Hey friends - i AM voting! lmao!
Jazzy, the show is TONIGHT! My daughter is sick with a cold and feels like crap. I hope she rallies around till showtime. She is so excited to see both bands. She even mentioned that if she feels as bad as she did this morning, she might try to sell her ticket to a friend :(
Jblaze, good song! I keep hearing Joe's "I Like The Rain" song taunting me with that little ditty that plays while he's singing" I like the rain washing o-ver me". lol! Your mom was in Alaska! BRRRRR! Hawaii doesn't call her name? lol! Tribal stuff is always cool. I'm even excited to find out what it is. lol! I'll get back to your email later, err, maybe even tomorrow the way the day is going. lol!
Austin, remind us of the Aerosmith DVD when the time comes. I'd like to check it out. Thanks for the link. I got tears in my eyes from laughing!! I never seen that before.
MORE COW BELL, BABY!
Hi Matt! How's things? Glad to hear your jamming with JR tomorrow night. It will be good for both of you :)
EVERYONE check out Austin's link to the SNL cow bell skit. It's funny as hell!

SupaaDave, interesting what you said about the RGT42 stability issues. I got one just over year ago. I needed something strong to carry on the bus to college every day, so I thought the RGT would do it cause of it's thru-neck. Problem was, the bus ride put the f*ck*r out of tune every morning, and every evening on the way home. I was going to sell it, but I now actually use it quite a bit. I can't keep it in fine-tune for more than 2 minutes, but it'll stay approximately there for a few hours. One day i'll put a real Floyd unit in there and it'll hopefully sort it out, but for now I gotta hope the neighbours can't hear me play! hehe
Austin, I think it's a bit extreme to say that Jazzzzzzy puts something about bush in every one of his posts. Dude if it pisses you off, ignore it!
Delfino, nothing better than a bacon sandwich in the morning? I'm guessing you prefer a BJ before you go to sleep then! hehe
Ovation1, good to see you bro. and hey........I've had my fun, had my day in the sun, now my body's a map of a cracked arizonaaaahhhh!!! (yeah I been watchin guitar wars again. hehe). Take it easy sensai
Wolf is back! excellent, this should keep us entertained

Simon.....you are right....a lot of it has to do with the quality of the trem, which I will (like you) replace with an Original Floyd. I thought there was another model (maybe the Floyd Pro) that will fit in the cavity of the RGT42 too. It would be nice to try them both out to see which is more comfortable. I'll never sell the RG no matter how much grief it gives me....it's just too much fun to play when it's set up good !
Dumb question : What is the size of the hex wrench that is used on the locking nut? I fu##in' lost mine last Saturday night at the gig. I guess I could surf and find out but I might get a quicker response in here. I need to get a new one (or four) pronto !!!

Hello -
First time post here. I am looking forward to Joe's show in Nashville. Has anyone ever been to the venue? The floor layout looks like the seats are back quite a ways from the stage. Unless joe is using a orchestra on the evening with Joe tour, I hope they set up some temp seats to get that up close and personal experience. I hope I followed protocol with this post.

DCK-SUZIE2000- I had a chance to get ace sig, Les Paul!(i was a Huge kiss fan in My youth) There, alright guitars! Heavy, and PRICY. Mark, is correct! A "studio" or or even a epiphone would give you that same tone and feel, Also there is the Gibson faded Les Paul Speacial For million $ less! and it is a very atoned instrument, I played that Its alright Could not tell the diff!..Well maybe choice of hardware and pickups....But if you are A Huge "space ace" then go for the stars! The real sig. deal!......Best of luck!

Hi Joe and everybody,
I've been a huge fan since I heard Surfin' back in 88...
I've been playing guitar since 1981, and man are my fingers sore... j/k but Joe has been probably my biggest musical influence, although I don't really sound like a clone.
Please give the clips at my website a listen sometime. Among shorter clips, I've also got a full length mp3 song - Dancing On The Edge.
Thanks for all the inspiration over the years, Joe!

Death Cube- I am a bit of a KISS fan, but to be honest the Gibson isn't really in my price range right now, just wondered if anyone had tried it. I know the Epiphone version wouldn't be a patch on the Gibson sig model either, but still thought it was worth getting, possibly as a reasonably low priced guitar?
OpticalStudio- thanks for your reply. I still have most of my KISS LPs! Will definitely give it the sig guitar a try!
Isn't buying guitars / thinking about it / trying them out just so addictive?!!

FOR THE BOSTON FANS IF THERE ARE ANY:
The Patriots are like the new boyfriend that you really like- he's
awesome
but almost too good to be true, so you worry.
The Bruins are like the guy that you just casually dated and you don't
really care about him, he's just something to do.
The Celtics are like the marriage that was great at one time but has
lost
its spark and you always kinda look back and think about how great it
was.
And the Sox are the hard core abusive husband who just absolutely beats
the
shit out of you, but day after day you always go back to him cause you
always believe that tomorrow will be different and you just love him
too
much.
Go Red Sox!

Matt: yeah, i noticed the same problems with the JSX at the House of Blues in Orlando. Normally I would have written it off as the room, but Joe has historically had great tone and mixes at the HOB. It's funny, with the JSX it seems like the first time I've ever noticed Joe getting jumbled in with the other instruments and just sounding like a bunch of noise. I think it's the famous case of building an amp that sounds amazing by itself, but just gets lost (other than a buzzy top and woofy bottom) when you put a band with it. I think the Marshall/DS1 combo had a nice fat clean mid range that helped him stand out in the mix.......
So are you comming to FL any time soon? I've got to let you play my custom guitar, it's killer!! It has put the S470 out of commision. Pretty crazy huh?! haha!

962: Thanks brother! Well, making pro-Bush jokes sure doesnt get old but making anti Bush jokes and comments gets old??? Thanks for the support dude, you brought up a great point. As I say to people, ignore if you cannot handle it!
Achoo: Check your email again. There is some good news! and the thing with fanfire sucks, but there is always a way out in corporate america. Cheers!
Cuthbert: A book which you will surely like is Greg Palast's The best democracy money can buy. Check it out!
Michelle: thats sad :( Well, I really hope and pray she feels fine because missing a Metallica AND Godsmack concert is a sin according to the 11th commandment.
Even though I love Godsmack, I cannot help laughing at Sully Erna who says he is a Republican! Sure, the republicans are going to approve of his Wiccan Lifestyle and pray he goes to heaven in the afterlife! Yeah right! Why is it that most republican 'rock stars' are never taken serious? Lets have a count....
For Bush
Britney Spears, Alice Cooper, Gene Simmons (btw, he just released an album called Asshole), Jessica Simpson, Ted Nugent, Sully Erna, Toby Keith (who said "we'll stick a boot up your ass, its the American way"....that redneck gave us Americans a bad name)
Now for Kerry
Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Green Day, Pearl Jam, Dixie Chicks, Dave Matthews, John5 (umm, yeah), REM, Velvet Revolver, A Perfect Circle.....
You can judge quality for yourselves. As for me, I will be happy to vote for the donkey over a donkey. Wait!

Sorry, I had to go rent a storage unit. Winters comming and I need a place to store the RV. To answer your question, I was a executive (of what I have no idea) for a printing company in central illinois. Lost the desire to support more dead trees for mindless marketing for crap we don't need.
I still like to use the computer. These days are filled with more satch.... and less scratch (money). Trying to be cleaver. I'll get the hang of it.
