Ah ha ha ha.....Ashlee Simpson gets busted lip-synching...why did she think she would get away with that on SNL? You can't lip-synch in front of a crowd that small....if you're sitting close enough to the stage you can hear a person singing without the PA. Maybe she should concentrate on getting that nose-job done ! No talent....and butt-ugly to boot.

austin Yeah, I hope Music Today will get back to me... otherwise I don't know how to place my order. It seems I'm permanently logged in and I just can't find a logout function in the web shop, can you? Maybe I could register a new user name, but I don't understand why I would have to do all the work and not them...

I listened to Satchurated Feedback today and a first, very general impression is that the songs seem to get better the longer you listen lol. There are no bad tracks but I will certainly listen to a few of them more than others... Those who stand out to me right now are Matt King, Mowlie, Clarky and Plum Loco.

Have you considered adapting some of Emerson Lake & Palmer material like Hoedown or Peter Gunn Theme for the guitar?

austin I made the desperat measure of removing all my cookies... *gasp* After that, it wasn't a problem (although I still couldn't change the number of items in my cart, I had to click the pre-order button twice). The score thing is not that important to me although it would be really cool to have it, but it's always the same if you're living overseas... you're screwed! ;)

Pretty halarious. I heard she actually blamed the band.

i misread the about the video game..its 60 not 16 frames per second...so what the eye sees must be more than that.

human eye fps: tests have shown that the human eye can detect at least 1/220th of a second. No offence, but try searching online. I don't agree with the sentiments on that page, but its URL certainly makes sense to me.

Jazzy, you don't like Tony Mac? I personally think he's great, but I'm not a huge Colson fan. However, he's got a hot cousin? exxxcellent. hehe

You know, it's really refreshing to see someone my age in the US understanding a more realistic point of view on the middle eastern crisis! I don't mean for that to sound at all patronising by the way. hehe. Anyway yeah, I agree on the complete lack of exit strategy for iraq. I guess there was the general assumption that we/they wouldn't need one, cause by the time the 'allies' had 'liberated' Iraq, they'd have an open ended pass to come and go as they please, because they would be seen as gods among men. What a load of crap.

Also, I hate how the whole thing has been arranged on western political terms, ie. "if we do this, they will do this because they couldn't morally do anything other than that" which is completely misguided, when you're dealing with a foreign culture. All the planning should have been under the guidance of somebody who understands the culture and faith on which the middle east is built.

fan-f*ck*n-tastic, Juan Pablo Montoya has won the brazillian Grand Prix. And Kimi came 2nd, with Shumacher a lowly 7th. What a fine way to end the season. Way to go Juan Pablo!
Mr Nick/people talkin about frames. A Video Game at 60 fps doesn't necessarily mean we see at more than that. It actually probably means we see at about half that.

If you see at 30 frames per second, you want to watch at more than that to maximise the chance that your brain will register every frame, giving a smooth transition in sequences of movement. If you see at 30fps and are watching a projection of 30fps, there is a higher chance that the projection and reception will get out of sync, and the transitions will look jerky.

This is why sound is commonly recorded and played at twice the maximum wavelength the human ear can communicate. It's a mechanism to ensure that your ears will recieve all frequencies (tones, sounds, wavelenghts) and not miss anything out.

I hope that makes some kinda sense...

Joe, wake up and smell the coffee........Andy Timmons for future G3 DVD! hehe, just kidding about the "wake up..." bit but totally not kidding about Andy! He rocks and you know it!

Hope you have an excellent time in South America with Robert!

edit:

I just heard that the local newspaper of George W's home-town in Texas, voted for John Kerry. In response, George W is trying to get said newspaper shut down.
