC tour. The only mods I would like are Time Machine and more EOC tunes.

jblaze1 - Joe uses his then prototype Peavey amps on Live in Denver... I really don't mind the album tone, but the difference is most pronounced comparing these two live records...

Zinc - I know who's not going to be in the world series...

the world... lmao..

Welsh guys - Lloegr dau - Cymru dim, [Mae'n ddrwg 'da fi guys...]

was that an awesome Becks goal or what.... but this is a pretty good Welsh squad.. and your keeper is quality.. so for you guys to be in for as shout for world cup qualification you'll need England to beat everyone else in the group......

does that mean that for just one fleeting moment in time that you guys will be giving it
"come on you Sias ! ! ! ! !"... lol.... lol...

if the truth be known..
I obviously want Lloegr to come top...
and Cymru to come 2nd and qualify....

best o'luck to da Taffs .... Cymru am Byth!!!

39M Americans in Working Poor Families and no, lowering taxes has not helped any of these people in the last 100 years. Bloomberg reports exactly what I've been saying for years. according to the CFI Institute, every republican administration in the last 100 years has failed economically while every democratic administration has delivered better economic times. the proof is beyond any doubt of argument, despite what a desperate liar in the republican party might dream. One in every five U.S. jobs pays less than a poverty-level wage for a family of four, according to a study by the nonpartisan Working Poor Families Project. The result of so many low-paying jobs is that nearly 39 million Americans, including 20 million children, are members of "low-income working families" — with barely enough money to cover basic needs like housing, groceries and child care, the study found. The study classified a "working family" as one in which there was one or more children and at least one family member had a job or was actively seeking work. Besides staying current on bills, many of these folks also struggled to save up for a bigger home or for a child's college education, said Brandon Roberts, one of the report's authors. "These 20 million children are the future of our workforce," Roberts said. "Their future economic abilities are at risk growing up in families that don't have the resources to support them." The report said federal and state lawmakers should put more money into adult education and job training programs, increase the minimum wage and expand subsidized child care for low-income parents. Doing so would create more skilled workers who will make more money and, in turn, increase the tax base, the study said. "We do not think that the current federal-state system designed to support these families is sufficient for the task," Roberts said. The report is based on Census Bureau (news - web sites) data from 2002 and was to be officially released Tuesday, the day before the third and final debate between President Bush (news - web sites) and Democratic challenger John Kerry (news - web sites). That debate will focus on domestic issues, with an emphasis on jobs and the economy. The government's poverty threshold varies depending the size of a family. For instance, a family of four with two children was considered impoverished if its income was less than $18,244 in 2002. The study, sponsored by the Annie E. Casey, Ford and Rockefeller foundations, looked at working families with kids that earned no more than twice the poverty level. Anyone below that level was considered "low-income." For a family of four, that threshold was $36,488. The median U.S. income for such families is $62,732. About 28 million jobs in the United States provided less a poverty-level wage, which works out to about $8.84 an hour for a family of four, the study said. The median wage for a waiter was about $6.80 an hour; for a cashier it was $7.41 an hour. That points to the need for the federal minimum wage to be raised from its current $5.15 an hour to ensure those in such positions can support their families, researchers said.

the report goes on:

Besides child care, the report also suggested expansion of the federal earned income tax credit, as well as more incentives for states to offer similar refundable tax credits for such families. The report also called on states to improve educational opportunities, such as adult education and literacy programs, for low-income workers who want to move on to higher-paying jobs. Sheri Steisel, director of human services policy at the National Conference of State Legislatures, commended the study but said state lawmakers are hamstrung by tight budgets. "It's not a lack of interest in the topic, but it's a question of financing," she said. "States have had to struggle on where to put their limited dollars." The study urged federal and state lawmakers to work more closely to evaluate government policies and make better use of limited funding. "Obviously under the current (economic) circumstances, that's going to be a very contentious issue, but we would suggest that it's a high priority issue," Roberts said.

the only real choice is Kerry. Bush is a bumblefuck and a nut case.

JBlaze....I totally agree...I prefer Joe's Marshall tone. I can only describe the JSX as sounding too "Squonky"...like the sound is coming out of someone's nose. I was kind of wondering if maybe some of that tone is attributed to the new PAF "Joe" pick-up.

Does anyone remember a Sprite or Coke commercial that came out a few years ago where they had a guy who was a cross between Yanni and some latin pop star.....and they called him "Yablo"...he played a little pan flute to all the popular songs. It was all a gag but it was funny as hell....I'm trying to dig up something on the net about it but have'nt had any luck. I want a "Yablo" t-shirt...lol !

Yablo for G3 !!!
